Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于修剪一个压制产品的装置,具有要被修剪棱边的压制产品被输送到一个切割装置前面,该切割装置由一个静止的切刀和至少一个与这个静止切刀共同作用于一个圆形切割轨迹的、固定在一个旋转的滚筒上的对应切刀所组成。
背景技术
由CH 687 371 A5已知一种这样的装置,其中对于一个由多个旋转的输送单元组成的输送装置输送的压制产品穿过一个沿着输送装置设置的切割装置并同时被静止的或旋转的刀刃在一个棱边上被修剪,其中在压制产品对面一侧上具有一个以输送装置节拍旋转驱动的设备用于构成悬挂压制产品的支承装置。
在这种切割装置上对切割质量、切割效率和切刀的寿命提出高要求。
因此,如果切刀不象现有技术那样在整个切割长度上置于切割连接或者如果切刀只产生局部地切割应力,已经证实是有优点的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供已知上述形式的装置,通过它可以实现高的切割精度和切割效率,而不增加所需的能量也不降低切刀的使用寿命。
按照本发明这个目的由此得以实现,所述基本垂直于对应切刀旋转方向延伸的切刀具有一个沿着从由对应切刀的切割轨迹构成的圆柱体扇区的母线螺旋形延伸的切割棱边,它固定在一个沿着圆柱体扇区母线延伸的刀柄上。由此能够比目前以更小负荷的装置部件实现压制产品的更柔和修剪和更小的噪声。
与圆形切割轨迹相关在切刀上保留一个相应圆柱形表面。该圆柱形表面延伸到切刀切割棱边的后面并终结在切刀的刀柄上。
为了能够以简单的方式重磨切刀,将刀柄可拆卸地固定在一个刀架上是有利的。
如果所述刀柄是条形并由此易于取出,是特别适合于一个切刀的。
所述刀架通过一个对应于螺旋形延伸的切割棱边上升/下降的用于夹紧切刀的夹紧面构成是有利的,由此保证将切刀精确地定位在刀架上。
刀架的夹紧最好通过一个可拆卸固定的夹紧条构成,它已经证实对于切刀的装配和拆卸是有利的。
对于所述切刀的第一实施例将这个切刀,相对于一个刀架上的基准止挡定位在刀柄的一个背面上,因此所述切刀在每次例如为了重磨从刀架上取下后可以再固定在初始位置上。
对于所述切刀的另一个可选择的实施例,这个切刀沿着切割轨迹可调整,因此例如在刃磨后可以调整到初始切割位置。
如果对于第一切刀所述切割棱边在背离切割轨迹的平面上可以重磨,已经证实是有利的,由此在刃磨后无需特殊的切刀调整工作而是需要调整刀架。
所述刀架的再调整通过一个有利地围绕对应切刀旋转轴线的旋转运动实现。
所述切割装置最好具有一个旋转的切割滚筒,在其上固定至少一个对应切刀。
通过使切刃的切割棱边可以具有一个垂直于旋转方向取向的直线切割棱边,使压制产品的修剪不在切割棱边的整个长度上进行,而是与一个剪刀剪切一样沿着切割棱边实现。
有意义的是,所述对应切刀径向上相对于切割滚筒的旋转轴线可调整地构成并可以固定,使得切割缝隙的再调整也可以无需重磨切刀地实现。
最后,所述切刀在切割位置上的精确调整可以围绕切割滚筒的旋转轴线旋转和固定。

具体实施方式
在图1和2中示出一个安装在一个用于修剪压制产品的装置1(图4)里面的切刀3,它抗扭转地围绕一个旋转的对应切刀5的旋转轴线4(参见图3和4)设置并与对应切刀分别构成一个切割装置6。所述对应切刀5固定在一个旋转滚筒7上并构成一个切割滚筒2。
基本垂直于对应切刀5旋转方向F(见图4)设置的或延伸的切刀3具有一个沿着由对应切刀5的圆形切割轨迹11构成的圆柱体扇区8的母线螺旋形延伸的切割棱边9(也参见图6),它固定在一个沿着圆柱体扇区母线延伸的刀柄10上。在图6中的刀架12的立体图以明显的方式示出切割棱边9在旋转的对应切刀5的圆形切割轨迹11上的螺旋形曲线,对应切刀与旋转方向成直角地设置。圆形切割轨迹11在一个缠绕部位由圆柱体部位构成并在切割棱边9后面一直延伸到切刀3的刀柄10上,该切刀构成一个具有缠绕部分的小凸缘。
所述切刀3通过透穿条形结构的刀柄10的螺栓13与刀架12可拆卸地连接,其中刀架12的固定端具有一个对应于螺旋形延伸的切割棱边上升或下降的夹紧面14。该夹紧面14相对于螺旋升程略微倾斜并设置在一个构成刀架12端部的夹紧条15上。这个夹紧条通过夹紧螺栓16螺栓固定在一个溜板17上。所述切割棱边9可以是硬质金属刀片或由淬硬的钢材构成。为了重磨将切刀3从夹紧条15上拆下来并通过柄杆背面18夹紧在磨床(未示出)的台面上。然后为了重磨切割棱边9磨削切刀3的背面19。这个过程可以这样经常地进行,直到背面19与刀柄10形成一个平面。切割棱边9的重磨也可以在拆出的刀架12上通过磨床实现。由于重磨切割棱边9使这个切割棱边回缩,因此必需将其再调整到切割位置。为此所述刀架12围绕轴线4可旋转。
所述切刀3又可以通过刀柄10的后端20相对于一个设置在刀架12上的基准止挡21定位,因此对于切割缝隙的调整不存在要求。
所述基准止挡21现在位于夹紧条15上,它构成刀架12的端部。图3和4示出的装置1具有安装在机架23里面的切刀3和旋转的切割滚筒22。该切割滚筒22精确地支承在机架23的侧盖24、25里面并且刀架12围绕轴线4可调整地(通过夹紧套)支承在法兰26、27里面,它们固定在侧盖24、25上。所述切割滚筒22的驱动通过由两个齿轮28、29组成的中间传动装置30实现,该传动装置与一个电动机(未示出)连接。所述切割滚筒22鼠笼式地构成,即,滚筒底31、32通过多个、在这里为六个均布在圆周上的横梁33连接。在滚筒7的横梁33上通过螺栓固定对应切刀5。
所述切割滚筒22通过滚筒底31、32支承在机架23的侧盖24、25里面,其中滚筒底31、32具有一个与轴线4同轴的通孔,它从支承在法兰26、27里面的刀架12端部透穿。所述对应切刀5按照图7在径向上相对于圆形切割轨迹11调整或者调整到所期望的切割缝隙上,如1/100毫米。通过使对应切刀5通过切刀3的切割棱边9能够修正切割位置中的同心误差并对应每个由切刀3的切割棱边9和构成对应切刀5的切割装置6调整到所期望的切割缝隙。为此具有一个满足横梁33长度的再调整条36,它在突出的边缘上配有作用于对应切刀5的调整螺栓37和对应螺母38。
图7和8示出一个切刀3和对应切刀5或者一个切割装置6的布置,其中静止的切刀3通过一个沉头螺栓39和一个在刀架12中导引的滑块40夹紧。所述切刀3的重磨可以在圆柱形表面上实现并且通过在滑块40和沉头螺栓39上移动切刀3实现切割位置的调整。一个滚筒底32的通孔一端与一个通过空腔35构成的支承法兰27的吸出接头34连接,另一端与吸出装置(未示出)连接。一个设置在刀架12下面的收集通道35通向滚筒底32的通孔,在收集通道中容纳通过切割装置6从压制产品2上剪下的切屑并通过抽吸装置排出。
Claims (17)
1.一种用于修剪一个压制产品(2)的装置(1),具有要被修剪棱边的压制产品被输送到一个切割装置(6)前面,该切割装置由一个静止的切刀(3)和至少一个与这个静止切刀共同作用于一个圆形切割轨迹(11)的、固定在一个旋转的滚筒(7)上的对应切刀(5)所组成,其特征在于,所述基本垂直于对应切刀(5)旋转方向延伸的切刀(3)具有一个沿着从由对应切刀(5)的切割轨迹构成的圆柱体扇区(8)的母线螺旋形延伸的切割棱边(9),它固定在一个沿着圆柱体扇区(8)母线延伸的刀柄(10)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述刀柄(10)可拆卸地固定在一个刀架(12)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述刀柄(10)是条形。
4.如权利要求2和3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述刀架(12)具有一个对应于在圆柱体扇区(8)上螺旋形延伸的切割棱边(9)上升/下降的夹紧面(14)用于固定切刀(3)。
5.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述刀架(12)的夹紧端通过一个可拆卸固定的夹紧条(15)构成。
6.如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切刀(3)相对于刀架(12)上的一个基准止挡(21)定位在刀柄(10)的一个背面上。
7.如权利要求2至5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切刀(3)和/或对应切刀(5)可以沿着切割轨迹(11)调整。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切刀(3)的切割棱边(9)通过一个硬质金属刀片构成。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切刀(3)的切割棱边(9)形成在背离切割轨迹(11)的平面侧上可重磨。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述刀架(12)围绕对应切刀(5)的旋转轴线(4)可旋转和固定。
11.如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置(6)具有一个旋转的切割滚筒(22),在其上固定至少一个对应切刀(5)。
12.如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对应切刀(5)具有一个平行于由圆轨迹(11)构成的圆柱体母线的或平行于切割滚筒(22)旋转轴线(4)延伸的切割棱边。
13.如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对应切刀(5)在径向上相对于切割滚筒(22)的旋转轴线(4)可调整地构成和固定。
14.如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切刀(3)围绕切割滚筒(22)的旋转轴线(4)可旋转和固定。
15.如权利要求11至14中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割滚筒(22)通过多个连接滚筒(7)的滚筒底(31,32)的、平行于旋转轴线(4)延伸的横梁(33)构成。
16.如权利要求11至15中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述切割滚筒(22)内部设置一个固定在刀架(12)上的、容纳切屑的收集通道(35)。
17.如权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述收集通道(35)与一个抽吸装置连接。
