Abstract
本发明涉及一种接触螺钉,用于一根屏蔽电缆的导线芯,所述接触螺钉设置成借助螺纹可以在一个连接装置中轴向引导地进行运动并且具有一个带螺钉螺纹(3)的杆柱(1)以及一个触尖(2),其中,所述触尖的用于穿透电缆绝缘层和隔离屏的区段设有一个由绝缘材料制成的衬套(4),其中,所述绝缘衬套(4)的外表面设有螺纹(5),该螺纹的螺距大于在所述杆柱(1)上的螺钉螺纹(3)的螺距。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接触螺钉,用于一根屏蔽电缆的导线芯,特别用于一根具有多个导线芯的扁平电缆的数据传输芯线,所述接触螺钉设置成可以在一个连接装置中借助螺纹轴向引导地进行运动并且具有一个带螺钉螺纹的杆柱以及一个触尖,其中,所述触尖的用于穿透电缆绝缘层和隔离屏的区段设有一个由绝缘材料制成的衬套。
背景技术
特别在具有能量传输和数据传输芯线的扁平电缆中,问题是要刺到屏蔽电缆内的数据线而不能使隔离屏(导电材料)与螺钉接触,在这种情况下还要在触尖的端部与导线之间实现一种良好的过渡电阻并且要在隔离屏与导线之间要保持一种高的介电强度。
迄今为止,都是通过一种具有一个由硬质绝缘材料制成的端部套管的接触螺钉来解决上述问题的,所述接触螺钉在刺到导线时穿透电缆外皮、隔离屏和芯线绝缘层。这种解决方案的缺点是,压入力被传递到绝缘材料上并且所述隔离屏被拉向导线那边,这样不利地减小了在隔离屏与导线之间的距离。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,消除在开头所述类型的接触螺钉中所述的缺点。
根据本发明,所述任务通过一种具有本发明权利要求1的特征部分的特征的所述类型的接触螺钉来解决。
通过本发明,与现有技术相比,在隔离屏与导线之间实现了一种更高介电强度并且压入力由螺钉的金属件而不再通过绝缘材料进行传递。此外,这种解决方案还在螺钉(尖端部)与导线之间实现了更大的接触面。
本发明技术主题的特别有利的实施形式由从属权利要求进行定义。

具体实施方式
附图(图1和2)中显示了一个由金属制成的接触螺钉的下部,该接触螺钉具有杆柱1和具有蘑菇形端部2′的触尖2。在杆柱1上设置具有规定螺距(例如0.7mm)的螺钉螺纹3,通过所述螺钉螺纹,螺钉可以在一个连接装置(未示出)的一个螺纹孔中轴向引导地进行运动。
在螺钉截面中,在杆柱端部和触尖2的端部之间套上一个由绝缘材料制成的套管4。该套管4像触尖2那样朝端部2′那边锥形地延伸并且因此处于杆柱端部的凸肩1′和蘑菇形的端部2′的凸肩2″之间。
在套管4的外表面上设有螺纹5,可能是一种双线螺旋,其螺距大于螺钉螺纹3的螺距(例如为1.2mm相对0.7mm)。
由于螺钉螺纹3确定螺钉的运动,因此在套管4的螺纹5的区域内产生一种使导线的绝缘材料向上拉的相对运动(也就是远离导线向外)并且因此在拧入接触螺钉时加大了在隔离屏与导线之间的距离。
通过绝缘套管4的锥形造型,增加了在螺钉的触尖2的侧面与电缆的绝缘材料之间的压力,并且因此还进一步改进了夹紧稳定性。
触尖2的端部2′的蘑菇形形状保护了绝缘的套管4,由此使压入力由金属件而不再通过绝缘套管进行传递。
图3示意显示是根据现有技术的接触螺钉。可以清楚地看到,隔离屏10在穿透部位是如何进一步压向导线20的。
图4显示的是本发明的解决方案。可以清楚地看到,绝缘层和隔离屏10在穿透部位是如何在绝缘套管4上借助比螺钉螺纹3具有更大的螺距的外螺纹5远离导线20移动的。
Claims (5)
1.接触螺钉,用于一根屏蔽电缆的导线芯,特别用于一根具有多个导线芯的扁平电缆的数据传输芯线,所述接触螺钉设置成借助螺纹可以在一个连接装置中轴向引导地进行运动并且具有一个带螺钉螺纹的杆柱以及一个触尖,其中,所述触尖的用于穿透电缆绝缘层和隔离屏的区段设有一个由绝缘材料制成的衬套,其特征在于:所述绝缘衬套的外表面设有螺纹,该螺纹的螺距大于在所述杆柱上的螺钉螺纹的螺距。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接触螺钉,其特征在于:所述触尖设计成朝螺钉端部那边呈锥形地逐渐变细,并且所述衬套设计成同样呈锥形逐渐变细的套管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的接触螺钉,其特征在于:在所述绝缘衬套的外表面上的螺纹是一种复螺旋线,优选是一种双线螺旋。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的接触螺钉,其特征在于:在所述绝缘衬套的外表面上的螺纹的螺距至多比在杆柱上的螺钉螺纹的螺距大一倍。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的接触螺钉,其特征在于:所述触尖的端部设计成蘑菇状,而所述绝缘衬套例如锥形套管则位于该蘑菇的凸肩之后。
