Abstract
本发明涉及一种设置在一个涡轮机的轴上的、为一种流动介质的有限制地流过限定一个间隙的元件,其具有一个设置在涡轮机的轴上的衬套形的零件(2),该零件在它的外圆周上具有一个用于一个环(5)的凹槽(4),其中在它的端面上被凹槽的圆环形壁板局部围绕的环在涡轮机运行期间a)与凹槽的圆环形壁板分别形成一个轴向的间隙并且与凹槽的底部形成一个径向的间隙,b)被一个围绕所述环的刚性壁(1)通过摩擦连接来固定。为了减小由一种软的、可以流动的材料制成的环的磨损,本发明在刚性壁中形成一个凹槽,该凹槽围绕环的不被衬套形零件的壁板围绕的自由端面,其中凹槽(4)的侧面界限中的一个通过一个可拆卸的与刚性壁相连的管形零件(7)形成。
Description
本发明的主题是设置在一个涡轮机的轴上的、为有限制地流过一种流动介质限定一个间隙的元件,其具有一个设置在涡轮机的轴上的衬套形的零件,该零件在它的外圆周上具有一个用于一个环的凹槽,其中在它的端面上被凹槽的圆环形壁板局部围绕的环在涡轮机运行期间
a)与凹槽的圆环形壁板分别形成一个轴向的间隙并且与凹槽的底部形成一个径向的间隙,
b)由一个围绕所述环的刚性壁通过摩擦连接来固定。
这种元件已经在DE 100 38 586 A1和DE 100 62 204 A1的发明主题中得以应用。在那里这种元件用作在一个轴向进给补偿装置里的卸载活塞以及用作一个轴封里的密封衬套。这两种应用都使用了一个开槽的弹性环,该弹性环在涡轮机运行时通过合适的压力微小地扩宽,压向壳体内壁并这样固定。但是本发明不仅仅涉及具有开槽的环的元件,它还可以在封闭的环中得以应用。与所述结构无关,对于由一种软的、可以流动的材料制成的环带来这样的问题,即环通过施加在其上的压力以其边缘在一侧总是逐步地压入设置于轴上的活塞或者衬套和环绕的壳体孔之间的间隙内。由此导致环的磨损增加并且产生密封效果减小的危险。
本发明的任务是,避免所述的磨损和因此延长环还有本文开头所述元件的使用寿命。
所提出的任务按照本发明这样解决,在围绕环的刚性壁中形成一个凹槽,该凹槽围绕环的不被衬套形零件的壁板围绕的自由端面,其中凹槽的侧面界限中的一个通过一个可拆卸的与刚性壁相连的管形零件形成。
通过按照本发明的设计方案,环的所有侧面都被包围,因此没有保留任何可以让环偏离的间隙。
为了把一个封闭的环设置到它的在活塞或者在轴侧的衬套内的位置上,在活塞或者衬套里凹槽的与该管形零件对置的壁板内设置一个可拆卸的与该零件相连的限界环。不言而喻,以这种方式还可以安装一个弹性的通过一个纵向延伸的缝隙所分开的环。当然该环也可以使用较少的费用为该轴侧的衬套形的零件扩宽并且在衬套形零件的侧壁中的一个上移动。
按照本发明的一个特别的优点在于,这个包括环绕的壁的元件由分开制造的零件在涡轮机外集成到一个已装配完毕的套筒上,其中所述壁在这种情况下同样由一个衬套形成。
本发明主要有利地用于一种轴向进给补偿装置或者一种轴封。
借助于两个实施例详细说明本发明。图中示出:
图1是一个设计成可安装套筒的一个截面图,该套筒具有一个在轴向通过一个狭缝分开的弹性环,
图2是图1中相应的套筒的其它的一个截面图,该套筒具有一个封闭的环。
在图1和2中所示的套筒用作轴向进给补偿装置的卸载活塞。两个实施例同样都是不可旋转和不可移动地设置在一个没有示出的叶轮泵壳体中的衬套1。所述元件其余的零件分别插入衬套1中。在一个没有示出的叶轮泵的轴上设置了另外一个衬套形的元件,一个活塞2或者3。
活塞2在图1中的实施例具有一个凹槽4,在该凹槽中插入一个活塞环5。活塞环5由弹性材料制成并且通过一个没有示出的轴向分布的狭缝分隔。弹性和分隔使得活塞环5可在一个活塞的侧壁4上移动并且可以卡入凹槽4中。在套筒的与侧壁6对置的侧面上设置一个管形的固定环7,该环在把活塞2和活塞环5插入衬套1后通过螺纹件8固定在衬套1上。固定环7具有两个作用:第一个作用是通过该环实现套筒的连接。第二个作用是它阻止活塞环5在活塞1和套筒2之间的区域内膨胀,由此避免了在已知实施例中的间隙范围内逐步的磨损。
图2中实施例里的活塞3具有一个凹段9,在所述凹段上推入一个闭锁的活塞环10。为了形成一个完整的固定活塞环的凹槽,在活塞3的开口端,也就是在固定环7对面设置一个借助于螺纹件11固定在活塞3上的挡圈12。固定环7和螺纹件8对应着图1中的实施例。
当取代一个预制的套筒使用一个固定在涡轮机壳体中的衬套时获得了一个变型方案,所述衬套在壳体中主要与所述元件其余的零件相连。在这样一个优势少一些的实施例中同样使用了本发明。
尽管用于轴封的一个元件的结构还可以用于另外一个目的,但是其原理上与在此处说明的卸载装置相同。当然,那里的相应零件的附图与此处所述的实施例不同。
Claims (8)
1.设置在一个涡轮机的轴上的、为有限制地流过一种流动介质而限定一个间隙的元件,其具有一个设置在涡轮机的轴上的衬套形的零件(2、3),该零件在它的外圆周上具有一个用于一个环(5、10)的凹槽(4、9),其中在它的端面上被凹槽(4、9)的圆环形壁板局部围绕的环(5、10)在涡轮机运行期间
a)与凹槽(4、9)的圆环形壁板分别形成一个轴向的间隙并且与凹槽的底部形成一个径向的间隙,
b)被一个围绕所述环(5、10)的刚性壁(1)通过摩擦连接来固定,
其特征在于,在刚性壁(1)中形成一个凹槽,该凹槽围绕环(5、10)的不被衬套形零件的壁板围绕的自由端面,其中凹槽(4、9)的侧面界限中的一个通过一个可拆卸的与刚性壁(1)相连的管形零件(7)形成。
2.按照权利要求1的元件,其特征在于,对置于管形零件(7)的凹槽(9)的壁板在衬套形的零件(3)中通过一个可拆卸的与衬套形零件(3)相连的限界环(12)形成。
3.按照权利要求1的元件,其特征在于一个弹性环(5),该弹性环通过一个纵向延伸的间隙分开并且通过扩宽在一个衬套形零件的侧面壁板(6)之一上移动,并且设置该弹性环是为了卡合到零件(2)的凹槽(4)中,其中把环(5)摩擦连接到围绕环的刚性壁(1)上是通过在涡轮机运行期间实现的扩宽来实现的。
4.按照权利要求2的元件,其特征在于一个刚性环(10),该环利用摩擦连接插入围绕该环的刚性壁(1)中。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任意一项的元件,其特征在于,围绕环(5、10)的壁由一个不可旋转并且不可移动固定在涡轮机的壳体中的衬套(1)中形成。
6.按照权利要求1至5中任意一项的元件,其特征在于,该元件是在涡轮机外部配套的、已安装完毕的套筒。
7.权利要求1至6中任意一项所述元件的应用,其用于一种轴向进给补偿装置。
8.权利要求1至6中任意一项所述元件的应用,其用于一种轴封。
