Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌消炎胶囊及其制备方法，以1000个剂量单位计，它主要由以下重量配比的中药原料制成：鹿茸草2000～5000份、白花蛇舌草1000～3000份、鸭跖草1000～3000份。本发明具有疗效好，服用方便等优点。与西药相比，本发明具有抗菌广泛、克服西药耐药性、彻底杀灭细菌病毒、消除炎症；作用迅速、疗效高，一般服用当天见效，3－7天治愈(急性)；杀菌灭菌彻底，提高白细胞吞噬力，根治急慢性炎症；纯中药提取，无毒副作用的特点。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种具有清热解毒，消炎止痢作用的药物制剂及其制备方法。
技术背景：
感染性疾病严重威胁人民群众的生命健康。目前对于感染性疾病的治疗主要是各种抗菌素的应用，但是多种原因导致的耐药菌株不断增加，使得抗生素的疗效不断下降，感染性疾病发病率上升，治疗难度加大。因此，寻求一种安全、高效的抗菌消炎类药物，是医学界面临的一大难题。
祖国传统中医药学在这方面具有西药无法比拟的优势，中药中有大量的清热解毒，抗菌消炎作用，已经充分得到了现代药理学实验证明。现有的抗菌消炎类中药中，“炎宁颗粒”是比较有效的一种，但由于其剂型及工艺上的缺陷，在使用中也存在见效慢，服用不方便等问题。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于：提供一种在原药基础上，改变原有工艺，使其有效成分的提取率大大增加，能够更好增加其临床疗效，以克服现有药物的不足。
本发明是这样实现的：以1000个剂量单位计，它主要由以下重量配比的中药原料制成：鹿茸草2000～5000份、白花蛇舌草1000～3000份、鸭跖草1000～3000份。
其中原料药的用量为：鹿茸草3906份、白花蛇舌草1953份、鸭跖草1953份。
其中还加有辅料润滑剂0.2-1份。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁或微粉硅胶，优选微粉硅胶。
其制备方法为：以上三味，加水煎煮二次，第一次加10倍量水，浸泡30min，煎煮1.5小时，第二次加8倍量水，煎煮1.0小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.10(85～90℃)，加乙醇使含醇量为60％，搅匀，静置12小时，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.32(85～90℃)的清膏，干燥，粉碎，制粒，干燥，整粒，加入润滑剂，填充，即得。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有疗效好，服用方便等优点。与西药相比，本发明具有抗菌广泛、克服西药耐药性、彻底杀灭细菌病毒、消除炎症；作用迅速、疗效高，一般服用当天见效，3？天治愈(急性)；杀菌灭菌彻底，提高白细胞吞噬力，根治急慢性炎症；纯中药提取，无毒副作用的特点。
以下通过药理实验说明本发明药物的有益效果：
为了验证本发明具有抗菌消炎作用，组织了100人参加的临床实验，其中男68例，女32例；年龄1-15岁者36例，16-35岁者42例，36-50岁者16例，50岁以上者6例；病程在三天以内者66例，一周以内者22例，十天以内者8例，一月以内者4例。
在治疗期间，给予4粒/次，3次/日。连续服用月余，治疗后临床症状全部消失，大便常规转为正常，体温血检正常并且观察一周随访未发者为治愈。本组服用5天而愈者32例占32％。服用7天而愈者42例占42％。服用15天而愈者17例占17％。服用30天而愈者9例占9％。治愈率为100％。
其中方中鹿茸草味辛苦，性温。祛风散寒、除湿消肿、舒筋活血。治跌打损伤、风湿关节痛、肝炎、黄疸。白花蛇舌草性寒、味甘苦，归心、肺、肝、大肠经，具有清热解毒、收敛利湿、消痈散结的功效。现代药理研究证实，白花蛇舌草有抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、增强免疫功能的作用。鸭跖草甘、淡，寒。归肺、胃、小肠经。清热解毒，利水消肿。用于风热感冒，高热不退，咽喉肿痛，水肿尿少，热淋涩痛，痈肿疔毒。三者组方相须相使对治疗呼吸道感染，扁桃体炎，尿路感染等疾病有较好的效果。
具体实施方式：
本发明的实施例：称取鹿葶草39068；白花蛇舌草1953g、鸭跖草1953g加水煎煮二次，第一次加10倍量水，浸泡30min，煎煮1.5小时，第二次加8倍量水，煎煮1.0小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.10(85～90℃)，加乙醇使含醇量为60％，搅匀，静置12小时，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.32(85～90℃)的清膏，干燥，粉碎，制粒，干燥，整粒，加入微粉硅胶4.0g，填充，即得1000粒。

1.一种抗菌消炎胶囊，其特征在于：以1000个剂量单位计，它主要由以下重量配比的中药原料制成：鹿茸草2000～5000份、白花蛇舌草1000～3000份、鸭跖草1000～3000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊，其特征在于：其中原料药的用量为：鹿茸草3906份、白花蛇舌草1953份、鸭跖草1953份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊，其特征在于：其中还加有辅料润滑剂0.2-1份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的胶囊，其特征在于：所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁或微粉硅胶，优选微粉硅胶。
5.一种如权利要求1所述胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于：以上三味，加水煎煮二次，第一次加10倍量水，浸泡30min，煎煮1.5小时，第二次加8倍量水，煎煮1.0小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.10(85～90℃)，加乙醇使含醇量为60％，搅匀，静置12小时，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.32(85～90℃)的清膏，干燥，粉碎，制粒，干燥，整粒，加入润滑剂，填充，即得。
