Abstract
本发明公开了一种耳内助听器,为了在改善病人双耳听力的耳内助听器之间实现节约能量的通讯,本发明建议,将具备优选传输方向的天线装置(AS)这样设置在助听器外壳中,使得在助听器处于安置在病人的第一只耳朵上或插入病人的第一只耳朵内的状态下所述优选的通讯传输方向基本上朝向病人的第二只耳朵。由此确保这两个助听器的传输方向在使用状态下基本上位于一条直线上,从而可实现最佳的通讯传输。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种供病人双耳助听用的耳内助听器,其包括外壳和具备优选传输方向的天线装置。
背景技术
在耳内助听器中存在的基本问题是只有很小的安装空间。因此,必须将耳内助听器中必要的部件制作得尽可能小或减至最小。
另外,在进行双耳助听时,要求两个助听器必须相互调适。如果耳内助听器具备有能自动调适到选定助听情况的机能,那么这两个助听器就必须相互调适。
从德国专利申请公开说明书DE 100 48 354 A1中可了解到一种带有两个助听器的助听系统,这两个助听器通过双向的无线信号通道相互连接。从美国专利US 6 549 633中也可以了解到一种双耳助听系统,该系统的两个助听器相互双向和无线地连接。
此外,在德国专利展出说明书DE 102 36 940 B3中公开了一种节省空间的用于助听器的天线装置。在此,将天线线圈缠绕在听头或麦克风上。
发明内容
据此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能与另一耳内助听器进行通讯的耳内助听器。
按照本发明,上述技术问题可通过这样的供病人双耳助听用的耳内助听器来解决,该耳内助听器包括外壳和具备优选传输方向的天线装置,天线装置被这样设置在外壳中,即,在助听器处于安置在病人的第一只耳朵上或插入病人的第一只耳朵内的状态下,使优选的通讯传输方向基本上朝向病人的第二只耳朵。
按照本发明,供病人双耳助听用的两个耳内助听器相互通讯用的天线处于精确确定的位置,亦即与助听器外壳成一定角度地被装入耳内助听器中。因为这两个助听器的天线的传输方向相互协调一致,由此可实现两个耳内助听器之间的节约能量的信号传输。
所述天线装置优选包括一天线线圈。借助该天线线圈可以在用于双耳助听的两个助听器之间建立电磁通讯传输通道。
所述耳内助听器可以是一种所谓的CIC(complete in channel)-助听器,它是一种完全置于病人耳道内的助听器。这意味着,天线基于其专门的定向本身可装入CIC-助听器中。
这种助听器通常具有一安装板,其中,将所述天线装置设置成与该安装板的垂直线呈10至40°的夹角。该夹角优选约为20至30°。此角度和病人耳道与其双耳连接线之间的常规倾斜夹角相当。分别插装在病人左、右耳内的助听器安装板通常大致相互平行。因此,当天线装置以其优选的通讯传输方向与所述安装板成上述角度时,这两个助听器的通讯传输方向在使用状态下就位于一条直线上,也就是说它们的通讯传输方向相互对向,从而可以在耗费最小能量的情况下实现两个天线装置之间的最佳的通讯传输。在此需考虑到的是,左右耳内助听器的天线的安装角度应当相同,但具有不同的正负符号。
作为用于天线装置的固定装置,可采用用于助听器电池接触的电池触簧。为此,在该电池触簧上设有一悬臂,悬臂上可固定天线装置,从而可确保稳定地固定天线装置。
作为所述固定措施的替代手段,可将天线装置固定在助听器的编码触点上(programmierkontakten)。为此,在这些编码触点上装有专门的适配连接器,其上固定有或可固定天线装置。这种固定方案对于某些结构的助听器来说是有利的,例如当仅在编码触点所在区域内才有可供天线装置装入的安装空间时就是如此。此外,这种固定方案具有安装便利的优点。

具体实施方式
下面予以详细描述的实施例是本发明的优选实施方式。
按照图1,在安装板M上固定有助听器的一些电子部件,在制造助听器的最终阶段可个性化地针对病人耳朵配件的轮廓切割安装板,并将其称为面板。电池B尤其通过安装板M伸突出并由电池触簧BF保持固定。图中电子模块E示于电池B的上方。
在电池触簧BF上固定有悬臂A,在悬臂的远端装有夹子K。夹子K夹持天线线圈AS。在天线线圈AS的处于夹子K附近的端侧设有软橡皮块G1作为用于扬声器的定距垫片。
从图1中同样可看到,使悬臂A的约中部之处弯折,从而使天线线圈AS相对于安装板具有所期望的角度位置。也可按任意角度将悬臂A固定在电池触簧BF上。因此,可使夹子K并因此也使天线线圈AS相对于安装板M或其垂直线有任意的空间角。
图2中从另一视角再次示出了已在图1中示出的重要部件,为使视图清晰起见,图中没有示出电子模块E。从该图中尤其可看到两个电池触簧BF,在它们之间夹着电池B。左侧的电池触簧BF上设有悬臂A,该悬臂使天线线圈AS相对于安装板M的垂直线保持所期望的角度α。从图2中还可看到,天线线圈AS也沿垂直于图纸平面的方向倾斜。由此结合角度α就可获得特定的空间角,此特定的空间角与所统计的病人耳道相对于病人两耳连接线的耳道角度相应。天线线圈AS优选的通讯传输方向是沿其轴线的方向。因此,若助听器佩带者一侧的耳内助听器内的天线线圈AS按图示方向定向,同时其另一侧的耳内助听器内的天线线圈AS相对于此对称定向时,这两个天线线圈彼此基本同轴。与之相应的是,能以最小的发射能量在这两个天线线圈之间建立无线连接。
作为固定在电池触簧BF上的悬臂A的替代部件也可设置适配连接器,以便将天线线圈AS保持在期望的角度上,可将适配连接器插套到电子助听器的安装板M上。当然,也可设置其他用于保持在期望角度上的部件。
为了将耳内助听器制造得尽可能小并且最后能将天线装入其中,应将天线相对于听头或扬声器向后有所错移地装入。这样做的理由在于:助听器基本上为锥形并因此向外有更大的安装空间。这样的问题主要出现在完全插入耳道内的CIC-助听器上。
出于安装方面的原因,应将用于天线线圈AS的夹持固定件设计成使天线线圈AS在装入时不受损。图示的夹子K就是这样一种保护性夹持固定件。
原则上应个性化地制造用于耳内助听器的耳朵配件,因而在各助听器内将有相应不同的安装空间。据此,从多种装入尝试中统计表明比较有利的手段是:如图1和图2所示,在电池附近的部位用相应的夹持固定件将天线线圈AS固定在电池触簧BF上。这样一来,由面板切割形成的常规基面不至于因附加构件、即天线线圈AS而扩大。
Claims (6)
1.一种供病人双耳助听用的耳内助听器,其具有一外壳和具备优选传输方向的一天线装置(AS),该天线装置(AS)被这样设置在所述外壳中,即,在所述助听器处于插入病人的第一只耳朵内的状态下,使所述优选的通讯传输方向基本上朝向病人的第二只耳朵,其特征在于,还具有一安装板(M),所述天线装置(AS)被设置成与该安装板的垂直线成10至40°的夹角,使得两个助听器的通讯传输方向在使用状态下位于一条直线上。
2.如权利要求1所述的耳内助听器,其特征在于,所述天线装置(AS)包括一天线线圈。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的耳内助听器,其特征在于,所述助听器是一种完全处于耳道内的助听器。
4.如权利要求1所述的耳内助听器,其特征在于,所述夹角为20至30°。
5.如权利要求1所述的耳内助听器,其特征在于,还具有用于与电池(B)接触的电池触簧(BF),在所述电池触簧(BF)上设有一用于固定所述天线装置(AS)的悬臂(A)。
6.如权利要求1所述的耳内助听器,其特征在于,还具有编码触点(P),所述天线装置(AS)被安置在所述编码触点上。
