技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车辆的座椅总成,更具体地,涉及一种升降器组件,其响应于座垫在乘坐位置与被向前倾卸位置(forwardly dumpedposition)之间的枢转运动而自动侧向地移位座垫。
背景技术
机动车辆包括用于支承车辆内乘客的座椅总成。座椅总成包括座垫以及座椅靠背,座椅靠背通过倾角调整器机构耦合于座垫,以允许座椅靠背相对于座垫在多个倾卸乘坐位置之间选择性地枢转调整。典型地,座椅靠背也可以在任意一个倾卸乘坐位置以及一个水平的、向前收起位置之间移动,以提供一个位于座椅靠背背部上面的负载底板面。
在汽车座椅的技术领域内,公知在座垫与车辆底板之间安装一个升降器组件,以在乘坐位置与向前收起位置之间移动座椅总成,在乘坐位置处座垫置于车辆底板的上方,在向前收起位置处座垫整体上位于乘坐位置前方且靠着车辆底板平放。同时也知道,这样的一个升降器组件允许座椅总成在乘坐位置与位于车辆底板的凹处内的收起位置之间移动。然而,仍然希望提供一种升降器组件,该升降器组件可允许座椅总成在乘坐位置与侧向偏离乘坐位置的收起位置之间移动。
发明内容
依据本发明的一个方面,提供一种用于将乘客支承于机动车辆底板上方的座椅总成。座椅总成包括一个在隔开的侧构件之间横向延伸的座垫。座垫包括一个在侧构件之间延伸的前横构件。一前腿枢转地安装于前横构件的一端,以用于座垫相对于前腿在乘坐位置与向前倾卸位置之间枢转地移动。一凸起从前横构件往外突出,用于与前横构件一起相对于前腿枢转地运动。一引导缘紧固于前腿且具有一个可与所述凸起凸轮地啮合的凸轮面,以自动地侧向移位座垫,响应于座垫相对于前腿在乘坐位置与向前倾卸位置之间的枢转运动。

具体实施方式
参照附图,在图1中,机动车辆的座椅总成总体上以10表示。座椅总成10包括一个用于将乘客支承于车辆底板上方的座垫12,以及一个用于支承坐在座垫12上的乘客背部的座椅靠背14。倾卸组件16耦合于座垫12和座椅靠背14之间,以相对于座垫12锁定座椅靠背14以及相对于座垫12在多个大体上竖直的乘坐位置与向前折叠的倒下位置之间枢转调整座椅靠背14,向前折叠的倒下位置在图1中标为A,座椅靠背14叠于座垫12上。如下文所极其详细描述的,座椅总成10包括一个耦合于座垫12和车辆底板之间的升降器组件20,从而允许座椅总成10在乘坐位置和向前倾卸位置之间移动,向前倾卸位置在图2中标为B,在车辆内相对于乘坐位置向内侧偏。升降器组件20还允许座椅总成在向前倾卸位置B和向前收起位置之间移动,向前收起位置在图2中标为C,优选地嵌入底板的一个凹处内,该凹处在车辆内相对于乘坐位置向内侧偏。选择地,向前收起位置也可以靠在底板的上表面上。

引导缘或者引导管50紧固于内前腿30的上端34。引导管50优选地是圆柱形的且与孔42、44轴向地对齐,使得前横构件26可旋转且可滑移地穿过引导管50并容纳于其中。一引导槽52形成于引导管50中。引导槽52由间隔开且大致呈螺旋状的第一凸轮面54以及第二凸轮面56确定。凸起58大致径向地从前横构件26凸出,穿过引导槽52。在座垫12从乘坐位置到向前倾卸位置的运动过程中,凸起58与前横构件26一起转动且啮合第一凸轮面54。凸起58与第一凸轮面54之间的啮合导致座垫12向内侧移动,响应于座垫12在乘坐位置与向前倾卸位置之间的枢转运动。类似地,在座垫12从向前倾卸位置到乘坐位置的枢转运动过程中,凸起58与前横构件26一起转动且啮合第二凸轮面56。凸起58与第二凸轮面56之间的啮合导致座垫12向外侧移动,响应于座垫12在乘坐位置与向前倾卸位置之间的枢转运动。
一协助弹簧60耦合于紧固在前横构件26上的托架62与外前腿32之间,以协助座垫12在乘坐位置与向前倾卸位置之间的运动。
升降器组件20还包括大致平行的内后腿64以及外后腿66,每个后腿都在上端68、70与相对的下端72、74之间延伸。内后腿64以及外后腿66的上端68、70分别通过枢轴销65、67枢转地组装至对应的内侧构件22与外侧构件24,使得后腿64、66可以在支承位置与收起位置之间枢转地运动,在所述支承位置后腿64、66在座垫12和车辆底板之间大致竖直地延伸,在所述收起位置后腿64、66与侧构件22、24平行,如图2中位于向前倾卸位置B的座垫12所最清楚地显示的。每个后腿64、66的下端72、74可以选择性地闩锁至紧固于车辆的底板上的对应撞杆(striker bar),且可以通过释放杆从撞杆处脱开,如本领域内的普通技术人员所公知的那样。于各后腿64、66与对应的前腿30、32之间有一连接件76延伸,以在支承位置与收起位置之间分别地移动后腿64、66,响应于座垫12在乘坐位置与向前收起位置之间的运动。选择地,单个的连接件把后腿64、66之一连接到前腿30、32之一,且一个杆使后腿64、66相互连接,从而,两个后腿64、66各自响应于座垫12在乘坐位置与向前收起位置之间的运动而在乘坐位置与收起位置之间运动。
多个支柱或者支架80各在一钩形下端82与一上端86之间延伸,优选地,每个前腿30、32与托架33对应一个支架80,下端82选择性地啮合形成于对应托架33之一内的槽84,上端86枢转地啮合前横构件26,以移动下端82使其啮合或者从槽84脱开。当与槽84啮合时,支架80把座垫12保持在乘坐位置处。例如钟表弹簧或者其它适合的偏移装置之类的偏移元件88,在每个前腿30、32和对应支架80中的一个之间延伸,以把支架80的下端偏移至与槽84啮合。在乘坐位置与向前倾卸位置之间运动时,座垫12啮合支架80,克服由偏移装置88所施加的力,把支架80的下端82相应地移至与槽84啮合或者脱开。
在使用中,前腿30、32和后腿64、66在支承位置上大致竖直地延伸,把座垫12支承在乘坐位置上。每个支架80的下端82啮合托架33内的槽84,把座垫12保持在乘坐位置上。偏移元件88保持下端82与槽84啮合。
为了座垫12在乘坐位置与向前倾卸位置之间移动,每个后腿64、66的下端72、74都从紧固于车辆底板上的撞杆的脱离闩锁啮合。当座垫12从乘坐位置朝着向前倾卸位置枢转地移动时,凸起58与前横构件26一起转动且与引导管50的第一凸轮面54啮合;作为反应,第一凸轮面54作用在凸起58上,且相对于前腿30、32侧向地往内移位座垫12。同时,连接件76响应于座垫12从乘坐位置到向前倾卸位置的移位而把后腿64、66从支承位置拉到收起位置。
当座垫12从向前倾卸位置返回到乘坐位置时,凸起58与前横构件26一起转动且与引导管50的第二凸轮面56啮合;作为反应,第二凸轮面56作用在凸起58上,且相对于前腿30、32侧向地往外移位座垫12。同时,连接件76响应座垫12从向前倾卸位置到乘坐位置的移位而把后腿64、66从收起位置推到支承位置。下端72、74闩锁地接合紧固于车辆底板的撞杆,以把座垫12锁定在乘坐位置上。
座椅靠背14可以移到叠于座垫12上的向前折叠放倒位置上,且座垫12可以在向前倾卸位置与向前收起位置之间移动,而不是把座垫12回复到乘坐位置。处于向前倾卸位置的座垫12于支架80的顶端处啮合支架80,且枢转支架的下端82以脱离槽84。然后,前腿30、32可自由地绕枢轴销31转动,以允许座垫12与座椅靠背14一起在向前倾卸位置与嵌入于车辆底板凹处中的向前收起位置之间移动。
参考图4,其显示了升降器组件120的第二实施方式;其用于响应于座垫12在乘坐位置与向前倾卸位置之间的移动而侧向地分别向外以及向内移位座垫12。一引导缘150紧固于内前腿30的上端。引导缘150包括于其中形成的螺旋形凸轮面154,用于在座垫12于乘坐位置及向前倾卸位置之间移动时以凸轮方式耦合凸起58。一个储能的偏移元件160在座垫12和外前腿32或内前腿30中的一个之间延伸,用于往外侧向地偏移座垫12。

支座托架228紧固至前横构件26。一偏移元件230储能地压缩于内前腿30和支座托架228之间,用于往外侧向偏压座垫12。选择地,偏移元件230可以在内前腿30和支座托架228之间张紧,用于往内偏压座垫12以及往向前倾卸位置B枢转地偏压座垫12。

Claims (15)
