Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明大体上是关于头戴式受话,特别是指一种新式头戴式受话器,其与有源降噪连用时尤其有利但具有在无源头戴式受话器中有益的特征。一个头戴式受话器为通过一头环(headband)相互连接的一对耳机。
背景技术
背景请参考美国专利专利号6597792、5305387、5208268、5181252、4989271、4922542、4644581及4455675。还可参考市售市售博士(Bose)产静适(QUIET COMFORT)头戴式受话器及市售市售静适二(QUIETCOMFORT 2)头戴式受话器。静适二头戴式受话器体现了此处揭露的本发明请一并作为参考。
发明内容
根据本发明外形,一副有源降噪头戴式受话器的构成及安排包括在一耳杯(earcup)内的可更换电池、一带有开关的可拆卸固定的插头及一声频电缆,该电缆一端具有一插头以与另一耳杯上的声源插座配合连接。两耳杯均具有有源降噪电路。本发明的另一特征为一封闭式头环弹簧,其包含使二耳杯中电子元件相互耦合的电缆。本发明的又一技术特征为一扬声器驱动器,其偏移耳杯中心而靠近承载电路的印刷电路板。本发明的再一特征为一铰接电池通道门,其于关闭状态下被枢轴支撑耳杯的轭臂组件正常覆盖。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图尤其是图1,其为体现本发明的市售博士产静适二头戴式受话器的透视图。该头戴式受话器包括由头环13连接的一右耳杯11及一左耳杯12,该头环具有一悬挂右轭组件14及一左轭组件15。该右耳杯11包括一开关16及一发光二极管17,当开关16位于“开”位置时该发光二极管17发光。右耳杯11与左耳杯12分别具有右护耳垫21及左护耳垫22。
参考图2,其示出一显示出头环13的一个特征的视图。相互连接耳杯11、12中的电子元件的电缆24被板簧两节段23A及23B遮盖,该板簧提供夹紧力以保持耳杯11、12在使用者耳上。相互连接的电子元件可包括一开关(未示出)、一电路板(未示出)及右耳杯11中的一电池(未示出)。如所示插头组件与左耳杯12连接。在所有附图中同样的参考标记标示相应的元件。

参考图6,为右耳杯11及右轭臂组件14的图示,示出在电池通道门41位于打开位置下,电池37如何可移除地安装于右耳杯11中。当耳机放置在使用者头上并且耳杯11、12包着使用者耳朵时,当电池37被完全插入,电池通道门41关闭并被右轭臂组件14覆盖。

参考图8,示出了可拆卸固定的连接器33移除后的左耳杯12的视图,其示出如何安置灵敏度开关33A使其接入一电阻而得到低灵敏度以及切出该电阻而得到高灵敏度,以及一罩子33B,当可拆卸固定的连接器33被完全安装在左耳杯12中时,该罩子33B可平滑的覆盖开口。
本发明具有许多优点。将电池门定位于耳杯顶部使得电池难以不经意地从杯中掉出。因为耳机在使用状态下,为使电池门不能打开,轭位于电池门上方。提供夹紧力的板簧提供想要的夹紧力同时使板簧宽度及重量较小。贯穿头环板簧全长的槽可便利的容纳使耳杯相互连接的电线,并可被一保护性的塑料制品覆盖。通过垂直定向电池及衰减器/插头组件,并在耳杯中靠前定位这些,使得它们位于一不向使用者耳廓的前空腔突出的区域中。从而在提供想要的空腔容积时,耳杯具有相对较小的外形。当插头/衰减器组件被插入到耳杯中,可控制音量或头戴式受话器灵敏度的开关被遮盖,其无法被使用者直接接触到而致可能无意地被改变到不同的位置。扬声器驱动器偏离耳杯的中心并被安置在杯的较低位置(虽然更高位置也可使用)。在大致圆形的耳杯中使用圆形驱动器并向一端或另一端偏置驱动器可为安置印刷电路板留出更多的空间。
显然,本领域技术人员可以不脱离本发明的概念提出各种偏离此处描述的具体设备及技术的使用和改动。因此,本发明被解释为包括此处所揭示设备及技术中提出或具有的每个新颖的特征及新颖的特征组合,而仅被其权利要求的范围与精神所限制。
Claims (7)
1.一种降噪头戴式受话器,包括:
一对耳杯,各耳杯具有电子元件且被安置于一轭组件中并通过一头环机械性的耦合,该头环包含一形成有一槽的板簧,该槽容纳使两耳杯中电子元件相互连接的电缆并贯穿板簧全长;
各耳杯具有有源降噪电路;
各耳杯包括一扬声器驱动器,其在耳杯中位于偏离中心位置,以允许各耳杯内的内部空腔容纳扬声器驱动器、麦克风、印刷电路板及电池与插头组件二者之一;
其中一耳杯容纳一可拆卸固定的插头组件,该组件具有一灵敏度开关,当插头组件被完全放置于耳杯中时,该开关被耳杯遮盖;
另一耳杯具有一电池门,该电池门可被打开以允许插入与移出电池且当该头戴式受话器被一使用者佩戴而电池被完全放入耳杯中时,该电池门被轭组件遮盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降噪头戴式受话器,还进一步包括一塑料制品,该塑料制品覆盖所述内部含有电线的槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降噪头戴式受话器,还进一步包括附于各耳杯上的护耳垫,该护耳垫的构成及安排为环绕使用者的耳朵。
4.一种头戴式受话器,其包括:
一对耳杯,各耳杯具有电子元件且被安置于一轭组件中并通过一头环机械性的耦合,该头环包含一形成有一槽的板簧,该槽容纳使两耳杯中电子元件相互连接的电缆并贯穿板簧全长。
5一种降噪头戴式受话器,其包括:
一对耳杯;
各耳杯包括一扬声器驱动器,其在耳杯中位于偏离中心位置,以允许各耳杯的内部空腔容纳扬声器驱动器、麦克风、印刷电路板及电池与插头组件二者之一。
6根据权利要求5所述的降噪头戴式受话器,还进一步包括:
所述麦克风及所述印刷电路板位于所述空腔内。
7.一种降噪头戴式受话器,其具有一附于一轭组件上的耳杯,包括:
