背景技术
血管神经性头痛是一种常见病，·虽有部分中西药物可用，但效果均不甚理想，尤其是对治疗血虚。血瘀型的肝阳头痛的药物国内外的文献尚未见报导，现常用的洽疗头痛的西药有麦角胺咖啡因，它是一种血管扩张剂，只适合于脑动脉缺血性疾病。另外近几年才生产的氟桂嗪胶囊，其作用机理是选择性的抑制钙进入细胞，以减少静脉的收缩，：目前报导的治头痛的中成药有正无丸，它是中西药合方，其机理是活血化瘀，并配有西药的止痛剂，此药只适合于外感头痛之类。而对中医称谓的内伤型头痛血虚血瘀肝阳头痛则效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗头痛的中药冲剂能治疗内伤头痛范畴，适应血管神经性头痛。偏头痛。及高血压的头晕，头痛等症。
本发明的技术方案是一种治疗头痛的中药冲剂，其特征在于它的药味组成成分为：
当归4～9％ 川芎4-9％ 白芍2-8％ 熟地2-8％ 勾藤10～15％ 鸡血藤10～15％ 夏枯草10-15％ 决明子10-15％ 珍珠母10-15％ 元胡4-9％ 细辛0.5～2％
本方案的活血清冲剂的制遣工艺为：药材的前予处理一水提一浓缩一乙醇沉淀一回收乙醇一浓缩成膏一混合制粒一成品包装。即按比例取上述各药。加水煎煮三次，每次一小时。合并煎液，浓缩适量，加2倍量的乙醇，静置2 4小时沉淀，取上清液浓缩成膏，相对密度为1.3-1.4.出膏率10％，再取清膏，蔗糖。糊精按1∶3∶1混合烘干成颗粒状即成。
本处方活血清脑冲剂属于治疗内伤头痛范畴，盖因“脑为髓之海”，主要依赖肝、肾。精血濡养及脾胃运化水谷精微，输怖气血上充于脑，故内伤头痛与肝：脾。肾三脏密切相关。若为血虚血瘀，阴虚肝阳升腾所致之头痛，需宜养血活血，滋阴平阳为法。而这在国内的药品中是没有报导的。
本药的同伍补血之中兼有活血养气，滋阴填精之中兼有潜阳平肝，静中有动协调阴阳。它以当归为君药主要为养血，活血，止痛，熟地为滋阴补血，益精填髓，因“脑为髓之海”。精髓不足则脑髓失养而作痛，用之相宜。白芍为平肝止痛，养血调经？用于阳血虚而肝阳亢所致头痛最佳。川芎活血行气，人血分行血中之气。祛风止痛为治疗血瘀肝阳所致头痛的常用药，熟地，白芍。川芎合用协助君药，其作用为养血活血。滋阴平肝、祛风止痛。勾藤，珍珠母。夏枯草。决明子为镇静安神，为补治药。佐协鸡血藤补血行血，舒筋活络，元胡活血行气止痛，细辛芳香走窜。祛风散寒止痛共为佐使、全方总的功能为补血养阴。活血止痛。
本药除主治血管神经性头痛、偏头痛外。亦可治疗高血压性的头晕头痛。
本药经临床试验：应用1000例。其中男性400例、女性690例，年龄14～65岁，病程2个月-26年，均为头痛或偏头痛，全部病历无神经系统异常体征，其中部分病人均曾服过麦角胺咖啡因、天麻素、去痛片等药物，其临床观察结果

2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗头痛的中药冲剂的制作方法，其特征在于：本方案的活血清冲剂的制遣工艺为：药材的前予处理一水提一浓缩一乙醇沉淀一回收乙醇一浓缩成膏一混合制粒一成品包装。即按比例取上述各药。加水煎煮三次，每次一小时。合并煎液，浓缩适量，加2倍量的乙醇，静置24小时沉淀，取上清液浓缩成膏，相对密度为1.3-1.4。出膏率10％，再取清膏蔗糖。糊精按1∶3∶1混合烘干成颗粒状即成。
