Abstract
The combined air purified is developed based on the principles of bionics, bioengineering and biochemistry and eliminate virus, bacteria, particle, SO2, CO2 and other harmful gas from air. By means of air pump and air pipeline, air is purified in the purifying pond successively and the purifying pond includes purifying pond A with disinfecting liquid for eliminating virus, bacteria and particles from air, purifying pond B with water for eliminating particles and disinfecting liquid small, purifying pond C with sodium hydroxide for eliminating SO2 and CO2, and purifying pond D with water for final cleaning of air. The present invention has the main effect of raise quality and provides pollution-less air for household, ward, etc.
Description
The design principle is as follows: the combined air purifier is developed according to the principles of textile, bioengineering and biochemistry.
Secondly, functions: can effectively eliminate the harmful gases in the air such as particulate matters, viruses, bacteria, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and the like, and provides pollution-free natural air for people.
Thirdly, the use is convenient and flexible, and the application is wide: the machine is provided with 4 air purification tanks (one of which is a spare disinfection tank for special equipment) which are connected in sequence. Manufacturers and users can flexibly increase or decrease the use of the purifying tank or add different disinfectant into the purifying tank according to the air pollution degree of different places, so that the combined air purifier achieves more ideal effect.
The machine can be used in indoor, hospital ward, office, and suspension device for automobile and epidemic prevention vehicle.
Fourthly, explanation of the attached drawings: fig. 1 shows 1 of 4 identical purification tanks of the combined air purifier.
① purifying tank comprises purifying tank body, top cover, splash-proof baffle, liquid discharge valve, and ventilating sand strip.
② the installation method comprises installing sealing gaskets on two holes of the pool top cover, installing gas pipe joints, and screwing with nuts.
③ A gas pipe joint on the top cover is connected with a gas pipe, the other end of the joint is connected with a ventilating sand strip (the length of the ventilating sand strip is based on the distance from the bottom of the purification tank) by a gas pipe, and the other gas pipe joint on the top cover is only connected with a gas exhaust pipe.
④ placing the ventilating sand strip connected by air pipe into a purifying tank, adding air liquid with depth of about 2/3 into the purifying tank, placing splash-proof partition plate, which is 10cm from the liquid level, placing top cover sealing gasket, and screwing the top cover tightly.
⑤ the rest purifying tanks are arranged according to ②③④ and are connected in sequence according to the figure 2.
Fifthly, the working principle is as follows: 1. the air pump is pressed outdoor air into the purification tank A filled with disinfectant with certain concentration through the air delivery pipe, the air rapidly rises through the uniform micro holes of the sand bars in the ventilating sand bars at the bottom, viruses and bacteria carried in the air are killed in the rising process, and particulate matters and dust are removed in the solution, so that the primary purification of the air is realized.
2. The air treated by the purification tank A passes through the gap of the splash guard of the purification tank A along the gas pipe and then enters the ventilating sand strip at the bottom of the purification tank B filled with water, and the air rises in the water through the uniform pores of the sand strip to clean the air, so that the particulate matters in the air and the smell of disinfectant are further removed.
3. The air treated by the purification tank B passes through the gaps of the splash-proof partition boards of the purification tank B and then enters along the gas transmission pipe, and sulfur dioxide SO in the air uniformly rises in the process that the air uniformly rises again in the ventilating sand strips at the bottom of the purification tank C filled with 5-10% sodium hydroxide solution2Carbon dioxide CO2Then react with sodium hydroxideChemically reacted and removed.
4. The air treated by the purification tank C passes through the gaps of the splash-proof partition plate of the purification tank C and enters the ventilating sand bars at the bottom of the purification tank D filled with water through the gas transmission pipe again, and the air uniformly rises to finish the final cleaning and purification.
5. Sterilizing and removing particulate SO2、CO2The air of harmful gas is uniformly sent to all places in the room before being sent to the air supply fan through the air delivery pipe.
6. When no respiratory infectious disease is epidemic, the purification pool A is not used, namely, any solution or special substance is not added in the purification pool A.
Sixthly, when the solution in the purifying tank is deteriorated: 1. opening the top cover, opening the liquid discharge valve and discharging the deteriorated solution; 2. the tapping valve is closed again and a new solution is added.
Seventhly, technical parameters are as follows:
1. the power AC, 220V, 50HZ, electrical schematic diagram 3, the size of the air pump purification pool should be decided according to the size of the room, office, meeting hall.
2. For example, 35W electromagnetic air pump AC0-003, exhaust pipe 60L/min, average air amount per breath of 0.4-0.5L/min for adult, and 16 breaths/min for adult.
Per minute ventilation (ventilation per time. times. respiratory rate)
0.5L × 16 times/min
8L/min
Therefore, at least 4 people can be provided with pollution-free natural air.
