Abstract

Description
本发明涉及特别以混合橡胶为目的的容积泵,更具体地说,涉及齿轮泵。
容积齿轮泵用于高黏性塑料材料已经为人们所熟知,例如在公告US 5,120,206中所述。这种类型的泵采用一种齿轮系统,所述齿轮系统包括一个马达驱动的齿轮,即“驱动轮”,和与所述第一个齿轮相啮合因而被驱动而转动的第二齿轮,以及一个给料螺杆,所述螺杆使得能够压力供给高黏性的塑料材料给所述泵。
橡胶混合物也具有非常高的黏性,这会产生非常高的阻力扭矩作用于驱动齿轮上。所述扭矩总是很大,因为需要通过提高齿轮的宽度来实现高流量。所述困难是如此之大,以至于齿轮泵在橡胶的应用中,会经常发生齿轮损坏的情况。
另外,对于橡胶混合物的高流量的实现受到发热方面的限制,因为流量的增加,其主要是齿轮转动速度的增加的函数,伴随着橡胶混合物的温度的大幅度增加;现在,这种温度必须得到控制,同时特别要限制其增加,以便避免所述混合物的早期硫化。
本发明的目的在于克服所述缺点。
根据本发明,特别用于橡胶混合物的容积泵,包括用于将材料输送到一个包围空间的给料装置,所述包围空间通往一个开口且所述包围空间中运转着两个反向转动的螺杆,所述螺杆通过所具有的各自的螺旋面螺纹相互啮合,所述螺杆的啮合区的轴向长度大于或等于所述螺纹的螺矩与螺矩乘以每个螺杆的螺纹数量再乘以2之和。
所述相反转动的螺杆无接触地啮合着。
本实施例通过将驱动扭矩传递给各螺杆,使得可以保证泵的容积流量和泵的可靠性。
通过参照附图,阅读根据本发明的计量泵的实施例的实例,本发明的其他特性和优势将变得明白而易于理解。

在图1中,齿轮泵1包括带有两个反向转动的螺杆2和3的本体10,螺杆2和3具有彼此平行的轴线。所述两个螺杆2和3的自由端24和34,在由本体10所形成的包围空间11之中通过其螺旋面螺纹相互配合在一起,以便实现计量(volumetrically)抽吸。请注意,在图1中,只有螺杆3的螺杆螺纹通过虚线得到了显示。
如以后将更为详细地看到的,端部24和34形成了可以媲美齿轮系统的一种元件关联,尽管在端部24和34之间没有接触,其间的螺纹也不相互接触。
这样,每个螺杆2和3包括多个区域,所述区域的功能和环境各不相同,为了更加清楚起见,在图1和2中,所述区域将被称为区域A、B、C和D。
因此,每个螺杆2和3具有:
-端部21、31,每个都连接到驱动装置,以便允许所述螺杆绕其自身轴线转动进而驱动所述泵,两个端部21和31处于对应于区域A的由本体10所形成的单独的壳体12和13中;
-在螺杆转动的情况下混合物前进方向上紧随在区域A之后的区域B,在区域B中,每个螺杆2和3的部分22和32在一个共同的室4中但其螺纹不相互接触地转动,在此区域中一个螺杆2具有大于另一个螺杆的直径;
-用于传输材料流的区域C紧随在区域B之后,在此区域中,实现了对到达对应于螺杆部分23和33的混合物流的分离,且室4被分割为两个室42和43。在此区域中,两个螺杆2和3具有相同的直径。
-最后,是容积抽吸区D,在所述区域中所述螺杆2和3的两个自由端24和34在相同的包围空间,即包围空间11中协同工作。
因此,区域A对应于通过使每个螺杆2和3被驱动来进行的泵的驱动。在此实施例中,带有特殊的减速齿轮的单个的马达被用于驱动各螺杆。所述减速齿轮在所述螺杆2和3之间形成了有角度的间隙,这防止了它们的自由端24和34的机械接触。另外,还是为了避免端部24和34之间的任何机械接触,区域A中的双边的机械限位装置(没有示出)限定了两个螺杆2和3的轴向位置。所述构造使得所述泵更加可靠和坚固,因为形成了一种齿轮系统的螺杆的自由端24和34是由彼此独立的马达驱动的,两个端部中的任何一个都不会导致另一个的转动。
用于供给混合物的区域B本身沿轴向被划分成区域B′和区域B″,这是通过径向的侧壁6来限定的,区域B′是由本体10的内壁15来限定的。
处于区域B″中的室4经单独的给料口5得到供给,所述给料口5设在区域B′中两个螺杆2和3周围的轴间间隙中,因而处于两个螺杆的部分22′和32′的水平面上。
较小直径的螺杆3的区域32′起着其他螺杆的给料滚轮的作用,这个区域没有任何螺纹,其直径使之与本体10的侧壁15相接触。所述混合物,在通往区域B″的切入到本体10中的螺纹16的作用下,被迫从两个螺杆的轴间间隙穿过供给到室4。
在此区域B中的直径差通常能够有助于所述混合物的输送,从而实现所述泵的给料。
从区域B到区域C的通道包括分界面,将室4划分成两部分,并形成螺杆3的圆锥部分23′以便将直径减小到与螺杆3相同的直径。为了使得所述泵能够工作,螺杆2和3事实上必须具有与其自由端上游相同的扭矩和相同的流量。
反之,在区域D中,每个螺杆都具有各自的锥形区域24′和34′,这使其能够增加其直径来调节区域C和D之间的流量。
为了产生能够计量的区域D,每个螺杆端部24、34的螺旋面螺纹必须与其他螺杆端部34、24无接触地相互配合,但在其间具有非常小的间隙,且所述螺杆端部24和34必须使得其各自的轴向长度L(图2)大于或等于所述螺纹螺矩与所述螺矩乘以各螺杆的螺纹数量乘以2之和。
因此,在进入包围空间11的区域中,然后通过优化处于各端24、34的螺旋面螺纹的数量,密封性得到了保证,所述螺旋面螺纹对应于至少一个处于送料位置(admission)中的螺旋槽,一个处于出料位置(delivery)中的螺旋槽和一个处于两者之间的螺旋槽。
对于所述螺旋面螺纹的结构可以选择不同的形式。特别是,一种有利的形式是利用圆的渐开线作为螺纹侧面。
为了在泵中获得足够的压力并保证给料,安装超大尺寸的螺杆是有利的,所述螺杆在给料区域B中具有大于工作区域C中的流量,其也大于在区域D中要求获得的流量。
包围空间11通往一个系统,所述系统朝着一个开口面17收缩,如图2中可以看出的那样。
Claims (7)
1.一种特别用于橡胶混合物的容积泵,其包括用于将材料传递给包围空间(11)的给料装置,所述包围空间通往出口(17)且其中转动着两个反方向转动的螺杆(24,34),所述螺杆(24,34)通过各自带有的螺旋面螺纹彼此相互啮合,所述螺杆(24,34)的啮合区域的轴向长度大于或等于所述螺纹的螺矩与所述螺矩乘以各螺杆的螺纹数量乘以2之和。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵,其中所述反向转动的螺杆(24,34)非接触地相互啮合。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任何一项所述的泵,其中两个相互啮合的螺杆(24,34)是通过相同的驱动扭矩直接驱动的。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的泵,其中所述给料装置是由两个给料螺杆(2,3)形成的,其自由端形成了所述相互啮合的螺杆(24,34)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的泵,其中所述给料螺杆(2,3)包括给料区(B),在给料区(B)中给料螺杆(2,3)被安装在一个公共的给料室(4)中,一个用于传输材料流的区域(C),在区域(C)中所述公共室被划分成两个独立的室(42,43),以及一个计量抽吸区域(D),在所述区域(D)中所述独立的室被重新结合起来而形成其中转动着相互啮合的螺杆(24,34)的包围空间(11)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的泵,其中在所述给料区域(B)中,所述给料螺杆中的一个(3)起着其他螺杆(2)的给料滚轮(32′)的作用。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任何一项的所述的泵,其中所述给料螺杆(2,3)的直径是在不同的给料(B)、传输(C)和抽吸(D)区域中被确定的,使得给料区域(B)中的流量大于传输区域(C)中的流量,其顺次大于抽吸区域(D)中的流量。
