Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制造具有任何厚度、宽度和长度的并由堆叠且部分相互粘接的薄膜条形成的带状物体的方法,其中每条薄膜条在一面上在整个宽度范围内具有胶条,这些胶条错开地设置在直接相邻的薄膜条上,其中薄膜条被堆叠成薄膜条摞并在堆叠方向上被压紧并粘在一起地形成了带状物体。适于实施该方法的装置也在本发明范围内。
背景技术
为了由局部粘接的薄膜条制成带状物体,目前,原则上知道了两种方法。第一种方法涉及由具有胶条的薄板制成块体并随后在压力与加热的作用下使这些板相互粘接,其中如此制成的块体被锯且成薄片,薄片切割宽度对应于后来的带状物体厚度。通过这些薄片粘在一起,得到了近似无端连续的物体。例如,在DE-A-2342076中公开了这种制造方法并且目前已经在实际使用这种制造方法。
这种通过制造块体并接着把这些块体锯切成单个薄片的已知制造方法的缺点主要在于,在经济制造时,这些块体太厚,以至给块体输入热量以促成粘合的热量输入需要较长的加热及压制时间,另外,这可能导致温度分布不均匀和最终产品质量的相应降低。随后借助带锯的块体切分导致相当大的浪费。此外,为了制造由局部粘合的薄膜条构成的带状物体,需要四个单独的处理步骤,即
1.堆叠具有胶条的板,
2.把堆叠板压缩成一个块体,
3.把所述块体锯切成单个薄片,
4.使单个薄片粘合成近似无端连续的物体。
结果,粘合单个薄片在物体内产生了这样的点,即这些点不利地影响物体性能并因而在某些情况下甚至必须被除去。
第二种制造方法基于具有胶条的薄膜条,它们上下重叠并且在堆叠方向上受压并接收热量地被压合成连续带状物体。例如从DE-C-3820718中知道了这样的方法,其中使一个薄膜幅材连续具有纵向胶条。在生产线上,单个薄膜条在薄膜幅材移动方向的横向上被切断并被堆叠成一个薄膜条摞并且在堆叠方向上受压并接收热量地被压合成一个连续的带状物体。
这种方法的主要缺点主要涉及低生产速度,即使为了经济生产出一条连续带状物体而而同时输入两个薄膜幅材以便切割出单个薄膜条,但这种低速度也不能明显提高。尽管与传统的块体制造方法相比得到了更好的用于薄膜条摞粘合的热输入以及在切割出单个薄膜条时的少得多的浪费,基于此原理的方法至今还无法应用。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,提供上述类型的方法,通过该方法,可以在一条生产线上经济地制造出由局部粘合的薄膜条形成的高质量带状物体。另一个目的是提供一种适用于实施该方法的装置。
与方法有关,一条在其纵向的横向上具有胶条的薄膜幅材被纵向切分成至少两个等宽的薄膜条幅并且使单个薄膜条幅转向并且胶条相互错开地进行重叠引导并有节奏地被切分成由单个薄膜条构成的薄膜条组件的长度并以薄膜条摞形式被供给薄膜条组件,由此得到本发明任务的解决方案。
本发明方法的优选应用领域是带状物体制造,其中胶条按照相同距离位于这些薄膜条上并且分别错开一半距离地设置在紧邻的薄膜条上。
薄膜条的优选材料包括铝和铝合金。但是,根据带状物体的预期使用场合,其它材料可以被用作薄膜条材料,如纸、塑料、其它金属薄膜条,甚至是上述材料的叠层体。
为了增大在堆叠方向上并在薄膜条摞中作用于薄膜条的压力,可以通过作用于薄膜条摞的侧压产生磨擦作用。另一个或一个附加的可选方案涉及禁止或阻止薄膜条摞前移。
在粘合过程中,可以加热和/或冷却薄膜条摞中的这些薄膜条。
最好是通过不产生废料的切割的方式把薄膜幅材切分成单个薄膜条幅。
也可以在线地预处理薄膜幅材以及加上胶条,以代替预制薄膜幅材。
适合实现此方法的装置的特征在于,它具有:一个第一切割站,它用于将一个在其纵向的横向上具有胶条的薄膜幅材纵向切分成至少两个等宽的薄膜条幅;一个转向站,它使这些薄膜条幅转向并且胶条相互错开地重叠引导这些薄膜条幅;一个第二切割站,它有节奏地将重叠送来的薄膜条幅切分成由薄膜条构成的薄膜条组件;用于继续输送薄膜条组件的搬运件;一个进给件,它用于放置这些薄膜条组件;一个粘接装置,它有一道用于借助接纳给件来接纳薄膜条组件的缝隙,其中粘接装置是如此设计的,即压力可以被施加到在缝隙中的薄膜条摞上。
如此设计粘接装置,即为了增大在堆叠方向上在薄膜条摞中作用于薄膜条的压力,通过作用于薄膜条摞的侧压产生了磨擦作用。其它可选方案涉及在粘接装置后设置阻止薄膜条摞前移的制动件。
粘接装置可以被设计成可加热及/或可冷却。

第一切割站最好包括一个不产生废料地切割的切割装置,以便把薄膜幅材切分成单个薄膜条幅。在这种情况下,薄膜幅材可以被分成具有任何精确宽度的薄膜条幅。
使单个薄膜条幅转向并进行重叠引导的装置最好包括与薄膜幅材成45°角设置的多个辊。
第二切割站最好包括一个同步运转的刀具。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的、把局部粘合的薄膜条制成无端连续带状物体48的装置中,一个宽度为t的并具有按等距离a设置的胶条18的薄膜幅材22从一个薄膜幅材卷24中被放出来并且在图中未示出的一个切割站上例如借助滚筒剪被分割成等宽u的薄膜条幅29。重要的是,切割不产生废料。也可以用刀、激光束或水流束或其它适当的切割装置来代替滚筒剪。
代替使用预制薄膜幅材,薄膜幅材也可以直接在线进行预处理并加上胶条18。
然后,在转向站32中如此使单个薄膜条幅29转向并上下定位,即紧相邻的薄膜条幅29的胶条18以胶条18间距a的一半相互错开。例如,转向过程可以通过在与薄膜幅材成45°角设置的辊来完成。

在缝隙46内形成的无端连续带状物体48从缝隙46中出来并接着如呈环圈状地被放置在一个高度可调的货盘上并且在到达理想长度后被切分开以便继续输送。但是,带状物体48也可以在从缝隙46中出来后直接连续进行进一步处理。
图2所示的、制造具有规定长度L和宽度B的带状物体48的制造装置与图1的装置从薄膜幅材卷24到进给件38都是一样的。因此,该装置中相同部件用相同的符号表示。
代替粘接装置44地设有一个带有一缝隙62的堆叠组件60。根据要制造的带状物体或条带段的理想长度L,可以使用相应长度和宽度的堆叠组件60。
一旦在堆叠组件60内的薄膜条摞39达到预期长度L,则堆叠组件60和薄膜条摞39一起被从该装置中移出来并且换上一个相同或不同的堆叠组件60。
在两侧把限位件64引入装满薄膜条摞39的堆叠组件60的缝隙62内并且将其压到薄膜条摞39上,以便调节出一个足以使薄膜条30粘合的压紧力P。然后,如果必要,直接或间接地如在一个炉子中给堆叠组件60供应使薄膜条粘合所需的热量。或许,也可以冷却堆叠组件60。
在完成粘合后,作为具有长度L、宽度B的带状物体48地从堆叠组件60中取出薄膜条摞39。
图2所示装置尤其适用于制造频繁改变尺寸的小系列带状物体46并且适用于单独制造作业。
通过上述方法,可以将许多材料如纸、塑料、金属薄膜如铝箔或这些材料的叠层体加工成由局部粘合的薄膜条构成的带状物体48。所述带状物体例如可以在展开状态下单独地或与一个或两个覆层或覆板结合地作为轻型建材被用在许多应用领域中。
Claims (15)
1、制造具有任何厚度、宽度和长度的并通过堆叠的且局部相互粘接的薄膜条(30)构成的带状物体(48)的方法,其中每个薄膜条(30)在一面上并在整个宽度(u)范围内具有胶条(18),所述胶条(18)错开地设置在紧邻的薄膜条(30)中,其中薄膜条(30)被堆成一个薄膜条摞(39)并在堆叠方向上被压紧并相互粘合地形成带状物体(48),其特征在于,一个在其纵向(x)的横向上具有胶条(18)的薄膜幅材(22)沿纵向上被分割成至少两个等宽(u)的薄膜条幅(29),使这些薄膜条幅(29)转向并且胶条(18)相互错开地被重叠引导,它们有节奏地被切分成由单个薄膜条(30)组成的薄膜条组件(34)并以薄膜条组件(34)的形式被供给薄膜条摞(39)。

11、如权利要求8-10之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述粘接装置(44)是可以加热和/或冷却的。
12、实现如权利要求1-7之一所述方法的装置,其特征在于,它具有:一个第一切割站,它用于将一个在其纵向(x)的横向上具有胶条(18)的薄膜幅材(22)纵向切割成至少两个等宽(u)的薄膜条幅(29);一个转向站(32),它使薄膜条幅(29)转向并且胶条(18)相互错开地重叠引导这些薄膜条幅(29);一个第二切割站(36),它有节奏地将重叠送来的薄膜条幅切分成由单个薄膜条(30)构成的薄膜条组件(34);继续输送薄膜条组件(34)的搬运件;一个进给件(38),它用于放置这些薄膜条组件(34);一个堆叠组件(60),它具有一道借助进给件(38)接纳薄膜条组件(34)的缝隙(62);两个限位件(64),它们可从两侧被引入堆叠组件(60)的缝隙(62)中以便对缝隙(62)内的薄膜条摞(39)产生一个压力(P)。
13、如权利要求8-12之一所述的装置,其特征在于,把薄膜幅材(22)分割成薄膜条幅(29)的第一切割站包括一个不产生废料地切割的切割装置。
14、如权利要求8-13之一所述的装置,其特征在于,使这些薄膜条幅(29)转向并重叠引导所述薄膜条幅的转向站(32)包括与薄膜幅材(22)成45°角地设置的多个辊。
15、如权利要求8-14之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述的第二切割站(36)包括一个同步运转的刀具。
