Abstract
本发明涉及一种静态混合装置,用以均化聚合物熔体,特别是用于均化PVC熔体。该装置包括多个组装的混合模块,其中每个混合模块具有管状外壳和在其中设置的混合元件。本发明的特征在于,所述混合元件具有扭转的表面,特别是根据桨叶的方式,这些表面的边缘与外壳的内面永久地连结并且接缝是弄圆的,其中混合元件优选永久熔焊或永久钎焊到外壳的内面上并且连接位置的半径是修磨的。在一有利的实施形式中,每个混合模块构成一个整体并且具有至少两个熔体通道(4、5),其中每一熔体通道具有一个漏斗状入口(1、2)和一个漏斗状出口(6、7),两者相互扭转一规定的角度,例如90。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种静态混合器,用以在塑料加工机械中均化聚合物熔熔,特别是用于挤出设备和PVC-聚合物熔体。
背景技术
目前已知的静态混合器通常具有接连连接的混合段,其导致熔体流的不断的换位并从而产生层流的混合作用。
在第一个已知的实施形式(LCI国际有限公司的SystemThermoprofiler(系统热成型机)中,将多个扭转的薄板分别相互位错90彼此焊接在一起。这样构成的单元可以以不大的花费插入适合的圆柱形壳体内并从中再拉出。这样的系统能提供良好的混合并且比较易于清理。但其缺点是,在薄片的各边缘与壳体内壁之间没有永久的连接。因此在这些部位在加工PVC的过程中易于出现其沉积,这导致烧损,即这样的系统没有为PVC加工提供足够高的耐用度。
在第二种已知的实施形式(EP0154013B1)中,多个通常为圆柱横截面的叶片横向和相对相互位错永久地装入圆柱形壳体内。这样组成的任意数目的混合模块相互连接在一起并共同构成一静态混合器。叶片的设置虽然提供高的通体混合度,但它也形成许多角和边缘,尤其是在叶片的接触位置。其不允许PVC合理的流动并且在这些位置不断出现沉积,这导致烧损。因此这样的系统在PVC加工过程中同样没有提供足够高的耐用度。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提供一种专用于均化PVC熔体的静态混合器,其一方面提供熔体的充分的通体混合并从而提供足够的均化度,而另一方面允许PVC合理的流动并避免上述缺点。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的静态混合器来达到。有利的进一步开发和实施形式说明于从属权利要求2至7中。
本发明的主要优点在于,在静态混合器的内部只出现弄圆的表面,从而不形成死区。沿着按照权利要求4的构成有助于改进均化,因为通过变化的流动横截面另外形成入口处的膨胀效应和出口处的压缩。将本发明的按照权利要求6的混合模块分别相互位错90“接连连接”并组装成一静态混合器是有利的。模块构造方式的优点是,可以根据相关的要求最佳地调准混合长度。此外混合模块在制造上是简单的并且还易于清理。

具体实施方式
由一圆柱块铣出一个第一漏斗状入口1和一个第二漏斗状入口2并由一个留下的板条3隔开。每个入口1和2向块的深度方向分别逐渐缩小成一熔体通道4和5。紧接着这些熔体通道4和5再扩大和在背面上转入漏斗状出口6和7,其中出口6属于入口1而出口7属于入口2。该块铣成使入口和出口相互位错90。到达的PVC熔体在撞到该混合模块上时由板条3分开并在穿流时被转过90。全部的表面是弄圆的,从而不形成死区。两熔体流的流动横截面不是不变的,从而另外在漏斗状入口1和2处形成膨胀效应而在漏斗状出口6和7处形成压缩。接连连接多个这样的混合模块并各自相互位错一规定的角度。在位错90角度的情况下两混合模块的接触板条正好是相互垂直的。组装成一静态混合器的混合模块的数目按照相关的条件而定,从而由于这种模块构造方式可以调准最佳的混合长度。此外按照本发明的混合
模块可以容易地清理。

Claims (7)
1.一种静态混合装置,用以均化聚合物熔体,特别是用于均化PVC熔体,该装置包括多个组装的混合模块,其中每个混合模块具有一管状外壳和在其中设置的混合元件;其特征在于,各混合元件具有扭转的表面,特别是根据桨叶的方式,这些表面的边缘与外壳的内面永久地连结并且接缝是弄圆的。
2.按照权利要求1所述的静态混合装置,其特征在于,所述混合元件永久熔焊或永久钎焊到外壳的内面上并且连接位置的半径是修磨的。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的静态混合装置,其特征在于,所述连接位置的半径为2mm至15mm。
4.一种静态混合装置,用以均化聚合物熔体,特别是用于均化PVC熔体,其包括多个组装的混合模块;其特征在于,每个混合模块构成一个整体,设有至少两个熔体通道(4、5),其中每一熔体通道具有一个漏斗状入口(1、2)和一个漏斗状出口(6、7)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的静态混合装置,其特征在于,所述入口和出口相互扭转,特别是相互扭转90。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一项所述的静态混合装置,其特征在于,所述各混合模块沿圆周方向相互位错地组装,特别是从混合模块到混合模块位错90。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一项所述的静态混合装置,其特征在于,一个混合模块的长度L与直径D的比值约为1至2。
