Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及具有电动机右转及左转转换装置的手持式工具机,其中该装置是一个环状地围绕电动机换向器及可绕换向器轴转动地被支承的碳刷架,该碳刷架的外壳面具有至少一个径向伸出的手把件,该手把件穿过手持式工具机壳体上开有的窗伸出。
背景技术
这种具有可转换右转及左转工作的手持式工具机例如已由DE 37 31 079 A1公开。通过成型在环形碳刷架的外壳面上的一个或多个手把件可使工具机的操作者很容易地操作电动机转向的转换,这些手把件穿过开设在机器壳体中的一个或多个窗伸出。对于电动机向另一转向的转换,碳刷架必须绕换向器的轴转动一定角度。该转动角度将由机器壳体中碳刷架的手把件从其中伸出的窗的尺寸这样地限定,即手把件在两个相对边缘上时各位于左转工作及右转工作的一个止挡上。
发明内容
按照本发明,提出了一种具有电动机右转及左转转换装置的手持式工具机,其中该装置是一个环状地围绕电动机换向器及可绕换向器轴转动地被支承的碳刷架,该碳刷架的外壳面具有至少一个径向突起的手把件,该手把件穿过手持式工具机壳体上开有的窗伸出,其中,碳刷架的外壳面在所述至少一个窗中露出的区域设有空气透孔。
因此可有利地将手持式工具机壳体中用于操作可转动的碳刷架的窗也用来:使冷空气从外面进入到手持式工具机内部的电动机及电子电路的周围,或使被加热了的空气从手持式工具机的内部向外排出。由此可取消附加开设在手持式工具机壳体中的通风槽。
合乎目的地,在向着至少一个手把件的两侧上、在碳刷架的外壳面中开有空气透孔,手把件由所述窗的在碳刷架的转向上彼此相对的边缘构成其止挡。这些空气透孔例如可为缝槽,它们延伸在碳刷架的转向上。

具体实施方式
图1中表示一个环形碳刷架1的外壳面的透视图。这里将不进行对这种碳刷架的详细功能描述,因为一方面电功能不是本发明的主题及另一方面这种碳刷架用于电动机右转及左转转换已属于现有技术(参考开始部分引用的DE 37 31 079 A1)。至少应对设有右转及左转转换的碳刷架的功能在这样的程度上予以描述:该碳刷架环形地围绕着电动机的换向器,及可绕换向器的轴转动一定角度地被支承。通过碳刷架1的转动将由设置在其内的、与电流引线接触的碳刷2,3产生电枢绕组的变极,其结果是引起电动机转向倒向。
为了使手持式工具机的操作者能进行改变转向所需的碳刷架1的转动,如在图2中手持式工具机的侧视图所示地,在手持式工具机的壳体4中及在碳刷架1的区域中开设了一个窗5。最好不仅在手持式工具机的一侧上设有一个窗5,而且对称地在相对的反面、图中未示出的壳体4一侧上也设有一个窗。在手持式工具机的壳体4的窗5中露出可转动支承的碳刷架1的外壳面10。在该手持式工具机中,例如在具有手枪式手把的钻孔机、拧螺丝机等类似工具机中,窗5通过在作为盖构成的、与壳体4其它部分连接的一个手把6中的U形缺口来实现。该窗5原则上可设在机器壳体的任何另外位置上,但总是要在基于电动机位置在机器中配置碳刷架1的位置上。
为了能进行用于转换电动机转向所需的碳刷架1的转动,在碳刷架1的外壳面10上设有一个径向向外立起的手把件7,手持式工具机的操作者可通过窗5触及到它。
该手把件7例如由一个与碳刷架1的摆动方向垂直延伸的肋构成。如果如上所述地在壳体4内开设有多个窗,则在每个窗中设有一个在碳刷架1的外壳面上的手把件7。
窗5的两个在碳刷架1的旋转方向上相对的边缘8和9将作为碳刷架1上的手把件7的止挡。在此,窗5的两个边缘8及9彼此被布置在这样的距离D上,即当手把件7止挡在窗5的边缘8或边缘9上时,总是达到碳刷架1的对应于一个确定转向的转换位置。
在碳刷架1的外壳面10中,向着手把件7的两个纵向侧11及12旁开有空气透孔13及14。这些空气透孔13及14最好被构造成缝槽,它们延伸在碳刷架1的旋转方向上。无论当手把件7停在窗5的上边缘8或下边缘9的哪一个转换位置上时,在窗5中或是看到碳刷架1的外表面10中的空气透孔13或是空气透孔14。位于在窗5中露出的碳刷架1的外表面10的区域中的空气透孔13,14可以使冷空气进入工具机内部或热空气由工具机向外排出,由此使工具机内部的电动机及可能设置在那里的电子电路得到良好冷却。

Claims (3)

1.具有电动机右转及左转转换装置的手持式工具机,其中该装置是一个环状地围绕电动机换向器及可绕换向器轴转动地被支承的碳刷架(1),该碳刷架的外壳面(10)具有至少一个径向突起的手把件(7),该手把件穿过手持式工具机壳体(4)上开有的窗(5)伸出,其特征在于:碳刷架(1)的外壳面(10)在所述至少一个窗(5)中露出的区域设有空气透孔(13,14)。
2.根据权利要求1的手持式工具机,其特征在于:在向着所述至少一个手把件(7)的两侧旁、在碳刷架(1)的外壳面(10)中开有空气透孔(13,14),手把件的所述两侧由窗(5)的在碳刷架(1)的旋转方向上彼此相对的边缘(8,9)来止挡。
3.根据权利要求1或2的手持式工具机,其特征在于:空气透孔(13,14)为缝槽,它们延伸在碳刷架(1)的旋转方向上。
