Abstract
本发明涉及一种圆竹压平竹板及其制作方法。它是将去掉表面竹青以及内壁竹黄的圆竹筒一侧沿轴向剖开，再将其展开后压平而成。其制作方法是先将毛竹截切成一定长度的圆竹段；再将截取的圆竹筒进行内外切削，削切掉圆竹筒表面的竹青以及内壁竹黄，使之内外表面光滑，筒壁厚薄均匀；然后将该圆竹筒一侧沿轴向剖开，放入沸水中加热，待其软化后，将其展开摊平放入压机内压平而成圆竹压平竹板。本发明较好地解决了现有技术中存在的使用寿命短、外观质量差、整体感不强以及加工工序复杂，生产效率低等问题。可在建筑装潢业、家具制造业中作为板材使用，还可以用于制作各种工艺品等。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆竹压平竹板及其制作方法。
二、背景技术
目前，由于毛竹成材快，价格低，取材方便，采用毛竹制成的竹类材料种类较多，应用很广，毛竹竹板即为其中一种；与木板相比，毛竹竹板由于具有质地坚硬、外形美观、价格便宜等特点而得到广泛的应用。而现有的毛竹竹板大多是采用毛竹片或毛竹条拼接粘合而成，这类竹板是先将毛竹加工成竹片(条)，再将竹片(条)表面削平，然后用胶水或其它粘接剂将竹片(条)粘合成板，最后烘干而成；由于其结构为竹片(条)拼合而成，在竹板的使用过程中受潮或受力时，竹片(条)之间容易开裂而导致竹板损坏，故其使用寿命较短；另外，由于竹片(条)之间存在色差，而且竹片(条)之间的竹节在产生过程中不可能拼接得完全整齐，使其外观上缺乏整体感，斧凿痕迹明显，严重影响其外观质量；此外，在竹板的加工过程中，由于工序繁多，工作量大，故其生产效率较低。
三、发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种圆竹压平竹板及其制作方法，使竹板得以改善其外观质量，延长使用寿命，同时使其加工过程得到简化，从而提高生产效率。
本发明的目的是以如下方式实现的：一种圆竹压平竹板，其特点是将去掉表面竹青以及内壁竹黄的圆竹筒一侧沿轴向剖开，再将其展开后压平而成。
制作上述圆竹压平竹板的方法包括如下步骤：
(1)先将毛竹截切成一定长度的圆竹筒；
(2)将截取的圆竹筒进行内外切削，削切掉圆竹筒表面的竹青以及内壁的竹黄，使圆竹筒内外表面光洁，筒壁厚薄均匀；然后
(3)将该圆竹筒一侧沿轴向剖开，放入沸水中加热，待其软化后，将其展开摊平放入压机内压平而成圆竹压平竹板。
由于本发明是直接将圆竹筒展开压平成竹板的，其结构为整体的竹板结构，在使用过程中不易开裂损坏，故其使用寿命较长；同时其表面色泽统一、图案自然，富有整体感，无疑使竹板的外观质量得到极大的改善，使产品的档次大为提高；另外，其加工方法较为简单，使其生产工序得以简化，从而使生产效率大大提高。
五、具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
以制作长度为80cm的圆竹压平竹板为例，先将毛竹截切成80cm长的圆竹筒，将该圆竹筒在车床或旋切机上进行内外切削，削切掉圆竹筒外表面的竹青及内壁的竹黄，使圆竹筒内外表面光洁，筒壁厚薄均匀，然后将该圆竹筒一侧沿轴向剖开，再放入沸水内加热，待圆竹筒软化后，将其展开摊平并放入压机内压平即可得到一种圆竹压平竹板。
Claims (2)
1.一种圆竹压平竹板，其特征在于它是将去掉表面竹青以及内壁竹黄的圆竹筒一侧沿轴向剖开，再将展开后压平而成。
2.一种制作权利要求1所述的圆竹压平竹板的方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：
(1)先将毛竹截切成一定长度的圆竹筒；
(2)将截取的圆竹筒进行内外切削，削切掉圆竹筒表面的竹青以及内壁的竹黄，使圆竹筒内外表面光滑、筒壁厚薄均匀；
(3)将该圆竹筒一侧沿轴向剖开，放入沸水中加热，待其软化后，将其展开摊平放入压机内压平而成圆竹压平竹板。
