工作服
本发明涉及一种工作服,它由单位面积重量为60-300g/m2和断裂强度>150N的微细纤维非织造布制成的。
对工作服的要求是各种各样的。除了以所用材料的断裂强度表示的承载能力外,感兴趣的有好的可加工性和各按其用途小的材料厚度以及好的隔热能力或防尘性,透气性,输湿性和保养性。迄今采用不同纤维混纺的材料作工作服,而它们的组织结构容易散边或纱线移位并由此必须折边。同时机织其料子时,考虑到其强度总要注意织物的运行方向。
按本发明的目的在于,提供一种断裂强度>150N价廉物美的工作服及其生产的方法。

优选的一种工作服是其中的多组份长丝是双组份长丝,它是由两种不相容的聚合物,特别是聚酯和聚酰胺形成。这样的双组份长丝具有良好的分裂成微细长丝的可分裂性并实现最合适的强度与单位面积重量比。同时本发明的工作服由于采用的聚合物和其长丝结构是抗皱的,易洗和快干,即容易保养。
优选的一种工作服是其中多组份长丝具有呈桔子状或也称“馅饼”的多断片结构的横断面,其中所述的断片交替地各含两种不同的聚合物中之一种。除了多组份长丝的桔子状多断片结构外在多组份长丝中不相容聚合物的多断片一排列也可能是“并列”(S/S)的,这尤其是有利于生产卷曲长丝。事实证明多组份长丝中不相容聚合物的这样排列具有非常好的可分裂性。在多组份长丝中“馅饼”断片排列和由此分裂出的微细长丝对本发明工作服的吸湿性有利。
此外一种优选工作服是其中的至少组成多组份长丝的不相容的聚合物中的一种含有重量百分比至多10%的添加剂,如颜料,永久生效的抗静电剂和/或影响亲水或疏水性能的添加剂。由纺液着色的长丝制成的工作服具有极好的洗涤坚牢度。此外可通过添加剂减少或避免静电荷和改善输湿性,此外改善洗涤性能,即降低洗涤剂消耗和减少干燥时间。
本发明生产其工作服的方法是,多组份长丝经熔体纺制,经牵伸并直接铺成纤维网,必要时进行予粘合且其非织造布通过高压流体射流粘合,同时分裂成纤度为0.1至0.8分特(dtex)的微细长丝。这样得到的工作服厚度非常均匀,它具有各向同性的纤维分布,无脱层的倾向和以其高模量值为特点。
优选生产其工作服的方法,即通过将予粘合的非织造布至少一次在每一面用高压水射流加载,这样使多组份长丝粘合和分裂。用此方法生产的工作服显示良好的表面且其多组份长丝的分裂度>80%。
按本发明的工作服为提高其耐磨性优选进行点轧光。为此将分裂和粘合的非织造布通过加热辊引出,其中至少一个辊有凸出的结构,这使长丝相互之间形成逐点的熔融。
特别优选的是在该方法中的多组份长丝是纺液着色。染料在聚合物纤维中牢固结合导致极好的洗涤坚牢度。
本发明生产的工作服包括外衣罩衫、围裙、裤子、裙子。
实施例1
由在单丝中PET/PA66的重量比为70/30的聚对-苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚酰胺(PET/PA)-双组分长丝生产单位面积重为154g/m2的长丝纤维网和将其进行压力至230bar的双面水刺。双组份-长丝在水刺后纤度<0.2dtex,水刺同时使原料长丝分裂。由微细-长丝制的工作服显示水蒸气透过指数imt为0.45,短时间-水蒸汽吸收能力F1为0.8g/m2和水蒸汽透过阻力Ret为3.49m2Pa/w。用导热阻Rct表示的隔热能力为26.0·10-3m2k/w。在机器运行方向的断裂强度为33ON和横向强度为372N。

Claims (12)

1.由单位面积重量为60至300g/m2和断裂强度>150N的微细长丝非织造布组成的工作服,其中非织造布由熔融纺丝,牵伸和直接铺成纤维网的纤度为1.5至5dtex的多组份长丝组成且多组份长丝必要时在予粘合后至少80%分裂成纤度为0.1至0.8dtex的微细长丝和再将其粘合。
2.按权利要求1的工作服,其特征在于,非织造布由熔融纺丝,气动牵伸和直接铺成纤维网的纤度为1.5至3dtex的多组份长丝组成且多组份长丝必要时在予粘合后至少80%分裂成纤度为0.1至0.3dtex的微细长丝和再将其粘合。
3.按权利要求1或2的工作服,其特征在于,多组份长丝是由两种不相容的聚合物,特别是聚酯和聚酰胺组成的双组份-长丝。
4.按权利要求1至3之一的工作服,其特征在于,多组份长丝显示桔子状的多断片结构的横截面,其中断片交替地各含两种不相容聚合物之一种和/或具有“并列”结构。
5.按权利要求4的工作服,其特征在于,工作服的两面具有不同的断片一结构。
6.按权利要求1至5之一的工作服,其特征在于,至少形成多组份长丝的不相容聚合物中有一种含有重量百分比至多10%的添加剂,如颜料,永久生效的抗静电剂和/或影响亲水或疏水性能的添加剂。
7.生产权利要求1至6之一的工作服的生产方法,其特征在于,多组份长丝由熔融纺丝,经牵伸和直接铺成纤维网,必要时进行予粘合和非织造布通过高压一流体射流进行粘合以及同时分裂成纤度为0.1至0.8dfex的微细长丝。
8.按权利要求7的方法,其特征在于,多组份长丝的粘合和分裂是通过将予粘合的非织造布至少一次在每一面用高压流体射流加载进行。
9.按权利要求6或7的方法,其特征在于,多组份长丝的染色是用纺液染色。
10.按权利要求7至9之一的方法,其特征在于,非织造布是点轧光的。
11.按权利要求1至10之一的工作服,其特征在于,非织造布是用于生产外衣罩衫或裤子。
