Abstract

在由标签(10)与商品安装构件(2)构成的防盗装置中,商品安装部(2)构成为在钮(22)上突设销(21)。在标签(10)的壳体(1)内配备有用于夹紧商品安装构件(2)的销(21)的夹板构件(3)、可由商品安装构件(2)的钮(22)压下的通/断开关(8)、和基于该通/断开关(8)发出的通/断信号被控制动作的蜂鸣器(6)。夹板构件(3)被可转动地支承着,随着向一方向的转动可从销(21)脱离。通/断开关(8)具有向壳体(1)外侧突出的作动片(82)和包围该作动片(82)基端部的圆筒导向部(83);该圆筒导向部(83)构成了弹性夹板构件(3)的支承轴。由此,在不加大装置的情况下,可确实防止不正当行为。

Description

防盗装置
技术领域
本发明涉及安装于商品上用于防止商品失盗的防盗装置,特别是关于由随着商品从规定的管理区域脱离而发挥防盗功能的标签、和用于将该标签安装于商品的商品安装构件构成的防盗装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中,提出了图9~图15所示的防盗装置(日专利第2849048号)。该防盗装置如图9所示,由标签15与商品安装构件2构成,其中标签15具有由下半体17与上半体18构成的扁平壳体16,商品安装构件2用于将前述标签15安装于衣物等的商品上。
如图10所示,在标签15的壳体16中内藏着传感器40,一旦当在标签15安装于商品的状态下通过门将其拿到店外时,该传感器40可发挥规定的防盗功能、使装备到门上的发生失盗报知装置动作。
商品安装构件2,如图15所示,由圆盘状的钮22与突设于该钮22背面的销21构成。在构成壳体16的上半体18上,如图11所示,开设有可贯穿前述商品安装构件2的销21的销孔18a。另外,在构成壳体16的下半体17上,如图12所示,突设着可装配前述商品安装构件2的销21的前端部的圆筒部17a(参照图10)。
在标签15的壳体16的内部,如图14所示,具有板金制的弹性夹板构件3。如图13所示,该弹性夹板构件3,在平板状的本体31上形成了用于将前述商品安装构件2的销21从两侧夹持夹紧的一对夹紧片32、32,两夹紧片32、32的前端面,在对应位置形成了夹紧部34。另外,在本体31上开设圆孔35的同时,突设了弹性片36。
如图12所示,在壳体下半体17上,在离开前述圆筒部17a的位置,突设着带台阶的圆筒部17b。弹性夹板构件3,如图14所示,借使带台阶的圆筒部17b配入前述圆孔35而可转动地支承于壳体下半体17。另外,弹性夹板构件3,其弹性片36的前端部结合于下半体17,随着本体31的反时针方向的转动,弹性片36发生弹性变形,向本体31作用顺时针方向的转动反弹力。
在标签15的壳体16上,如图9所示,形成了小开口13,该开口13,如图14所示,经由壳体下半体17上形成的进入路径14而通入弹性夹板构件3的设置空间。如图9所示,在由商品安装构件2将标签15安装于商品9的状态下,如图10所示,商品安装构件2的销21由弹性夹板构件3夹紧,可阻止商品安装构件2的抽出。
假如在标签15安装于商品的状态下通过门并拿出店外时,标签15内藏的传感器40接受配备于门的发生失盗报知装置发出的无线信号(例如磁力线),相应于该信号应答,向发生失盗报知装置返回无线信号(如磁场变化)。结果,内藏于发生失盗报知装置的报警装置动作,报知发生失盗。在店员为从商品取下标签15而解除上述夹板的情况下、如图9所示,使用夹板解除用探针7。
如图15所示,从壳体开口13经由进入路径14将探针7的前端部插入弹性夹板构件3的设置空间,由该前端部克服弹性片36的弹性压于弹性夹板构件3的本体31。由此,对弹性夹板构件3施以逆时针方向的转动,从而,弹性夹板构件3的夹紧部34从商品安装构件2的销21脱离,解除销21的夹紧。其结果,可取下商品安装构件2。
但是,在上述防盗装置中,如图10所示,由于可用简单的工具在根部将弹性夹板构件3所夹紧的商品安装构件2的销21切断,如图9所示,在标签15安装于商品9的状态下,由切断商品安装构件2的销21,可使商品9与标签15分离,存在发生将商品9不正当地拿出店外的事件的问题。
这里,也曾考虑过在标签15上装备传感器的措施,用于检测因销21被切断而造成的标签15从商品分离。但是,不仅由于要将标签15装于商品9来使用,要求其尽可能小型化,而且由装上上述传感器还必然产生标签15大型化问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于提供可确实防止上述不正当行为而且小型化的防盗装置。
本发明的防盗装置由随着商品带出规定管理区域即发挥防盗功能的标签10、与用于将该标签10安装于商品9上的商品安装构件2构成。商品安装构件2具有钮22和突设于该钮22、并可从标签10的壳体1上开设的销孔12a进入壳体1的销21。
在标签10的壳体1内,配备有用于夹紧从前述销孔12a进入的商品安装构件2的销21的夹板构件3、可由商品安装构件2的钮22压下的通/断开关8、和基于该通/断开关8发出的通/断信号被控制动作的发生失盗报知器。
前述夹板构件3具有插通前述商品安装构件2的销21、并夹紧该销21使之不能抽出的夹紧部34,且由设于壳体1内的支承轴可转动地支承着,随着以该支承轴为中心的向一方向的转动,前述夹紧部34可从前述销21脱离,同时对该转动作用弹性反弹力。
在壳体1中形成用于推压前述夹板构件3使其向前述一方向转动的解除夹紧用的探针7的进入路径14。另外,前述通/断开关8具有前端部从开设于壳体1的贯穿孔12b向壳体1外侧突出的作动片82、和包围该作动片82的基端部形成的圆筒导向部83,该圆筒导向部83构成前述夹板构件3的支承轴。
在上述本发明的防盗装置中,省略了在现有防盗装置中用于可转动地支承夹板构件3所形成的带台阶圆筒部17b,在该位置,配置了通/断开关8,由该通/断开关8的圆筒导向部83可转动地支承夹板构件3。如采用该防盗装置,在将标签10安装于商品9的状态下拿出规定的管理区域时,与现有装置一样,由标签10所发挥的防盗功能,可将事态报知于店员等。
在店员等从商品9取下标签10时,与现有装置一样,采用了解除夹紧用的探针7。即,经由壳体1的进入路径14,将探针7的前端部插入夹板构件3的设置空间,由该前端部克服前述弹性反弹力推压前述夹板板件3。由此,夹板构件3向前述一方向转动,随之夹紧部34从商品安装部2的销21脱离,解除对销21的夹紧。其结果,可取出商品安装构件2。
另外,在标签10安装于商品9的状态,在切断商品安装构件2的销21时,由于商品安装构件2的钮22从标签10脱落,被钮22压下的通/断开关8的作动片82打开,从压下位置突出到打开位置,从接通切换到断。结果,通/断开关8从输出“通”信号切换成输出“断”信号,将该“断”信号发送给失盗发生报知器,即报知失盗的发生。而且,由店员等用探针7取下商品安装构件2时,可进行前述发生失盗报知器不发生动作的信号处理。
如上所述,如采用本发明的防盗装置,由于取代在现有防盗装置中为可转动地支承夹板构件3而形成的带台阶圆筒部17b,而利用了通/断开关8的圆筒导向部83,所以,没有因新设通/断开关8而使壳体1大型化。从而,在维持与现有防盗装置同样大小的情况下,可确实防止由切断商品安装构件2的销21而造成的商品9的失盗。

具体实施方式
下边借附图对本发明的实施形态进行具体说明。本发明的防盗装置,是图9~图15所示现有防盗装置(日专利2849048号)的改进,与图9所示的外观和装置的大小无变化。在以下的说明中,对与现有装置相同的构成构件给予相同符号,根据需要省略其重复说明。
如图1所示,标签10的壳体1由下半体11与上半体12构成;在该壳体1中,内藏有能发挥规定的防盗功能的电路板4、当出现切断商品安装构件2的销21的不正当行为时可发出蜂鸣声的蜂鸣器6、以及作为电源的电池5。另外,在1内部,配备有当出现地断商品安装构件2的销21的不正当行为时、用于对其进行检测的通/断开关8。
通/断开关8,如图5所示,构成为:在正方体状的本体81的上面突设着圆筒导向部83、并突设由该圆筒导向部83对其上下滑动导向的作动片82;在本体81的侧面突设着一对端子84、84,随着作动片82的按下位置(通位置)与打开位置(断位置)的相互切换可从该一对端子84、84输出通/断信号。
如图8所示,从通/断开关8输出的通/断信号,供给前述电路板4的驱动电路41,该驱动电路41,在通/断开关8从通切换到断时,驱动蜂鸣器6,报知不正当行为。而且,在驱动电路41中,由电池5供给电能。
商品安装构件2,如图7所示,由圆盘状的钮(22)和在该钮22的背面突设的销21构成。在构成壳体1的上半体12上,如图3所示,在前述商品安装构件2的设置区域,开设有可贯穿前述商品安装构件2的销21的销孔12a;并开设可贯穿前述通/断开关8的作动片82的贯穿孔12b。另外,在构成壳体1的下半体11上,如图4所示,突设着可配入前述商品安装构件2的销21的前端部的圆筒部11a,同时并突设着用于收容保持前述通/断开关8的本体81的框体11b(参照图45)。
如图6所示,在标签10的壳体1的内部,配备着与现有的同样构成的弹性夹板构件3。该弹性夹板构件3,如图6所示,借助在本体31上开设的圆孔35中配入通/断开关8的圆筒导向部83,可转动地支承于壳体下半体11。另外,弹性夹板构件3,其弹性片36的前端部结合于下半体11,随着本体31的反时针方向转动、弹性片36弹性变形,产生时针方向的转动反弹力。
在由商品安装构件2将标签10安装于商品的状态下,如图1所示,商品安装构件2的销21由弹性夹板构件3夹紧,阻止商品安装构件2的抽出。假如,在标签10安装于商品的状态下要通过门拿出店外时,标签10即接受从门上所配备的失盗报知装置发出的无线信号(例如磁力线),应答该信号,使无线信号(例如磁场变化)返回失盗报知装置。结果,失盗报知装置内藏的报警装置动作,报知发生失盗。
在店员为从商品上取下标签10而要解除上述夹板的情况下,使用图7所示的解除夹板用探针7。如图所示,使探针7的前端部从壳体开口13经进入路径14插入弹性夹板构件3的设置空间,由该前端部克服弹性片36的弹性推压弹性夹板构件3的本体31。由此,使弹性夹板构件3向反时针方向转动,随之,弹性夹板构件3的夹板部34从商品安装构件2的销21脱离,解除了对销21的夹紧。其结果,可取下商品安装构件2。
另外,在商品上装着标签的状态下,在切断商品安装构件2的销21时,由于商品安装构件2的钮22从标签10脱落,被钮22压下的通/断开关8的作动片82打开,从压下位置突出到打开位置,从通切换到断。其结果,通/断开关8从输出“通”信号切换成输出“断”信号,借将“断”信号供给前述驱动电路41,驱动蜂鸣器6,报知发生失盗。而且,由于店员使用探针7取下商品安装构件2,可进行前述驱动电路41不动作的信号处理。
如上所述,如采用了本发明的防盗装置,由于利用通/断开关8的圆筒导向部83代替了现有防盗装置中的为可转动地支承夹板构件3而形成的带台阶圆筒部17b,所以,并不因新设通/断开关8而使壳体1大型化。从而,在维持与现有防盗装置同样大小的情况下,可确实防止由切断商品安装构件2的销21而造成的商品失盗。
而且,本发明的各部构成并不限于上述实施例,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围所记述的本发明之精神的范围内,可做种种变型。例如,在上述实施例中采用了在商品9上装着标签10的状态下要通过门时、由配备于门上的发生失盗报知装置发出报警的构成,但也可采用标签10接受配备于门的发生失盗报知装置发出的无线信号而使内藏的蜂鸣器6发出蜂鸣声的构成。

Claims (4)

1.一种防盗装置,它由能伴随从规定管理区域脱离而发挥失盗防止的功能的标签(10)、与用于将该标签(10)安装于商品(9)上的商品安装构件(2)构成;其特征在于,商品安装构件(2)具有钮(22)、和突设于该钮(22)并可从开设于标签(10)的壳体(1)的销孔(12a)进入壳体(1)内的销(21);在标签(10)的壳体(1)内,配备有用于夹紧从前述销孔(12a)进入的商品安装构件(2)的销(21)的夹板构件(3)、可由商品安装构件(2)的钮(22)压下的通/断开关(8)、和基于该通/断开关(8)发出的通/断信号而被控制动作的失盗发生报知器;前述夹板构件(3)具有插通前述商品安装构件(2)的销(21)并夹紧该销(21)使之不能抽出的夹紧部(34),由设于壳体(1)内的支承轴可转动地支承着,夹紧部(34)可随着向一个方向的转动而从前述销(21)脱离,同时对该转动作用以弹性反弹力;在壳体(1)中,形成解除夹紧用的探针(7)的进入路径(14),以推压前述夹板构件(3)并使其向前述一方向转动;前述通/断开关(8)具有前端部从开设于壳体(1)的贯穿孔(12b)向壳体(1)外侧突出的作动片(82)、和包围该作动片(82)的基端部而形成的圆筒导向部(83),该圆筒导向部(83)构成了前述夹板构件(3)的支承轴。
2.按权利要求1所记述的防盗装置,其特征在于,在夹板构件(3)上开设有用于装配通/断开关(8)的圆筒导向部(83)的圆孔(35)。
3.按权利要求1或2所记述的防盗装置,其特征在于,夹板构件(3)是板金制作的,在该夹板构件(3)上突设着弹性片(36),该弹性片(36)的前端部结合于壳体(1)内,该弹性片(36)可产生前述弹性反弹力。
4.按权利要求1~3中任一项所记述的防盗装置,其特征在于,失盗发生报知器由内藏于壳体(1)内的蜂鸣器(6)构成。
