Abstract
本发明涉及一种消除积花的装置，特别是一种梳理机上用于消除高速运动件与墙板静止件之间积花的装置。具有运动件、侧板、拱形侧板和底架，在运动件的两端面设置有叶片，在拱形侧板的下部开有空气入口，在底架上开有吸风转换口。本发明采用了风机的机理来达到消除高速运动件与墙板、机架、静止件之间的积花的目的，并再次利用了飞花，提高了制成率，降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械领域，特别是一种梳理机上用于消除高速运动件与墙板静止件之间积花的装置。
背景技术
目前国内的梳理机，在其生产过程中，飞花和尘埃到处飞扬，严重影响环境卫生及工人的身体健康，还由于飞花积在锡林等高速运动件与墙板静止件之间，造成负荷增大，生产成品质量降低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的是提出一种能解决上述问题的消除积花的装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种消除积花的装置，具有底架，底架上设置转轴，转轴上连接运动件，底架上相对应于运动件端面处设置有侧板和主锡林拱形侧板，在运动件的端面上设置有叶片，在拱形侧板的下部靠近转轴处开有空气入口，在底架的下端设置有吸风转换口。
工作时运动件高速运转，由于拱形侧板与侧板间的间隙较小，再加上运动件的端面设置有叶片，产生了强大的负压，从空气入口吸入空气产生大风量，将墙板与运动件之间的墙板飞花及尘埃及时排出，转至底架上的吸风转换口上，再有吸风风机排出。
本发明采用了风机的机理来达到消除高速运动件与墙板、机架、静止件之间的积花的目的，并再次利用了飞花，提高了制成率，降低了生产成本。附图说明

具体实施方式
如图1所示的消除积花的装置，具有底架1，底架1上设置转轴2，转轴2上连接运动件3，底架1上相对应于运动件3端面处设置有侧板4和主锡林拱形侧板5，在运动件的端面上设置有叶片6，在拱形侧板的下部靠近转轴2处开有空气入口7，在底架1的下端设置有吸风转换口8。
工作时运动件3高速运转，由于拱形侧板5与侧板4间的间隙较小，再加上运动件3的端面设置有叶片6，产生了强大的负压，从空气入口7吸入空气产生大风量，将墙板与运动件3之间的墙板飞花及尘埃及时排出，转至底架1上的吸风转换口8上，再由吸风风机排出。

1、一种消除积花的装置，具有底架(1)，底架(1)上设置转轴(2)，转轴(2)上连接运动件(3)，底架(1)上相对应于运动件(3)端面处设置有侧板(4)和主锡林拱形侧板(5)，其特征在于：在运动件的端面上设置有叶片(6)，在拱形侧板的下部靠近转轴(2)处开有空气入口(7)，在底架(1)的下端设置有吸风转换口(8)。
