Description

汽车玻璃刮水装置
技术水平
本发明涉及到按照权利要求1种类的刮水装置。在所公知的这种刮水装置(DE2313689A1)中，属于刮水装置的刮水板具有一个朝着刮水条基体敞开的导向通道，位于装配位置和锁定位置之间的一个发针式安全弹簧在导向通道中可移动。这个安全弹簧用来打开或者关闭配置在刮水板侧连接件中的槽，这个槽是用于刮水臂铰链销的支承槽。安全弹簧对着橡胶基体预张紧，这样，为了移动弹簧必须克服橡胶和弹簧之间的摩擦。一方面，弹簧可移动对用户来说是比较灵活的，比如说，在更换刮水板时，但是另一方面，弹簧必须在刮水工作期间可靠地封闭通道壁中的支承槽，这样刮水板才不会无意地与刮水臂脱开。这两个相互对立的要求不能同样令人满意地得到满足。
本发明的优点
在按照本发明的具有权利要求1所述特征的刮水装置中，摆杆在一个灵活的支承部位中在其两个工作位置之间运动，这样，不用耗费力就可以可靠地到达所要求的位置。
为了避免非有意地打开通道，连接装置安装了一个锁闭元件，在其锁定位置将摆杆锁住。
如果刮水臂在其自由端具有一个U形横截面，而且铰链销的每一端固定在两个U形腿之一上，刮水板连接件在其安装到刮水板上之后，这样与刮水臂自由端搭接，使连接件位于刮水臂的两个U形腿之间。通过此得到了很低结构的刮水装置。
如果连接两个U形腿的U形基部位于U形腿的背向刮水板的端部上并且与铰链销间隔一定间距地终止，可以用视觉检查支承部位或者检查铰链销是否按规定支承在其支承槽中。

为了使连接件中的销支承结构最佳化，摆杆在其锁定位置用一个凸出部伸入装配通道中，在这里，支承槽的表面在摆杆上被接续。
为了使凸出部或者在其上构成的支承面按规定固定下来，摆杆配置了一个止挡，这个止挡在摆杆工作状态与连接件的一个对应止挡配合作用。
如果连接件配置在带状长形延伸的弹性支承元件的背向玻璃的带面上，刮水条位于其朝向玻璃的带面上，则刮水装置的结构高度可大大减小。特别是，鉴于刮水板在高行驶速度时可能发生的从玻璃上抬起的倾向，较小的结构高度是重要的。
为了达到将连接件有利地固定到刮水板支承元件上，连接件至少分段地呈爪形夹住支承元件的两个纵向侧边缘。
如果在本发明的另一个构造中，横向于刮水板纵向方向测量的连接件宽度与在刮水臂自由端上的两个U形腿之间的间距相一致的话，则在铰链同时卸载时在刮水臂和刮水板之间可以获得刮水板的特别好的导向。
如果不仅连接件而且摆杆也用塑料制造，在刮水装置制造方面则会是有利的。
在下面的对图中所示实施例的说明中介绍了本发明的其他有利构造。

实施例说明
属于图1示出的刮水装置10的、一端在汽车上被导向驱动的刮水臂12，在图1中只示出了其自由端。另外，属于刮水装置10的还有一个长刮水板14，它通过一个连接装置16与刮水臂12的自由端铰接和可拆开地连接。
刮水臂12和刮水板14在箭头15方向向着要刮水玻璃20被施加载荷(图1)，玻璃的要刮水的表面用参考标号21标明。因为线21应是玻璃最大的曲率，而且可以清楚地看到，只用其两端没有被加载地靠到玻璃上的刮水板的曲率大于玻璃的最大曲率。在压紧力(箭头15)下，刮水板14用其刮水棱26在其整个长度上压到玻璃表面21上。在这里，在用于刮水条26的一个支承元件32中产生了张力，支承元件可以由多部分构成或者整体构成，这个张力使刮水条18的刮水棱26按规定靠到玻璃上。因为通常球形弯曲的玻璃不是球表面的一段，所以刮水板14相对刮水臂12在其刮水运动期间必须始终与玻璃表面当时的位置相匹配，因此，连接装置16同时作为铰接连接构成，其铰链轴线基本上在刮水方向延伸。
特别是象图2和3所示出的那样，刮水板14具有一个长的橡胶弹性的刮水条18，刮水板以该刮水条靠到在图1中用点画线示出的要刮水的玻璃20上。刮水条18有一个顶条22，一个承担实际刮水工作的刮水棱26通过一个翻转连接片24与该顶条连接。
另外从图3中看到，在顶条22中，相对于在玻璃20上立着配置的对称平面而言设置了相互相对配置的两个纵向槽28，它们分别用来容纳一个带状长形的弹性轨条30。这些弹性轨条30共同构成了用于刮水条18的支承元件32。弹性轨条30相互背对的外纵向边缘至少在刮水板中间段伸出其纵向槽28。另外，图1至图3示出了在刮水板14纵向中心段在支承元件32的背向玻璃的上带面上配置了一个属于连接装置16的连接件34，这个基本上呈块状的连接件34用爪形伸出部分36围握住弹性轨条30两个自由的外边缘区域，并且保证它们位于其纵向槽28中。通过采取合适的措施使连接件34与弹性轨条30或者与支承元件32固定连接，从而在刮水板纵向方向中不能移动。图2和图3两图示出了连接件34总体特殊构造，其中图2示出了连接件34纵向剖面图，而在图3的视图中示出了配置在支承元件32的朝向玻璃20的下带面上的、连同其弹性轨条30在内的刮水条18。
刮水臂12在其自由端具有一个U形横截面，这样就产生了两个相隔一定间距、相互相对的、在刮水臂纵向方向延伸的U形腿36，这两个腿在刮水臂背向玻璃的上面上通过U形基部38相互连接。铰链销40的两个自由端在刮水臂12自由端附近固定在两个U形腿36上。铰链销40基本上在图4用双箭头42示出的刮水臂运动方向延伸。
下面借助于图6至图10说明了连接件34。它具有一个带压爪37的基本上是块状的体44，压爪采用上面说明的方式与刮水板14的支承元件32固定连接。在其背离刮水臂12的一端，块状体44在其上面有一个伸出部分46。另外，块状体44上有一个横孔48，这个横孔通过一个装配通道50朝着块状体44上侧敞开。装配通道50有点弯曲地伸展，在侧面通入横孔48。在实施例中，伸出部分46、横孔48和装配通道50在块状体44整个宽度52上延伸。在相对于伸出部分46而言在横孔48的另一侧，块状体44具有一个从其上面发起的凹入部54，凹入部向着装配通道50是敞开的(图6)。在其背离装配通道50的一侧，凹入部配有一个深槽56，两个相互相对配置的空膛58通到这个深槽56里，特别是可从图6看到空膛轮廓。空膛58通过一个通入漏斗60朝块状体44上面敞开。通入漏斗60向着一个钻孔状的空腔62变窄。这样在通入漏斗60通入到空腔62的入口范围内形成了一个狭窄部位64。两个钻孔状空腔62具有一个共同的孔中心线，这条中心线至少与横孔48轴线近似平行地定向。
一个摆杆66属于连接件34，借助于图8至10介绍了其构造。摆杆66具有一个横截面呈L形的基部68，在其一个L形腿70上配置了一个钩状伸出部分72，基部68的长度74大约相当于块状体44的宽度52。伸出部分72的长度71与凹入部54的宽度55相一致。在伸出部分72的相互相对的两侧上，这个伸出部分装有支承颈76，这些支承颈具有一个非圆形的横截面(图9)。两个支承颈76的小直径是这样确定尺寸的，要使支承颈能穿过空膛58和通入漏斗60之间的狭窄部位64。支承颈76的大直径与块状体44中的孔状空腔62的直径相一致。
为了与连接件34配套，摆杆66必须与块状体44铰接连接。为此，支承颈76通过通入漏斗60装入空腔62，只有在摆杆相对块状体44大约占据图11所示出的位置时，这才有可能，只有在这种情况下，横截面为非圆形的轴颈76才能穿过狭窄部位64并且到达孔状空腔62内，其构成了摆杆66的支承部位。连接件34配套之后，可以将刮水板14与刮水臂12连接。

如果这些部件用塑料制造，可以合理地制造块状体44和摆杆66。在这里，块状体用一种能够有一点变形的、弹性的塑料制造，这样，如果铰链销40进入其支承槽48里，则可以简单地将刮水板安装到刮水臂上。
