Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于有机植物物质特别是烟草的切割机。
背景技术
这类切割机在波兰专利申请PL347304以及美国专利申请US4364402、US4467970、EP584524、GB2105578、DE3127697和DE3222433中都有公开,该机器包括一机架,和一安装在该机架上的刀盘,该刀盘设计为鼓形并具有对称布置在其圆周表面上的切刀,该刀盘被设置在一通过皮带驱动的传动轴上,该轴被一偶合机构与主蜗轮偶合,该主蜗轮通过一活动关节轴和一伞齿轮连接到一驱动轮上,该驱动轮通过一传动链驱动安装在刀片伸展辊上的链轮,该辊通过另一随后的蜗轮直接驱动该刀片伸展装置(knife extensionarrangements)。

具体实施方式
图1所示为按照本发明切割机刀盘的横截面示意图,该刀盘安装在机架12内的主动轴15上并通过驱动轮11驱动。步进马达1、1a位于主动轴15上且对称于该刀盘的两个侧面,马达被分别控制并用来提供对对称布置在刀盘两侧的每个刀片伸展装置10、10a分别进行驱动。伸展刀片16、18所需的扭矩从电子马达1、1a通过蜗轮2、2a传送过来。图2和图3从两个侧面示出了刀盘的侧视图,显示了双侧传送力通过活动关节轴3、3a和伞齿轮4、4a从蜗轮2、2a传送到传动链轮5、5a,其中,是通过传动链6、6a驱动该滑轮7、7a直接驱动该刀片伸展辊8、8a(也在图1中示出)来实现的。张紧滑轮13、13a用来优化张紧参数,这些参数包括如图2中所示的传动链6、6a的接触角,以及增加缠绕的滑轮配置14、14a。应当注意的是传动链轮7a从刀盘鼓的一个侧面滑过张紧辊8同时增加缠绕的滑轮配置14从另一个侧面滑过,而传动链轮7从刀盘鼓的一个侧面滑过张紧辊8a同时增加缠绕的滑轮配置14a从另一个侧面滑过。如图4所示,切割刀片16、18被设置在旋转刀盘鼓的圆周上。
图4示出了位于张紧辊8、8a上的蜗轮9、9a,该涡轮直接驱动两个分开的螺旋刀片伸展装置10、10a。所示出的实施例能够分别伸展和控制两组刀片16、18的伸展参数,每组最多8个刀片,与相应的刀片伸展装置10、10a连接。如上面已经描述的,按照本发明的切割机的刀盘包括两个分开的彼此间隔配置在刀盘鼓的周长表面下方的刀片伸展装置10、10a。该两个分开的刀片伸展装置10、10a通过两个分开的位于刀盘鼓的两个侧面上的滑动耦合配件17、17a分别致动,与位于刀盘的两侧上的两个相应的主蜗轮2、2a协作。第一分开的刀片伸展装置10与切刀16相连接,而第二分开的刀片伸展装置10a与切刀18相连接。两个装置10、10a都配置有分开的驱动机构,该驱动机构包括能通过电子信号确认所需要的适宜的刀片系统的伸展速率来控制旋转的电子马达1、1a。该电子马达被设置在轴向对称的驱动轴15的两个侧面上。
刀片16、18被分成通过两个位于刀盘鼓的两个侧面上的传动链6、6a与相对应的刀片伸展装置10、10a偶合的两个分开的切刀功能组。这些功能组中连续的切割刀片16、18沿着刀盘的圆周表面彼此间隔排列,且在相应的刀片伸展装置10、10a的上方。切刀的每个分开的功能组优选是包括2|n|个信号的切刀16、18,这里|n|表示整数的绝对值。
切刀在操作时优选地按照下列级数16、8、4、2、1被分组和伸展。该级数满足通式2|n|,而其中n代表一个整数。在所示出的实施例中,周的是8个刀片,能够以蜗轮2或2a的三个操作方式操作切割机,通过改变偶合配件17、17a进行适宜的操作偶合选择一个或两个蜗轮2、2a来选定操作方式。
在第一方式中,至多8个切刀的刀片伸展装置10被伸展(活动的),而在第二组的至多8个切刀的刀片伸展装置10a没被伸展,并且被设置在待机(备用)方式。
在第二方式中,至多8个切刀的刀片伸展装置10a被伸展,先前那组至多8个切刀的刀片伸展装置10被缩回到待机(备用)位置并且是离开不伸展的(非活动的)。
两组至多8个切刀的两套刀片伸展装置10、10a被伸展,因此在周长上伸展的(活动的)刀片数量满足上面提到的级数条件。
每组切割刀片16、18包括其分开的驱动机构,该驱动机构通过电子马达1、1a进行驱动。这类马达的操作参数的数字控制能够精确、不含糊,并且依赖于偶合一套或两套刀片伸展装置10、10a,因此活动的切割刀片16和/或18的切割刃就位于由装置的操作参数所需的圆筒的精确界定的表面上,该圆筒的旋转轴与刀盘的轴是同一个轴,并且所有活动刀片16和/或18的伸展速率都是相同的。
当该活动(第一个的)切割刀片16被刀片伸展装置10伸展时,该第二组切割刀片18被处于非活动的待机方式,并且该组切割刀片18是不伸展的。如果该组活动切割刀片16发生损坏和/或需要替换时,然后本发明的解决方案能够自动缩回该套活动切割刀片16,缩到非活动位置并且自动伸展(致动)第二组切割刀片18。也可以同时致动两组切割刀片16、18。上面的操作也可以手动操作。
所示例的切割机能够很精确,并且不依赖于切割烟草材料的至少一套伸展的切割刀片16、18的切割机鼓的转动速度,该刀片被设置在旋转的刀盘鼓的圆周上,既能切割烟草材料,也能在操作周期后清洁和磨快该刀片16、18。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于有机植物物质的切割机,其包括一机架,和一安装在该机架上的刀盘,该刀盘设计为鼓形并具有对称布置在其圆周表面上的切割刀片,该刀盘被设置在一通过皮带驱动的传动轴上,该轴被一偶合机构与主蜗轮偶合,该主蜗轮通过一活动关节轴和一伞齿轮连接到一驱动轮上,该驱动轮通过一传动链驱动安装在刀片伸展辊上的链轮,该辊通过另一随后的蜗轮直接驱动该刀片伸展装置,其特征在于,该刀盘包括至少两个分开的彼此交替设置在该刀盘鼓的圆周表面下方的刀片伸展装置(10,10a),并且刀片伸展装置(10,10a)被分别致动,至少是通过两个分开的滑动偶合配件(17,17a)致动,该滑动偶合配件(17,17a)与设置在刀盘两个侧面上的相应的两个主蜗轮(2,2a)相协作,两个刀片伸展装置(10,10a)中的每一个被连接到相应的切割刀片(16,18)上并配置有分开的包括电子马达(1,1a)的电子驱动机构,由于马达的旋转由与刀盘鼓运动参数独立的外部信号控制,该信号通过电子马达(1,1a)被传送和调整,依靠电子信号确定适宜的切割刀片组所需要的伸长率,该马达(1,1a)被轴向对称地设置在该驱动轴(15)的两侧上。
