本发明挤出塑料制品内孔成型方法,是用挤出机将塑料经过挤出塑化、机头成坯、冷却定型过程得到制品,与现有方法不同之处在于:(1)在机头成坯过程中,采用的机头是一个零件的机头体,机头体的一端与挤出机连接,另一端为出口,出口的内壁形状与管材外形一致;(2)在冷却定型过程中,由冷却介质采用骤冷的方法控制冷却温度。该方法采用的机头体出口的内壁形状为圆形、椭圆形、矩形、方形、三角形或凹凸异型。冷却定型过程采用的冷却介质为水、酒精、干冰或液氮。本发明可以成型微小内孔,不仅能加工圆形的内孔,而且还能加工异型的内孔。机头结构简化为一个零件,机头结构十分简单。
