发明内容
根据本发明，一微量吸管容器包括一基座，以及一作为托盘供给装置的盖子，该基座用于安放装载有微量吸管的托盘，所述基座具有侧壁，在供给装置的两个相对侧壁上设有弹性保持部，所述弹性保持部的内侧具有用于微量吸管托盘的楔形突出部，其中，所述容器配置成这样的结构，当所述供给装置被向下压向基座时，通过所述楔形突出部紧靠在侧壁上，使得所述楔形突出部连同弹性保持部一起侧向偏斜，从而释放由供给装置所承载的带有微量吸管的托盘。

具体实施方式
下面将参照本发明的优选实施方式作详细描述，附图中示出了其中一个实施例。
图1中所示的容器包括一基座1和一叠置于其上的盖子，盖子构成了用于装载有微量吸管的托盘的供给装置2。如图2所示，基座1具有刚性侧板3、4、5、6，以及伸出其上表面的角部导向装置7、8、9、10，其上放置装载有微量吸管的托盘。在基座1的上部设有带固定销12的安定板11。另外，基座1的两个相对侧壁3、5设有凹槽13、14。而供给装置2又设有外置角部15、16、17、18，其下边缘位于布置于其中的微量吸管的之下。在基座1中，托盘19设有若干用于微量吸管21的开口20，如图3所示。
图4示出了由平面形且优选为刚性的上部22和四个侧壁23、24、25、26构造而成的供给装置2，其中，两个相对侧壁23、25在其中间部位设有弹性保持部27、28。弹性保持部27、28通过弹性连杆29、30与侧壁23、25相连，并且它们在供给装置2的内侧具有楔形突出部31、32。
当将供给装置2设置于装载有微量吸管21的托盘之上、并且将供给装置2向下按压时，装载有微量吸管21的托盘19以稳定的方式嵌套在供给装置2内，从而将其支承于楔形突出部31、32上，而微量吸管21的上部紧靠在供给装置2的上部22，如图5的视图和图6中的剖面图中所示。
紧接着通过相同的供给装置2，可以将托盘19移动并安放在如图2所示的在另一基座中。为了达到此目的，通过使供给装置2的角部15、16、17、18在基座1的角部导向装置7、8、9、10上滑动，将装载有托盘19和微量吸管21的供给装置2安放在基座1中。当向下按压供给装置2时，紧靠侧壁3、5的楔形突出部31、32与弹性保持部27、28一起侧向倾斜，并松开装载有微量吸管21的托盘19。通过基座1中的固定销12以及托盘19中的相应的固定开口，托盘19可稳定地安放在基座1中，如图3中所示。这样，装载有微量吸管21的托盘19就为分析试验做好了准备，而之后可将供给装置2放置在基座1上，并关闭装载有微量吸管21的容器。
在使用短微量吸管33的情况下，与图6中所示的微量吸管21相比，其边缘长度比托盘19与供给装置2的上部22之间的间距短，以便通过紧靠供给装置2的上部22的方式固定它们在供给装置2中的位置，托盘19在开口周围设有环34，在该环的边缘上固定着短微量吸管33，如图7的视图以及图8的剖面图所示。
而对于长微量吸管35而言，其边缘外径尺寸接近托盘19中开口的间距，为了固定它们在供给装置2中的位置，供给装置2的上部22环绕长微量吸管35的所有上部设有内部的、优选为矩形的固定环36。此外，将供给装置2的一侧壁的高度调节至长微量吸管35的边缘长度，同时在基座1的下部设有一附加底部基座37，以容纳长微量吸管35的下部，如图9的视图和图10的剖面图所示。
如图11所示，微量吸管21在散装容器中供给，其中带开口20的托盘19相互叠置，其中安放有微量吸管21。通过使用供给装置2，从最高的托盘19开始，随后的装载有微量吸管21的托盘19被从该叠托盘中取出，并且将其支承至基座1上。

Claims (7)

1.微量吸管容器，包括一用于安放装载有微量吸管(21)的托盘(19)的基座(1)，以及本身为一托盘供给装置(2)的盖子，所述基座具有侧壁(3、5)，其中，
在所述供给装置(2)的两个相对侧壁(23、25)上设有弹性保持部(27、28)，且
弹性保持部(27、28)的内侧具有用于装载带有微量吸管(21)的托盘(19)的楔形突出部(31、32)，
其特征在于，
所述容器配置成这样的结构，当所述供给装置(2)被向下压向基座(1)时，通过所述楔形突出部(31、32)紧靠在侧壁(3、5)上，使得所述楔形突出部(31、32)连同弹性保持部(27、28)一起侧向偏斜，从而释放由供给装置(2)所承载的带有微量吸管(21)的托盘(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于，所述弹性保持部(27、28)被安装在所述相对侧壁(23、25)的中间部位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于，所述供给装置(2)具有布置于其侧壁(23、25)与弹性保持部(27、28)之间的弹性连杆(29、30)，以及
所述基座(1)的相对侧壁(3、5)具有用于供给装置(2)的弹性连杆(29、30)的凹槽(13、14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于，所述供给装置(2)具有向下凸出的角部(15、16、17、18)，所述角部与凸出于基座(1)的顶面之上的基座(1)的角部导向装置(7、8、9、10)相配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于，所述托盘(19)设有围绕在开口周围的环(34)，其中环(34)的内径等于所述开口的直径，在该环(34)的上边缘上安放短微量吸管(33)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其特征在于，所述供给装置(2)的上部(22)具有一环绕长微量吸管(35)上部的内部固定环(36)，长微量吸管的外径尺寸接近托盘(19)中开口的间距。
7.根据权利要求6所述的容器，其特征在于，在所述基座(1)的下部中设有附加的底基座(37)，用于容纳长微量吸管(35)的下部。
