本发明的目的是创造一种防火门或防火窗,其中放弃采用通常在防火时使用的材料,如轻金属、木材或钢,以便能经济地生产此类构件。
此目的通过权利要求1的特征达到,从属权利要求说明按本发明思想的进一步设计。
为此建议用耐火塑料的型材制造防火门或防火窗运动的以及固定的框架。防火门和窗安装在防火墙内,它们的任务是在危险的情况下阻止火和烟的扩散。由于这一原因,防火门和防火窗按照相应的耐火等级分类。具体的耐火等级根据相应构件的耐火时间划分。
型材,无论是实心型材还是有不同空腔的塑料制空心型材都无关紧要,优选地组合成框,以便应用于防火门或防火窗。作为框内部的充填物,或可采用通常用作耐火玻璃具有一些相应设置的防火层的多层玻璃板,防火层受热后吸收热辐射,或也可采用制成平面材料的耐火塑料。
按本发明还可设想,框及其充填物模制成一体。对于较低的防火等级,防火门或防火窗也可以按这样的方式构成,即将塑料制的框嵌在两块玻璃板之间。在这种情况下隔开间距的玻璃板一直延伸到运动框架的外边缘处。若选择更高的防火等级,则在间隔的玻璃板之间可以夹入透明的防火材料。这种防火材料可以是上述类型的防火玻璃,或也可以是一种液态的防火凝胶体。
耐火塑料由形式上为连续的玻璃纤维粗纱的支承材料组成,它们沿型材的轴向排列。除此之外,这种“原始型材”沿径向还用另一种玻璃纤维复合物增强。在这里,玻璃纤维用树脂基体浸渍并在一个与型材造型相适应的深拉模中硬化。深拉模在这种情况下加温,从而保证快速的制造过程。
在这里所采用的树脂基体基本上由不饱和聚酯树脂组成,包括适用的硬化剂、加速剂、添加剂,以及非常重要的是包括防火填充料。为了与存在的建筑物外观相匹配,适当地搀合形式上为色浆的颜料。这类防火门既可设计为拉门,也可设计为有或没有制动器的单扇或双扇门。因为制造这种型材在造型方面几乎不受限制,所以还可以将相应的型材互相组合。
这种运动的框也可以通过相应的造型设计用耐火塑料制成固定的框。若采用空心型材,它们可以完全或部分地充填防火材料。

Claims (19)

1.可应用于防火区内避免烟和火蔓延的防火门或防火窗,此防火门或防火窗由运动的框和耐火材料制的框的充填物组成,以及运动的框被固定的框件部分或完全围绕,其特征为:防火门或防火窗用耐火塑料制造。
2.按照权利要求1所述的防火门或防火窗,其特征为:运动的框和固定的框用型材构成。
3.按照权利要求1和2所述的防火门或防火窗,其特征为:运动的框的充填物全部或部分用耐火塑料组成。
4.按照权利要求1至3所述的防火门或防火窗,其特征为:框的充填物和运动的框构成一体。
5.按照权利要求1至3所述的防火门或防火窗,其特征为:运动的框的充填物全部或部分用防火玻璃组成。
6.按照权利要求1和2所述的防火门或防火窗,其特征为:运动的框嵌在两块隔开距离的玻璃板之间。

16.按照前列诸权利要求中一项或多项所述的防火门或防火窗,其特征为:塑料型材沿径向用玻璃纤维复合物增强,这些玻璃纤维浸渍树脂基体并在一加温的模具内硬化。
17.按照权利要求16所述的防火门或防火窗,其特征为:树脂基体基本上由不饱和聚酯树脂、硬化剂、加速剂、添加剂、色浆和防火填充料组成。
