Abstract
本发明提供了一种除草剂组合物,它包括稗草稀和至少1—2种三氮苯类和/或脲类已知具有除草作用的物质,本发明还可以含有安全剂;按照本领域技术人员公知的方法本发明可制成不同的剂型,也可以将安全剂直接与种子混合或做成种子包衣使用,尤其适于防治对粟类作物和高粱田杂草,并且防除杂草之目的。
Description
本发明属于农药领域,具体地说属于一种除草剂组合物。
稗草稀不但能有效地防除单子叶杂草,而且对粟类作物和高梁十分安全,但其对双子叶杂草效果差,而三氮苯类或脲类除草剂对双子叶杂草有较好的防治作用,将稗草稀和三氮苯类或脲类除草剂混用可以达到单、双子叶杂草兼治的目的。粟类作物和高梁对绝大多数除草剂的耐药性差,采用安全剂对上述作物种子进行包衣,或将安全剂与除草剂加工在一起,或安全剂与除草剂现混现用,可有效提高作物的安全性,解决上述作物化学除草的难题。迄今为止,尚未发现有关稗草稀与三氮苯类或脲类除草剂混用,以及与安全剂配合的除草剂组合物的报道。
本发明目的在于提供一种复配农药,扩大稗草稀、三氮苯类或脲类除草剂的杀草谱,并对粟类作物和高梁作物安全高效的除草剂。
为实现本发明的详细技术方案为:
一种除草剂组合物,主要含有稗草稀,以及至少1-2种三氮苯类和/或脲类除草剂。
上述除草剂组合物中所述的三氮苯类可以是莠去津(atrazine)、氰草津(cyanazine)、西玛津(simazine)、扑灭津(propazine)、西草净(simetryne)、扑草净(prometryne)以及其它三氮苯类除草剂。
上述除草剂组合物中所述的脲类除草剂可以是利谷隆(linuron)、异丙隆(isopromron)、敌草隆(diuron)、绿麦隆(chlortoluron)、伏草隆(fluometuron)以及其它脲类除草剂。
上述除草剂组合物,其特征在于含有安全剂。
上述除草剂组合物中安全剂可以是萘羧酸类如1,8-萘二酸酐(naphthalic anhydride,NA)等;氯乙酰苯胺类如Dichlormid(R-25788)、R-28725等;苯二甲酸类如对二甲酸等;磺酰脲类如苯磺酰脲化合物等;二氯甲基戊环类如MG-191等;肟类如Cyometrinil(CGA-43089)、Oxobetrinil(CGA-91294)等;噁唑、噻唑及其杂环化合物如Flurazole(MON-4606)等;取代苯基嘧啶类化合物如Fenclorim(CGA-123407)等;N,N-二取代-2,6-二取代苯胺类化合物如H-26910,H-22234等;其它类如敌克松、萎莠灵、解草嗪(Benoxacor,CGA-185072)、锰盐(如Mncl2)、苯巴比妥、乙醇等能提高作物抗除草剂能力的化合物。
上述除草剂组合物中各有效成分的重量比例可以在较宽的范围中变动。剂型中:Ⅰ.稗草稀的含量范围为0.1-99%,优选范围0.1-90%;Ⅱ.莠去津、氰草津、西玛津、扑灭津、西草津等三氮苯类除草剂的含量范围为0.1-99%,优选范围0.1-90%;Ⅲ.利谷隆、异丙隆、敌草隆、绿麦隆、伏草隆等脲类除草剂含量范围为0.1-99%,优选范围0.1-90%;Ⅳ.安全剂含量范围为0.1-99%,优选范围0.1-80%;如稗草稀0.1-90%+莠去津0.1-90%;稗草稀0.1-90%+莠去津0.1-90%+1,8-萘二酸酐0.1-60%;稗草稀0.1-90%+利谷隆0.1-90%+1,8-萘二酸酐0.1-80%等。
利用上述本发明所述的除草剂,配以本领域内技术人员公知的助剂,以本领域内技术人员公知的方法可制成本发明多种剂型。其可以加工的剂型是:A、乳油(EC);B、可湿性粉剂(WP);C、干悬浮剂(DF、WG、WDF);D、粉剂(DP);E、水悬浮剂(SC)或悬乳剂(SE);F、油悬浮剂(OF);G、水乳剂(EW);H、可溶性粉剂;I、伴侣型制剂等。
A、本发明乳油是通过将有效成分溶在有机溶剂中,并添加其它助剂加工制成。用于本发明的溶剂可以是正戊烷、乙醚、烃醇(如乙醇、甲醇)、乙酸乙酯、氯甲烷、丙酮、二甲基亚砜、芳烃溶剂(如二甲苯、甲苯)以及N-长链烃基吡咯烃酮等之中一种或多种组合物;用于本发明的乳化剂为乳化剂601号、500号、乳化剂T-20~乳化剂T-85系列、农乳0206-B、农乳2201、0201-B之中的一种或多种物质通常用量为0.1-30%,优选用量1-15%。
B、可湿性粉剂是在水中可均匀分散的制剂。本发明可湿性粉剂除了加有白碳黑、轻质碳酸钙、陶土、硅藻土等稀释剂或惰性物质以外,它还含有离子型或非离子型表面活性剂(润湿剂,分散剂),例如:脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐,脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(钙),木质素磺酸钠(钙),SOPA等阴离子型表面活性剂之中的一种或多种,其用量为0.1-30%,经过粉碎加工而制成可湿性粉剂。
C、干悬浮剂是将原药的有效成分、润湿剂、崩解剂、分散剂及粘合剂,通过与水混合造粒形成的。用于本发明的润湿剂可以是烷基硫酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠和苯磺酸钠等阴离子型表面活性剂之中的一种或多种,其用量为0.1-10%。用于本发明的崩解剂可以是淀粉及其衍生物、海藻酸及盐类和粘土等之中的一种或多种,用量为0.1-20%。用于本发明的分散剂和粘合剂是木质素磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐的甲醛缩合物和聚羧酸类表面活性剂之中的一种或多种物质。通常用量3-30%。
D、粉剂是通过将有效成分与细分散性固体物质如滑石,天然粘土如高岭土,邦土,轻质碳酸钙和叶蜡石或硅藻土,白碳黑一起磨碎制成的,补足100%。
E、水悬浮剂或悬乳剂是将有效成分通过加入助剂和增效剂后,经过球磨、砂磨制成的制剂。本发明的助剂可以是脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯、农乳2201、0206-B、乳化剂T-20~乳化剂T-85、SOPA系列之中的一种或多种物质,通常用量0.1-30%;乙二醇,通常用量0.1-10%;CMC,通常用量0.1-10%;黄原胶,0.1-10%;磷酸三丁酯,0.1-20%。
F、油悬浮剂是由原药、表面活性剂加入矿物油或植物油而制成的。本发明的表面活性剂包括二甲酸、醇、脂肪酸、脂环醇的液体酯类,如邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,丁酯,二异丁酯,二月桂醇酯,二环酯,二环乙酯,和二环辛酯等,也可以用C6-C10羧酸如正乙酸、葵酸、壬酸、苯甲酸和酯,如苄基乙酸酯,乙酸乙酯,壬酸乙酯,苯甲酸甲酯或乙酯等,通常用量0.1-30%。可做为乳化剂的:脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐,脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,烷基苯磺酸钠(钙),木质素磺酸钠(钙),通常用量0.1-30%。
G、水乳剂(EW):通常含有有效成分、溶剂、乳化剂或分散剂、共乳化剂、水、抗冻剂、消泡剂、抗微生物剂、密度调节剂、PH调节剂、增稠剂、着色剂和气味调节剂。其中有的是必须的,有的可有可无。其中,溶剂可用在上述乳油中提及的溶剂;乳化剂可是用环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物的混合物(如Pluronic F108、L62、L72),乙氧化烷基苯醚、乙氧化烷基醚、烷基苯磺酸钙、环氧乙烷-脂肪伯胺缩含物或其混合物、壬基苯酚聚乙二醇醚、烷基聚乙二醇醚、烷基苯基聚乙二醇醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸、苯酚聚乙二醇醚磷酸单酯或单脂和双酯混合物的三乙醇胺盐;分散剂可用聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯树胶;共乳化剂可使用丁醇、异丁醇、链烷醇类;抗冻剂可使用乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、硫酸胺、Nacl、CaCl2等;消泡剂可使用有机硅消泡剂;PH调节剂可用一般的无机或有机酸碱、磷酸化表面活性剂;密度调节剂可使用Nacl、CaCl2、无机盐、尿素;增稠剂可使用聚丙烯酸酯、天然多糖、无机增稠剂,但有时也可使用。
H、可溶性粉剂:制剂由原药、填料和助剂组成。填料可用水溶性的无机盐(如硫酸钠、硫酸胺等),也可用不溶于水的填料(如粘土、白碳黑、CaCO3等);助剂大多是阴离子型、非离子型表面活性剂或是两者的混合物,如烷基芳基聚氧乙烯基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、烷基苯磺酸盐、木质素磺酸盐等。
I、伴侣型制剂:本发明组合物中含有的2-3种除草剂有效成分或安全剂可以采用上述提及的各种农药剂型分别配制成单一制剂,然后做成伴侣型包装,使用时现混现用;也可以将本发明的组合物其中的两种有效成分采用上述提及的各种农药剂型配制成二元混剂,然后再与本发明的组合物中提及的另外1-2种有效成分的单一制剂或二元混剂组合成伴侣型制剂。如稗草稀和莠去津分别制成单一制剂,两者再组合成伴侣型制剂。
本发明所述的除草剂组合物还可以与其它除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂、有增效作用的表面活性剂(增效剂)、植物营养剂、肥料、安全剂、土壤改良剂、着色剂混合制备成制剂或伴侣式包装形式。
本发明所述的除草剂组合物可以应用于粟类作物和高梁田防除单、双子叶杂草,如马唐、牛筋草、稗草、狗尾草、苘麻、反枝苋、龙葵、蓼、藜等,但不局限于上述杂草。粟类作物包括谷子(Setaria italicBeauv)、黍或稷(Panicum mili aceum L.)、栽培稗(Echinochloa crusgalliL.Var.frumentaceum Wight)、龙爪谷(Eleusie coracana L.)、蜡烛稗(Pennisetum typhoideum Rich)等。
本发明除草剂组合物可在播后苗前喷施于粟类作物和高梁田中;也可以将它们的种子用安全剂包衣后,再将本发明组合物于播后苗前喷施于粟类作物和高梁田中。
本发明较已有技术相比有如下优点:
1、杀草谱广。本发明的组合物采用利谷隆等脲类除草剂或莠去津等三氮苯类除草剂来防除苘麻、马齿苋、反枝苋、藜等双子叶杂草;采用单子叶防除剂-稗草稀防除谷莠草、狗尾草、马唐、牛筋草、稗草等禾本科杂草,同时解决了粟类作物和高梁田的单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草,防效优于上述除草剂单用。
2、选择性好和对作物安全性。稗草稀在粟类作物、高梁与禾本科杂草之间有良好的选择性;利谷隆等脲类除草剂或莠去津等三氮苯类除草剂与安全剂配合使用可以在不伤害粟类作物和高梁的情况下,安全地防除双子叶杂草。在安全剂配合使用下,稗草稀与利谷隆等脲类除草剂或莠去津等三氮苯类除草剂混用表现对作物安全。
3、稗草稀与利谷隆等脲类除草剂或莠去津等三氮苯类除草剂混用可提高杂草防效(见生物测定实施例表1-2)。
4、亩除草成本降低。通过合理混用可降低除草剂用药量,有利于除草成本的降低。

1.种子包衣处理。按安全剂NA用量与种子重量的千分之十的比例,进行种子包衣和晾干,待种衣固化后播种。播种后第二日,分别按照每公顷750克利谷隆或1125克莠去津的使用量,利用精量喷雾塔(下同)喷药。
2.混合喷洒处理。取非包衣的普通谷子种子播种。播种后第二日,按照每公顷安全剂1000克分别与750克利谷隆或1125克莠去津混合均匀后喷药。
3.结果与分析
(1)安全剂NA不同施用方式对利谷隆的解毒效应
当使用除草剂利谷隆时,安全剂NA不同的使用方式对谷子均会产生良好的保护作用。在NA作种子包衣或与利谷隆混喷的两种处理方式中,谷子存活苗数、株高和鲜重均明显高于利谷隆单用(见表1)。
(2)NA不同施用方式对莠去津的解毒效应
由表1可见,安全剂NA对莠去津有明显的解毒作用。对比莠去津单用,无论将NA做种子包衣或与莠去津混合喷洒,均可显著提高谷苗的存活率、株高及鲜重。
二、田间试验
1.试验方法
谷子包衣和药剂混喷方法同盆栽试验。播种后次日,进行土壤处理。每种处理重复3次。30天后考察,分别记录谷子存活株数、株高、鲜重、杂草鲜重。
2.结果与分析
从表2中可以看出,除草剂混用的药效均可达75%以上。其中稗草稀与莠去津混剂的单子叶杂草防效为84%,双子叶杂草防效可达99%。而且由于解毒剂的加入,谷苗的存活率和每株鲜重值显著高于不加解毒剂NA的处理。

Claims (10)
1、一种除草剂组合物,其特征在于含有稗草稀,以及1-2种三氮苯类和/或脲类除草剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于所述的三氮苯类除草剂可以是莠去津、氰草津、西玛津、扑灭津、西草津以及其它三氮苯类除草剂;所述的脲类除草剂可以是利谷隆、异丙隆、敌草隆、绿麦隆、伏草隆以及其它脲类除草剂。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于含有安全剂,其中所述的安全剂可以是萘羧酸类,氯乙酰苯胺类,苯二甲酸类,磺酰脲类,二氯甲基戊环类,肟类,噁唑、噻唑及其杂环化合物,取代苯基嘧啶类化合物,N,N-二取代-2,6-二取代苯胺类化合物,敌克松,萎莠灵,锰盐,苯巴比妥,乙醇及其它能提高作物抗除草剂能力的化合物。
4、根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于含有:稗草稀0.1-90%(重量百分比,下同),三氮苯类除草剂0.1-90%或脲类除草剂0.1-90%。
5、根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于含有:稗草稀0.1-90%,三氮苯类除草剂0.1-90%和脲类除草剂0.1-90%。
6、根据权利要求3所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于含有:稗草稀0.1-90%,三氮苯类除草剂0.1-90%或脲类除草剂0.1-90%,以及安全剂0.1-80%。
7、根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于含有:稗草稀0.1-90%,三氮苯类除草剂0.1-90%,脲类除草剂0.1-90%和安全剂0.1-80%。
8、根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于含有:稗草稀0.1-90%和莠去津0.1-90%。
9、根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于含有:稗草稀0.1-90%,莠去津0.1-90%和1,8-萘二酸酐0.1-60%。
10、根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于含有:稗草稀0.1-90%,利谷隆0.1-90%和1,8-萘二酸酐0.1-80%。
