纺织工业纺纱生产中罗地亚尼龙66短纤混纺纱的生产工艺,特征在于:清花工序相对湿度为70%~75%,并条和粗纱工序的相对湿度为65%~70%;粗纱定量比常规纺棉纱时低15%~25%,粗纱捻系数为70~80,细纱捻系数为300~340;并条、细纱、粗纱工序采用双层软质加压皮辊,包覆层硬度为邵氏62±3。采取上述工艺措施后,纺纱过程顺利,清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱过程中粘卷、绕皮辊、断头现象和成纱棉结控制在规定标准范围以内,成纱质量优良。

罗地亚尼龙66短纤混纺纱的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织工业生产中的纺纱工程领域,具体涉及罗地亚尼龙66短纤混纺纱的生产工艺。
背景技术
法国罗地亚公司生产的罗地亚尼龙66短纤是一种新开发的尼龙66纤维,具有超柔软、光泽鲜艳、触感优良等性能。这种纤维与其他尼龙66纤维相比,细度细,可纺性也不同,纺纱时采用普通尼龙66混纺纱的生产工艺就不适应。因此,在该纤维与其他纤维混纺时必须建立合适的工艺参数。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为罗地亚尼龙66短纤混纺纱的纺纱工程制订相应的工艺参数。在罗地亚尼龙66与棉,与Modal或Lyocell,与涤棉混纺生产工程中,综合制订了一系列工艺措施,其中包括以下方面。
(1)提高清花、并条和粗纱工序的相对湿度,清花参数范围为70%~75%;并条和粗纱工序的相对湿度65%~70%。
(2)并条、粗纱工序的环境温度降低为23~25℃。
(3)为适应细纱的较低倍数牵伸,粗纱的定量应比常规纺棉纱时轻15%~25%;粗纱的捻系数设定为70~80;细纱捻系数为300~340。
(4)并条、粗纱、细纱工序采用双层软质加压皮辊,包覆层硬度为邵氏62±3。
在采取了上述措施后,纺纱过程顺利,清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱过程中粘卷、绕皮辊、断头现象和成纱棉结控制在规定标准范围以内,成纱质量优良。
具体实施措施方式
实施例1
1.7dtex×40mm罗地亚尼龙66与2.15级棉35/65混纺,生产32Ne针织用纱,工艺路线为:
尼龙66:抓棉→开棉→清棉成卷→梳棉→预并;
棉:抓棉→开棉→清棉成卷→梳棉→并条→条卷→精梳;
尼龙66+棉:混头并→混二并→混三并→粗纱→细纱。
生产工程中清花、并条、粗纱工序相对湿度取70%,并条、粗纱工序温度24℃,粗纱定量比常规轻20%,粗纱捻系数75,细纱捻系数315,皮辊包覆层的硬度为邵氏62。
实施例2
1.7dtex×40mm罗地亚尼龙66与1.3dtex×40mm Modal 35/65混纺,生产40Ne针织用纱,工艺路线为:
尼龙66+Modal:棉箱混棉→抓棉→开棉→清棉成卷→梳棉→头并→二并→粗纱→细纱。
除细纱捻系数取310外,其他工艺参数如实施例1。
实施例3
1.7dtex×40mm罗地亚尼龙66、1.67dtex×38mm涤纶、2.15级棉12/43/45比例混纺,生产45Ne机织纱,工艺流程为:
尼龙66+涤纶:棉箱混棉→抓棉→开棉→清棉成卷→梳棉→预并;
棉:抓棉→开棉→清棉成卷→梳棉→并条→条卷→精梳;
尼龙66+涤纶+棉:混头并→混二并→混三并→粗纱→细纱。
除细纱捻系数取330外,其他工艺参数如实施例1。

1.罗地亚尼龙66短纤混纺纱的生产工艺,其特征在于清花工序的相对湿度为70%~75%,并条和粗纱工序的相对湿度为65%~70%;
所述并条、粗纱工序的环境温度为23~25℃;
粗纱定量比常规纺棉纱时轻15%~25%,粗纱捻系数为70~80,细纱捻系数为300~340;
并条、细纱、粗纱工序采用双层软质加压皮辊,包覆层硬度为邵氏62±3。
