Abstract
A composite material for the package of liquid food is composed of sandwich layer and surface layers coated on the sandwich layer. Said surface layer may be polylactic acid or copolymer of polylactic acid.
Description
The invention belongs to the packaging for foodstuff field, relate to a kind of stratiform packing and production method thereof.
The disclosed Chinese patent 1055506A in 1991 (application number is 90105802.5) has introduced a kind of three-layer plastic compound film; but with the difficult liquid food packing container that is manufactured with certain collapsed shape of this laminated film; and; this laminated film is difficult for degraded under field conditions (factors), is unfavorable for environmental protection.
The objective of the invention is to develop a kind of composite material for package of food and production method thereof at stating deficiency.
Embodiment of the present invention are: a kind of composite material for package of food, comprise sandwich layer and skin, and on sandwich layer, be coated with skin, this skin is polylactic acid layers or copolymer of poly lactic acid layer.
The production method of above-mentioned composite material for package of food, described production method is extrusion molding or coating process, the production technology of extrusion molding is with extruder poly(lactic acid) or poly(lactic acid) co-polymer to be expressed on the sandwich layer, make poly(lactic acid) or copolymer of poly lactic acid be applied to sandwich layer with the form of thin layer, the production technology of coating process is to use coating device, makes poly(lactic acid) or copolymer of poly lactic acid be applied to sandwich layer with the form of thin layer.
Advantage of the present invention is: described composite material for package of food can be according to the packing needs of liquid food, be folded into corresponding package shape, the skin of this composite material for package of food is polylactic acid layers or copolymer of poly lactic acid layer, so degraded more under field conditions (factors).

As shown in Figure 1, composite material for package of food of the present invention comprises sandwich layer 1 and two layers of skin 2, and outer 2 is polylactic acid layers or copolymer of poly lactic acid layer, and these two layers of skins 2 are applied respectively in the upside and the downside of sandwich layer 1.Sandwich layer 1 is a ply of paper, and the used material of this ply of paper mainly is vegetable fibre or syntheticfibres.
The production method of above-mentioned composite material for package of food is an extrusion molding, and the production technology of this extrusion molding is with extruder poly(lactic acid) or copolymer of poly lactic acid to be expressed on the sandwich layer 1, makes poly(lactic acid) or copolymer of poly lactic acid applied on sandwich layer 1 with thin layer form.
The production method of above-mentioned composite material for package of food also can be coating process, and the production technology of this coating process is to use coating device, and poly(lactic acid) or copolymer of poly lactic acid are applied on the sandwich layer 1 with thin layer form.
The skin 2 of above-mentioned composite material for package of food also can have only one deck.
The sandwich layer 1 of above-mentioned composite material for package of food also can be plastic layer, and the used material of this plastic layer mainly is a polyolefins.
The sandwich layer 1 of above-mentioned composite material for package of food also can be aluminium foil layer.
The sandwich layer 1 of composite material for package of food of the present invention also can be made up of ply of paper and plastic layer, and the used material of ply of paper mainly is vegetable fibre or syntheticfibres, and the used material of plastic layer mainly is a polyolefins.
The sandwich layer 1 of above-mentioned composite material for package of food also can be made up of ply of paper and aluminium foil layer, and the used material of ply of paper mainly is vegetable fibre or syntheticfibres.
The sandwich layer 1 of above-mentioned composite material for package of food also can be made up of aluminium foil layer and plastic layer, and the used material of plastic layer mainly is a polyolefins.

1, a kind of composite material for package of food comprises sandwich layer and skin, it is characterized in that being coated with on sandwich layer skin, and this skin is polylactic acid layers or copolymer of poly lactic acid layer.
2, a kind of composite material for package of food as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that skin is two layers, and these two layers outer applied respectively in the upside and the downside of sandwich layer.
