Abstract

本发明涉及一种棘轮式超越离合器,棘轮(1);棘爪(2),棘爪(2)通过棘爪轴(3)可转动地支撑在棘爪盘(5)上;其特征在于:永久磁铁(4)在棘爪盘(5)和棘爪轴(3)的轴线之间与棘爪(2)的尾端相对地固定于棘爪盘(5)上。这种离合器不采用弹簧驱动棘爪,所以在重载频繁超越的工况下没有因弹簧疲劳断裂而导致离合器不能正常工作的情况。

Description

一种超越离合器
本发明涉及一种超越离合器,尤其涉及用于重载频繁超越的离合器。
中国实用新型专利CN91208227.5公开了一种惯性离心式棘轮,其中在棘轮的下面设有一个磁环。当齿轮转动的时候,棘爪在离心力的作用下径向向外张开从而与棘轮上的棘齿向啮合。根据该实用新型专利所公开的技术方案,由于作用于棘爪上使之径向向外摆动从而与棘轮上的棘齿向啮合的动力是离心力,所以当棘爪转动不灵活的时候,这种棘轮便不能够可靠地工作。
美国专利US5,205,386公开了一种带有棘爪保持装置的棘轮棘爪离合器,其中在棘爪啮合端的径向外侧设有磁铁,当输出轴的转速超过希望值时,棘爪在离心力的作用下径向向外摆动,一旦其与对应的磁铁向接触,将被磁铁保持住。这种离合器依然是以弹簧力为动力驱动棘爪摆动与棘轮上的棘齿啮合。在重载频繁超越的时候,对弹簧反复、频繁地加载。这样弹簧会很快地疲劳断裂,从而导致整个离合器不能够正常工作。另外,在工作过程中这种离合器的磁铁与棘爪端部之间有机械接触,两者会不断地相互撞击。这种接触和撞击会导致磁铁损坏或导致磁铁变热。磁铁损坏必然使得离合器无法正常工作,而磁铁受热时会收缩,因而有可能松脱。这同样会导致离合器不能正常工作。
本发明的目的在于提供一种不用弹簧驱动棘爪运动的超越离合器。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明提供一种棘轮式超越离合器,棘轮;棘爪,棘爪通过棘爪轴可转动地支撑在棘爪盘上;永久磁铁在棘爪盘和棘爪轴的轴线之间与棘爪的尾端相对地固定于棘爪盘上。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,所述棘爪具有一个与棘轮的棘齿相啮合的棘齿端和一个远离棘齿端的尾端,在棘齿端和尾端之间设有用于棘爪轴的通孔。棘齿端端部至通孔轴线的距离大于尾端端部至通孔轴线的距离。
根据本发明,将磁铁设置在棘爪的尾端附近,并且处于棘爪盘和棘爪轴的轴线之间。
棘爪的棘齿端部至通孔轴线的距离略大于尾端端部至通孔轴线的距离。尾端端部至通孔中心的距离与棘齿端的端部至通孔中心的距离之比最好约为1∶1.1。
根据本发明的另一个预选实施例,离合器还包括一个嵌入棘爪盘中的安装套,永久磁铁设在安装套中。这种安装套最好由不导磁的材料制成,例如由不锈钢、铜、铝等材料制成。
永久磁铁由铁氧体,最好由钕铁硼材料制成并且是一个圆柱体,其直径为16mm,高为10mm。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,当棘爪的棘齿端与棘轮的棘齿相啮合的时候,棘爪的尾端距永久磁铁的距离为1mm;当棘爪与棘轮的棘齿脱离的时候,棘爪尾端至永久磁铁的最大距离为5mm。
根据本发明,利用磁铁的磁力吸引棘爪与棘齿啮合。由于不采用弹簧,所以没有疲劳断裂的问题。对于重载频繁超越的工况而言,这将极大地延长根据本发明的离合器的使用寿命。
根据本发明,磁铁与棘爪尾端在工作过程没有任何接触。这种结构保证了磁铁在工作过程中不会受到棘爪尾端的撞击,即没有作用力直接作用于其上。由于没有机械力直接作用在磁铁上,所以磁铁没有被磨损或被机械力损坏,更没有现有技术中的弹簧所存在的疲劳断裂的问题,由此延长了根据本发明的离合器的使用寿命;其次,由于磁铁具有热缩冷涨的特性,如果磁铁在工作过程中受到机械力的撞击而发热,则磁铁与固定装置之间的间隙就会加大。在这种情况下,磁铁就会松动。根据本发明,磁铁和棘爪尾端之间没有接触,所以磁铁不会因变热而松动,这种结构能够保证磁铁长时间正常工作,进而延长了根据本发明的离合器的使用寿命。
根据本发明,棘爪的棘齿端部至通孔轴线的距离大于尾端端部至通孔轴线的距离。这种结构可以保证棘爪在较小磁力作用下可靠地运动,从而保证了根据本发明离合器的工作可靠性。
下面将结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的描述,其中:
图1是表示本发明结构的示意图。
图1中序号1表示棘轮,在棘轮1的内侧设有棘齿9。棘爪盘5与棘轮1同轴设置并可相对棘轮1转动。图中简略地表示了几个棘爪2,实际上可以根据使用工况设置多个棘爪。棘爪2由棘爪轴3可转动地支承在棘爪盘5上。棘爪2是一个由铁磁性材料制成的细长体,例如钢制的细长体。棘爪2具有一个与棘轮1上的棘齿相啮合的棘齿端6和一个与棘齿端6相对的尾端7。棘齿端6的端部距棘爪轴3中心的距离a大于尾端7的端部距棘爪轴3中心的距离b。在本实施例中,距离a为40mm;距离b为36mm。距离a与距离b之比保证了在磁铁4磁力的作用下棘爪2可以可靠地与棘轮1上的棘齿9啮合。
在棘爪盘5的轴线和棘爪轴3的轴线之间分布有磁铁4,磁铁4的位置靠近棘爪2的尾端7。在本实施例中,当棘爪2与棘齿9啮合的时侯,磁铁4与棘爪2尾端7的距离约为1mm;当棘爪2与棘齿9脱离啮合时,磁铁4与棘爪2尾端7之间的最大距离约为5mm。这些间隙或距离由个零件本身的尺寸和相互之间的尺寸来保证。
在本实施例中,磁铁4呈圆柱体状,其直径为16mm,高为10mm。磁铁4由铁氧体,最好由钕铁硼制成。而棘爪2本身由铁磁性材料,例如钢制成。当然,磁铁4也可以是其他形状的,例如横截面为矩形的柱体等。
在磁铁4和棘爪盘5之间设有一个安装套10,该安装套10由不导磁的材料制成,例如可以由不锈钢、铜或铝制成。采用不导磁材料的目的在于有效地阻挡磁力线的通路,从而最大限度地利用磁铁4的磁力驱动棘爪2运动。在本实施例中,安装套10呈杯状,磁铁4从其上部开口装入其中,然后再将安装套10和磁铁4一起装入棘爪盘5中相应的孔中。可以采用压配合将安装套10、磁铁4装入棘爪盘5中。当然,也可以采用其他连接方式实现上述连接,例如安装套10与棘爪盘5之间可以通过螺纹连接、焊接等连接方式连接在一起。

Claims (10)

1.一种棘轮式超越离合器,棘轮(1);棘爪(2),棘爪(2)通过棘爪轴(3)可转动地支撑在棘爪盘(5)上;其特征在于:永久磁铁(4)在棘爪盘(5)和棘爪轴(3)的轴线之间与棘爪(2)的尾端相对地固定于棘爪盘(5)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的离合器,其特征在于:所述棘爪(2)具有一个与棘轮(1)的棘齿相啮合的棘齿端(6)和一个远离棘齿端的尾端(7),在棘齿端(6)和尾端(7)之间设有用于棘爪轴(3)的通孔(8)。
3.如权利要求2所述的离合器,其特征在于:棘齿端(6)端部至通孔(8)轴线的距离大于尾端(7)端部至通孔(8)轴线的距离。
4.如权利要求3所述的离合器,其特征在于:尾端(7)端部至通孔(8)中心的距离与棘齿端(6)的端部至通孔(8)中心的距离之比为1∶1.1。
5.如权利要求1所述的离合器,其特征在于:还包括一个嵌入棘爪盘(5)中的安装套(10),永久磁铁(4)设在安装套(10)中。
6.如权利要求5所述的离合器,其特征在于:所述安装套(10)由不导磁材料制成。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的离合器,其特征在于:所述安装套(5)由不锈钢制成。
8.如权利要求1所述的离合器,其特征在于:永久磁铁(4)由钕铁硼材料制成。
9.如权利要求1或8所述的离合器,其特征在于:永久磁铁(4)为一个圆柱体,其直径为16mm,高为10mm。
10.如权利要求1所述的离合器,其特征在于:当棘爪(2)的棘齿端(6)与棘轮(1)的棘齿(9)相啮合的时候,棘爪(2)的尾端(7)距永久磁铁(4)的距离为1mm;当棘爪(2)与棘轮(1)的棘齿(9)脱离的时候,棘爪(2)尾端(7)至永久磁铁(4)的最大距离为5mm。
