Detailed description of the invention

The dispenser basically comprises a dispenser box 1 and an operatively hinged lid 2 .

The box 1 preferably but not in a limiting form has a prismatic shape with an oval-triangular base (cf. accompanying drawing 4) and has a space 3 inside it, which serves as a space 3 to be transported during the use of the device.
