Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分特征的应用于室外的太阳能照明灯。
已知应用于室外的太阳能照明灯,特别是园林照明灯,由至少一个太阳能模块、以及一个带有电能存储装置(蓄电池)的壳体、和至少一个灯体组成,所述电能存储装置与所述太阳能模块电连接,同时,在蓄电池和灯体之间具有一个对装设在太阳能照明灯上的光传感器信号作出响应、并依据明/暗度断开或联锁蓄电池与灯体之间的电连接的电路。一种市场上销售的叫作“Pagode”的结构型式,由一个要插入地基的、上部具有一圆柱形壳体的支柱组成,灯体、蓄电池、电路和传感器一体地设置在所述壳体中,且所述壳体被一个盘状的水平太阳能模块覆盖。另一种叫作“Solite”的结构型式,也具有一个盘状的、带太阳能模块的上端,不过该端是被一个透明的圆拱顶所覆盖的。还已知用太阳能照明灯作为街灯,其中,在一种结构型式中,用一种盘状的长形太阳能模块本身充当支柱的最大构件。另外的方案设有从照明灯引向外部太阳能模块的导线,这是由于出于设计方面原因及实际情况的考虑而采用小的模块,该导线够不到园林照明灯的盘状端上设置的模块。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种太阳能照明灯,其中,能量的获得最优化并且还允许进行富有美感的设计。
该目的通过具有权利要求1特征部分所述的特征得以实现。本发明进一步的改进及有利的实施结构在其他权利要求中描述。
按照本发明,应用于室外的太阳能照明灯,特别是园林照明灯、路灯、街灯等,由至少一个太阳能模块、以及一个带有电能存储装置(蓄电池)的壳体、和至少一个灯体组成,所述电能存储装置与所述太阳能模块电连接,同时,在蓄电池和灯体之间具有一个对装设在太阳能照明灯上的光传感器信号作出响应、并依据明/暗度断开或联锁蓄电池与灯体之间的电连接的电路,其特征在于,所述壳体具有至少两个取向不同、相互不平行的壁面,并且在一个壁面上分别设置至少一个太阳能模块,或者这些壁面由太阳能模块构成。
通过这种基本思想摆脱了太阳能模块设置的“教条主义”(reineLehre),即建议采纳向南的取向以获得最大的太阳光照射。与此不同,提出采用两个不同方向的模块,却发现:获得的能量总量提高了,从而能够以相对较小的照明灯结构实现令人满意的照明。
优选地,所述壳体为一个具有至少四个壁面的规则几何体(n面体)。根据本发明的一种优选实施结构,壳体为一立方体,该立方体以其顶点座落在一个固定装置上,其中,在立方体的至少两个上部壁面上设有太阳能模块或这些壁面由太阳能模块构成。所述固定装置优选设置在立方体的下顶点部位,可以是一个垂直支柱或一个水平臂。
根据本发明的一种特别实施形式,还具有一个与电控装置连接的动作传感器(Bewegungsmelder),其中,灯体具有至少两个可调的亮度等级,并且对动作传感器的一个信号作出响应而接通较亮的亮度等级,同时还具有一个限定其接通时间的计时器。
根据本发明的一种有利实施结构,所述灯体由多个发光二极管(LED)组成。
下面借助附图示例更详细地说明本发明。
图1所示为一个太阳能照明灯,它由一个立方体形壳体2和一个支柱3组成。所述立方体形壳体2以一个下顶点座落在支柱3的上端,并在此处固定。所述支柱3以已知的方式插入地基4,如地上。立方体形壳体2是这样设置的,即,三个壁面2a、2b、2c斜指向上部,而其他三个壁面2d、2e、2f向下部。上部壁面2a、2b、2c由太阳能模块构成,其中这里只对壁面2b加以图示。太阳能模块为带有串联连接的太阳能电池的玻璃板和一个框架,并且在这里,模块与其框架连接成立方体形状。下部壁面2d、2e、2f是透明的,可由同样的玻璃板构成,这些玻璃板不带有太阳能电池并设有框架,通过框架使相互之间以及与太阳能模块连接。所述太阳能模块设有转接口,电缆6从这些转接口引出、导向壳体2内部的模块7,所述壳体内具有上文述及的电路和蓄电池。在模块7上设置一个灯体8。一个光及动作传感器9设置在支柱内,相应的导线从该传感器引向模块7。由于壳体2的这种立方体形状,若所有上部壁面2a、2b、2c都由太阳能模块构成或都带有太阳能模块,则确保总是最优化地利用太阳能,而不需使用者考虑太阳能模块的方向。
Claims (8)
1.一种应用于室外的太阳能照明灯,特别是园林照明灯、路灯、街灯等,由至少一个太阳能模块、以及一个带有电能存储装置(蓄电池)的壳体、和至少一个灯体组成,所述电能存储装置与所述太阳能模块电连接,同时,在蓄电池和灯体之间具有一个对装设在太阳能照明灯上的光传感器信号作出响应、并依据明/暗度断开或联锁蓄电池与灯体之间的电连接的电路,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)具有至少两个取向不同、相互不平行的壁面,并且在一个壁面上分别设置至少一个太阳能模块(5),或者这些壁面由太阳能模块构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能照明灯,其特征在于,所述壳体是一个具有至少四个壁面的规则几何体(n面体)。
3.如权利要求2所述的太阳能照明灯,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)是立方体。
4.如权利要求3所述的太阳能照明灯,其特征在于,所述立方体以其顶点座落在一个固定装置上,并且在立方体的至少两个上部壁面(2a、2b、2c)上设有太阳能模块(5)或这些壁面由太阳能模块构成。
5.如权利要求4所述的太阳能照明灯,其特征在于,所述固定装置设置在立方体的下顶点部位。
6.如权利要求5所述的太阳能照明灯,其特征在于,所述立方体的固定装置是一个垂直支柱(3)或一个水平臂。
7.如上述权利要求之一所述的太阳能照明灯,其特征在于,还具有一个与电控装置连接的动作传感器,并且灯体具有至少两个可调的亮度等级,并且对动作传感器的一个信号作出响应而接通较亮的亮度等级,同时还具有一个限定其接通时间的计时器。
8.如上述权利要求之一所述的太阳能照明灯,其特征在于,所述灯体由多个发光二极管(LED)组成。
