Abstract
本发明涉及一种2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭及其用途。活性炭的技术指标为:粒度Φ2.4±0.3mm,四氯化碳吸附值(CTC):80-100%,强度:85-98%,碘值:1000-1200mg/g,堆比重(BD):350-500g/L,灰份(Ad):4-15%,PH值:5-9,铁含量:<0.5%(W)。2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭的用途,是用于固定床合成醋酸乙烯中醋酸锌催化剂的载体。本发明经使用单位试用,效果十分明显,完全能满足使用要求,催化剂有效期可延长100天以上,产量可提高30%左右。
Description
本发明涉及有机化工合成领域,特别是一种合成醋酸乙烯中的载体活性炭及其用途。
以煤为原料生产的活性炭,主要用于水处理、空气净化领域,维尼纶合成生产工艺有两种,一种是流化床催化工艺,另一种是固定床催化工艺,流化床合成法所用催化剂采用24-48目的木质或煤质活性炭作为催化剂载体,而固定床合成法用上述载体是不行的。
本发明的目的是提供一种适于固定床合成醋酸乙烯的2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭及其用途。
本发明按下述方案实现:
2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭,其技术指标为:
粒度Ф2.4±0.3mm
四氯化碳吸附值(CTC):80-100%
强度:85-98%
碘值:1000-1200mg/g
堆比重(BD):350-500g/L
灰份(Ad):4-15%
PH值:5-9
铁含量:<0.5%(W)
加工工艺过程包括原料煤磨粉、添加粘结剂、搅拌、成型、凉条、炭化、活化、化学处理、干燥、筛分、包装;
化学处理是将活化合格的料用适当浓度的强酸进行酸洗处理,然后用水漂洗至PH值为5-8;
2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭的用途,是用于固定床合成醋酸乙烯中醋酸锌催化剂的载体。
本发明在维尼纶生产厂家进行了试用,证明其完全可以达到工艺要求,使催化剂的有效期延长至100天以上,产量比没有采用本发明时提高30%。
实施例:
生产方法:原料煤选用灰份3-8%、挥发份为6-12%的太西无烟煤,粘结剂是煤焦油和煤沥青,成型模具开口Ф3.6±0.3mm,重量配比:煤粉∶焦油∶沥青=100∶10~40∶0~30,成型后凉条,再进炭化炉炭化,经SLP炉活化,然后进行酸洗化学处理,处理采用强酸为清洗剂,然后要漂洗至PH5~9,然后,干燥、筛分、包装,得到产品的技术指标为:粒度Ф2.4±0.3mm,四氯化碳吸附值(CTC):80-100%,强度:85-98%,碘值:1000-1200mg/g,堆比重(BD):350-500g/L,灰份(Ad):4-15%,PH值:5-9,铁含量:<0.5%(W)。
本发明用作固定床合成醋酸乙烯醋酸锌催化剂的载体,将醋酸锌吸附于本发明的活性炭上,然后进反应装置,效果比单纯用醋酸锌好,可延长醋酸锌使用寿命100天以上。

1.2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭,其特征在于其技术指标为:
粒径Ф2.4±0.3mm
四氯化碳吸附值(CTC):80-100%
强度:85-98%
碘值:1000-1200mg/g
堆比重(BD):350-500g/L
灰份(Ad):4-15%
PH值:5-9
铁含量:<0.5%(W)
2.如权利要求1所述的2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭,其特征在于其加工工艺过程包括原料煤磨粉、添加粘结剂、搅拌、成型、凉条、炭化、活化、化学处理、干燥、筛分、包装。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭,其特征在于上述化学处理是将活化合格的料用适当浓度的强酸进行酸洗处理,然后用水漂洗至PH值为5-9。
4.2.4毫米煤质载体活性炭的用途,是用于固定床合成醋酸乙烯中醋酸锌催化剂的载体。
