Abstract

五辊组合机架渐进矫直拉矫机是为适应大断面方/矩形坯而开发的。组合机架的前面设有上、下辊单独驱动;后面一个是上辊直接驱动,也可以设置下辊直接驱动。这样铸坯断面的增大对驱动功率的需求,渐进矫直仍在一段较长的矫直区内完成。整个拉矫区内设有铸坯隧道,它由冷却水挡热板构成。因此,对设备的维护保养和操作环境有极大的改善。

Description

五辊组合机架渐进矫直拉矫机
一种五辊组合机架渐进矫直拉矫机,其是冶金连铸机械中对钢坯高速拉伸,用以矫直钢坯作用的设备,尤其指小方坯连铸机中渐进矫直拉矫机。
已有技术中五辊双机架渐进矫直拉矫机,由于设计结构的局限,其不能适应大断面方/矩形钢坯的拉矫,因为钢坯的矫直,是在一个设定的距离内获得均衡连续分布,而原有固定的二机架渐进矫直拉矫机的结构对钢坯的尺寸,特别大尺寸钢坯的拉矫是不适用的。因此,如生产大截面钢坯时,首先要对拉矫机进行结构上的改造,费时、费工,影响生产。
鉴于已有技术中存在的问题,本发明人旨在如何将拉矫机中结构更紧凑化,如何利用机架组合,而便利的使拉矫机适用于生产多品种铸坯的生产,这是本发明人唯一的发明目的。
本发明人的技术方案是在拉矫机的前一机架的上、下辊单独驱动,增大其拉矫机的拉坯功率,二个直接驱动的传动装置分别设置在机架的左右二侧,减速机部件的通水冷却和钢坯隧道的冷却均设置冷却水挡热板,托辊及后一个机架的矫直是由直交轴套减速机与固接在机架上的压坯缸转臂的连接的压缸控制,由于驱动设在上辊,脱坯不同于双机架矫直机,是靠压坯液压缸带动上辊直接脱坯。
为了详细的说明本发明的技术结构特征,下面结合附图做进一步的说明如下:

请参阅图1,可以清楚的看出,该五辊组合机架渐进矫直拉矫机是由底座1、前机架2、后机架3及前机架2上设置有上、下辊4、5,前机架2的前端设有凸起的支撑架24,上辊4装有直交轴套减速机41和与轴承转臂42相接的压坯缸43,压坯缸43和压坯缸转臂44一体,压坯缸转臂44的下端与前机架2活络固接,该接点与轴承转臂42上相接的压坯缸43接点平行,下辊5与上辊4的中心在同一倾斜点上,并由直交轴套减速机51驱动,在前机架2前段设有铸坯隧道22,铸坯隧道22与机架2倾斜一角度。后机架3设置有铸坯隧道32,铸坯隧道32下方设置托辊33,在后机架3的中部设有支撑架34,在支撑架34的后端设置铸坯隧道35及托辊36,与支撑架34固接的是轴承座转臂37,而压坯缸转臂38上固接的压坯缸39的支撑臂40一端与轴承座转臂37固接,上辊6是与直交轴套减速机61直接驱动。而托辊36也可设置为直接驱动形式,并靠液压缸带动上辊直接脱定,由此结构,其特点为功率大、铸坯适应性强,并满足高效连铸对液芯矫直的技术要求。
综上所述,本发明人通过如上技术结构上的改进,使连铸机中的矫直拉矫机更适应高速连铸中的需要,并大大的降低了产品的成本,适应生产不同尺寸钢坯的需求,达到了本发明人的发明目的。

Claims (2)

1.一种五辊组合机架渐进矫直拉矫机,其由机座(1)、前机架(2)、后机架(3)、轴承座转臂(42)、(37),上、下辊(4)、(5)及液压坯缸(43)、(39)等组成,其特征在于:前机架(2)的上、下辊(4)、(5)单独由直交轴套减速机(41)、(51)驱动,并分别设置在机架(2)的左右二侧,下辊(5)与直交轴套减速机(51)一体并倾斜一角度,同时在机架(2)上设有钢坯隧道(22),托辊(33)及后机架(3)同样设有上辊(6)与支撑架(34)固接与轴承座转臂(37),而压坯缸转臂(38)上固接有压坯缸(39),上辊(6)是由直交轴套减速机(61)直接驱动。
2.如权利要求1中所述的五辊组合机架渐进矫直拉矫机,其特征在于:后机架(3)上的托辊(36)可设置为直接驱动装有直交轴套减速机。
