技术领域
本发明涉及一种手动陶瓷切割机的改进结构,该机械包括一个能使划痕工具在瓷砖上移动以在其上限定断开线或切割线的装置。
上述的改进结构主要是指切割轮柄或切割工具和相应的切割轮柄保持架。
背景技术
手动陶瓷切割机一般包括支持所要切割陶瓷的底座,用于一个支座的可移动装置的一些纵向导轨,在该支座上面安装着折叠切割轮(folding cutting wheel)柄保持架,在该切割轮柄保持架上固定着切割轮柄,还有一个操纵杆用来通过压下并在陶瓷上移动切割轮来划上断开线或切割线。
切割轮通常包括由碳化钨制成的小切割盘,小切割盘被装在柄的前端以便能自由旋转,划痕工具包括切割轮和柄组成的一套装置,它们被装配并被固定在切割轮柄保持架上以便在陶瓷块上划断开线或切割线。
通常来说,切割轮柄有圆柱形的断面,并且在外圆周上有纵向平坦部分,操纵杆的端部将正面地作用在该平坦部分上面,并将该切割轮柄相对于切割轮柄保持架固定在装配位置。上述操纵杆的末端是带有螺纹并以这样一种方式拧上,以便当拧入切割轮柄保持架的为此目的设计的孔中的时候,它就会将压力从正面施加到切割轮柄的纵向平坦部分上,并将切割轮柄固定在使用位置上。
当用于在一块陶瓷上划痕的时候,切割轮就要运动,根据某些参数,例如被划痕的那块陶瓷的表面的粗糙度和切割轮前进的速度等,运动的频率会振荡,一般频率是在300到4000赫兹之间。
另一个需要考虑的部分是陶瓷化的瓷釉表面层的断开造成的振动,其中,有特性的参数是当在那块陶瓷上划痕时产生的裂缝的尺寸。通过针对切割轮振动的进行的研究可知,当切割轮作用在不同的材料或者用于不同操作类型的时候,总频谱是位于大约300到4000赫兹之间,在低频(1mm左右)有高可变性,在高频(0.05mm左右或更小)有低可变性。低频通过金属部件传播,例如切割轮柄、操纵杆和机架,而高频在机械部件上迅速衰减,这样使得它们通过空气传播,造成这些机械在划痕过程中引起的有特性的噪音。
使用现有的具有切割轮-柄一套装置的划痕工具会出现一系列的问题:大大缩短切割轮的使用寿命,在某些材料会引起有缺陷的划痕,例如在石制品上,由于在或痕过程中切割轮柄的振动、或者振动传递给机器或者操作者有时会划出不连续的线。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,发明了下面的改进结构并用于陶瓷切割机,这些改进是本发明的目的,而且这些改进结构构造简单,并产生一系列的优点,涉及:能得到连续的划痕线并且能减少通过切割轮-柄装置传递给切割机的振动。
根据本发明,用于上述这种陶瓷切割机,在切割轮柄上的外周上设有至少三个任意形状的纵向槽口(rebate),槽口用来在陶瓷划痕的过程中减少振动频率,以及,设有对于柄的一般的外表面的至少一个共面或带有凹槽的纵向平面来接收操纵杆末端的动作,操纵杆的作用是将切割轮柄固定在切割轮柄保持架上。
值得注意的是,相对于现在使用的那些,上述在切割轮柄上的纵向凹槽的限定能有效的减小其惯性和尺寸,有效地降低振动的频率和数量级,并且与上述纵向凹槽的截面和几何形状无关。
作为有效减小振动频率的效果,切割工具具有很多优点,例如在需要切割的陶瓷块上的更好的划痕质量、增加切割轮的使用寿命并能减小共振的频率。
本发明提出的另一个改进是切割轮柄保持架有一个横截面与切割轮柄的横截面相一致的腔,使得在这两个部件之间产生最大的接触面,并且能通过操纵杆固定,将切割轮柄超静定地固定在机器上。超静定的固定减少了振动的固有频率并且减少了振动向切割机的传送。

图4是切割轮柄保持架的仰视图,其中可以理解固定切割轮柄的孔和通过操纵杆对切割轮柄的固定。在这里,孔的断面对应图2和3中的切割轮的断面。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,具有改进结构的陶瓷切割机包括一个用来支持所要切割的陶瓷块(2)的底座(1),以及一些纵向的导轨(3),在导轨(3)上装配一个能在该导轨上移动的支座(4),折叠切割轮柄保持架(5)被保持在支座(4)上。
切割轮柄保持架(5)有一个用来插入切割轮(61)的柄(6)的孔(51),以及一个用于安装在操纵杆(52)的末端的螺纹孔,螺纹孔的作用是将柄(6)固定在切割轮柄保持架(5)的内部。一旦操纵杆(52)安装到切割轮柄保持架(5)上,并且通过操纵杆的动作紧固了柄(6),切割轮柄保持架的倾角可以变化,直到切割轮(61)与需要划痕的那块陶瓷(2)接触,并且使操纵杆能沿着导轨(3)所限定的直线轨迹纵向移动。
用于切割机的改进结构主要是切割轮(61)的柄(6)和切割轮柄保持架(5)。改进之处在于,柄(6)具有至少三个纵向槽口(7),槽口的作用是在对陶瓷块(2)划痕的过程中减小振动的惯性和频率。
在本实施例中,这些纵向槽口(7)的截面为三角形,当然由于不同的几何形状不会影响由柄(6)上的槽口(7)的限定所带来的优点,所以采用其它形状的截面也有效。
通常的,切割轮或划痕盘(61)将被装配在柄(6)上,使切割轮或划痕盘可以绕着相应的轴(62)自由旋转。
如图3所示,柄(6)具有纵向的平坦的表面(8)来接收操纵杆(52)末端的动作,这样的作用是将柄(6)固定在切割机的切割轮柄保持架(5)上处于工作位置。
根据本发明,限定在切割轮柄保持架(5)上、用来插入柄(6)的孔(51)具有与上述柄(6)的截面相类似的截面,在操纵杆(52)的压力作用下,这种相似的截面将使得切割轮柄(6)相对于切割轮柄保持架(5)超静定的固定。
以上说明了发明的性质,并提供了一种优选实施例,需要注意的是上述部件的材料、形状、尺寸和布置可以按照需要变化,只要不违背下面所限定的发明的基本特征即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种陶瓷切割机的改进结构,包括一个用来支持所要切割的陶瓷块的底座,用于可移动的安装支座的一些纵向导轨,折叠切割轮柄保持架装配在该支座上,折叠切割轮柄保持架有一个合成一体的螺纹孔用来安装操纵杆,操纵杆使切割轮柄固定在切割轮柄保持架上,操纵杆可以将压力作用在陶瓷块上并使切割轮在其上移动以此来划出断开线或切割线,其特征在于切割轮柄在其外周上有至少三个任意几何形状的纵向槽口,槽口的作用是在陶瓷块划痕的过程中减少振动频率,切割轮柄还有至少一个纵向的平面,该纵向的平面与柄的一般外表面相比是共面的或带有凹槽的,该纵向的平面用来接收操纵杆末端的动作,操纵杆的作用是使柄固定在切割轮柄保持架上。
2.如权利要求1所述的改进结构,其特征在于切割轮柄保持架表现出一个腔,该腔的横截面与切割轮的横截面相一致,使得在这两个部件之间产生最大的接触表面,并且与操纵杆的末端一起,实现切割轮柄的超静定的固定。
