Abstract

Description

用来插接在气道元件的 对接边上的法兰型材
本发明涉及一种用来插接在气道元件的插接边上的和用来支承角撑架以形成一安装框架的法兰型材,其中法兰型材在横截面内基本上做成L形,其中L形的一条臂作成单端开口的双壁臂,以包住气道元件的边缘区域,另一条臂作成用来接纳角撑架一条臂的空腔,其中在这两条臂的交接区内通过一180°的折叠沟纹(Rueckfalzung)构成一将两条臂隔开的双层壁,它以其折叠凸起与壁板区域之一相接触。
本发明例如从专利申请人的实用新型DE-9114679-U1或如EP-0085355-A1和DE-3203204-A1中所述的法兰型材出发。
已知型材,特别是这一类型的型材,其特征为:它对从气道来的漏气提供高度密封性。已知例如通过DE 36 18 822 C2、DE 43 03 150 A1或DE 93 20 128 U1在型材内部还有附加密封件。尽管如此始终还可能导致不密封性,特别是当气道略微弯曲时,使得在气道壁和插上的型材之间有空气流出,然后横向通过用来支承角撑架臂的型材区逸出。
本发明的目的是,创造一种补救办法,这里按照本发明这个目的通过这样的方法来实现,使壁板区和折叠凸起通过一激光焊缝相互连接。
通过设置激光焊缝,可以使型材的一个区域做成空腔并相对于型材的插接区气体密封地封闭。这里激光焊缝用来,使它在安装时不像在普通焊缝时那样存在在焊接时产生扭曲或以其他形式变形的危险。
这里形成空腔可以用不同的方法进行,也就是说一种方法是这样,通过180°的折叠沟槽使型材在在使用位置时位于接缝平面内的表面具有一光滑的壁,在这种情况下焊缝设在该壁上。
如果折叠沟槽由位于接缝平面内的板材向内形成,那么按照本发明激光焊缝位于在接缝平面背面相应的型材壁区域内。这里位于它上部的型材区通过焊缝的密封效果和反回折叠的情况一样。
当然,激光焊缝不必非要贯通不可。和在普通焊缝时所知道的那样,激光焊缝也可以周期地或间歇地采用,其中在这种情况下其密封性不是特别重要的,而是这样制成的型材的扭转刚性。

总体用1表示的法兰型材由一板材用冷变形方法成形,它在横截面内基本上成L形,带一双层L-横杆2,其两臂3和4套在气道端棱上,还带一第二个L-臂5,其两条臂板6和7在内部构成一用8表示的空腔,在使用状态下角撑架臂可插入此空腔内,对此这里不作详细说明。

在两个实施例中形成空腔的L-臂5的型材壁6的使用位置时位于缝平面内。然后在该壁上装一弹性密封件等等。在按图1的实施例的情况下空腔8的下部区域到达构成背向分隔平面的背壁7的板材部分的折叠沟槽。在图1的情况下这个背面的沟槽用9a表示。
在图2的情况下这个封闭空腔的下沟槽由板6形成,该板具有缝平面,在图2中折叠沟槽用9b表示。
可以看到,折叠沟槽9a或9b分别靠到对面板壁上,在第一种情况下在壁6上,在第二种情况下在壁7上。其中这个折叠沟槽的端部区域用按本发明的激光焊缝10固定在壁上,如特别是由图1a和2a中的放大图所示。

Claims (3)

1.用来插在气道元件的插接边上和用来接纳角撑架以形成一安装框架的法兰型材,其中法兰型材在横截面内基本上做成L形,其中一条L-臂做成单端开口的双壁臂,以包住气道元件的边缘区域,另一条臂做成用来支承角撑架臂的空腔,其中在这两条臂的交接区内通过180°的折叠沟槽形成一将两条臂隔开的双层壁,其中壁板区域中的一个与其折叠沟槽凸起相接触,
其特征为:
壁板区(6或7)和折叠沟槽凸起(9a或9b)通过激光焊缝(10)相互连接。
2.按权利要求1的法兰型材,
其特征为:
激光焊缝(10)位于在使用位置时处于接缝平面内的光滑壁(6)上。
3.按权利要求1或2的法兰型材,
其特征为:
激光焊缝(10)位于在背向接缝平面的型材背壁(7)内。
