发明领域
本发明涉及一种新颖的弯曲瓦,这种瓦不是用陶土制成而是用一种彩色水泥混合物制成,当叠在屋顶之后,可具有与传统弯曲瓦表面相同的外形。
发明背景和方案
然而,与传统的弯曲瓦表面相比,本发明的弯曲瓦具有许多创新的优点,如1)施工成本几乎可以减半,具体地,传统弯曲瓦每平方米需要放置28/30组,而本发明的瓦只需7.5组,这是因为本发明的每片弯曲瓦包括了四片传统的弯曲瓦,即两片带档水沟的下瓦和两片覆盖用的上瓦;2)叠放组片是防滑的;3)首先本发明的瓦不需要因水泥覆盖表面和砖块覆盖表面之间已知的性能差异对屋顶进行任何维护,而且不需要周期性地转动带有档水沟的覆盖瓦这一精密的工作;4)可形成一个完全密封的屋顶面而可抵御天气和飞禽的影响;5)每平方米上的重量较轻,例如40千克本发明瓦的面积与60千克传统瓦的相当;6)排水和抗冻性能总体上提高。本发明的弯曲瓦是由沙/水泥与有颜色的氧化铁的混合物制成的,这些也可用于传统的焙制粘土,这样就决定了:a)与生产传统的焙制粘土相比可节省非常多的能量,如生产本发明的水泥瓦时仅需在30°条件下进行干燥加工,而传统的粘土瓦制造时首先需要干燥加工,接下来还需要在900/1000°的烘焙状态下处理许多个小时;b)具有抵御天气的能力;c)抗裂性和韧性都很强,与传统的瓦相比,可形成轻质的瓦覆盖面;d)本发明的瓦具有特定的加强筋并适当的轮廓,而可以减少每平方米的瓦数量(与传统瓦相比是7.5组对28/33组),这样可大大减少每平方米的重量;e)由于瓦组数量减少,而可大量地节省施工劳力。上述优点可形成一个覆盖面,使得瓦下方可形成一个完全不可进入的空间,因此可避免飞禽钻入覆盖面带来的危害,而且可以节省安装其它保护装置的费用。与通过挤压与瓦弯曲部相接的前凹入部所获得前轮廓有关,本发明的瓦在被放置到位之后,可提供遮光效果,而形成典型的陶瓦覆盖面的视觉效果,但又可避免传统覆盖面所存在的严重缺陷。而且,虽然目前传统瓦必须用水泥浆或固定钩子放置到位,本发明的瓦具有多个槽可使一片瓦的固定接点连接于另一片瓦上,以及具有一制动部可避免使用其它阻挡片。

较佳实施例的详细描述
通过挤出成型可形成瓦本体1,该本体具有一中央弯曲部2和侧向的两个不同形状的部分3、4。瓦本体1具有后轮廓5和前轮廓6,前轮廓6其上部具有外突的弯曲部7。瓦本体1的底面8形成有加强筋9、防跌落筋10和前、后支撑筋11、12。而且,本发明瓦的基本特点提供侧面的纵向固定连接,即在底面8上形成下槽13,而上槽14总位于底面上,在下槽前端上还有一防滑制动部15。在覆盖施工时,从右往左,在第一片瓦1放好之后,在其表面的槽14中插入第二片瓦底面上的纵向槽13。在第一档放完时,以相同的方法放置第二档,通过制动部15本身停止在下游档瓦的后轮廓5上而阻挡第二档中的瓦1滑落,使其前部叠在下游瓦后部上达9厘米。重复此操作,直至形成一倾斜的完全覆盖的瓦表面,并且每平方米上只有7.5组。在图1、2、3、4和5中示出了本发明的瓦和该瓦的施工方法,而获得与陶土覆盖面一样外观的水泥覆盖面。

Claims (2)

1.具有防滑固定效果的双曲瓦,由一挤压成型的本体(1)构成,所述本体(1)具有一中央弯曲部(2)和具有不同形状的两个侧向部分(3,4),所述本体(1)具有后轮廓(5)和前轮廓(6),所述前轮廓(6)的顶部具有外突的弯曲部(7),以及所述本体底面(8)形成有加强筋(9)、防跌落筋(10)和前、后支撑筋(11、12);其特征在于,
提供了侧面的纵向固定连接,在所述底面(8)上具有下槽(13),而上槽(14)总置于底面上并在前端具有防滑制动部(15)。
2.如权利要求1所述的双弯曲瓦,其特征在于,覆盖施工时,从右至左,在放置第一片瓦(1)之后,其上表面的上槽(14)插入第二片瓦(1)底面的纵下槽(13)中;在第一档放完时,以相同的方法放置第二档,通过制动部(15)本身停止在下游档瓦的后轮廓(5)上而阻挡第二档中的瓦(1)滑落,使其前部叠在下游瓦后部上,重复此操作,直至形成一倾斜的完全覆盖的瓦表面。
