Abstract
本发明涉及一种医药、保健品的原料——芦荟凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:芦荟凝胶的制备方法为:(1)选料，(2)清洗去皮，(3)分离提取，(4)稳定处理，(5)喷雾干燥，(6)灭菌，(7)分装。本发明是为医药、保健行业提供一种从芦荟鲜叶中提取芦荟凝胶的制备方法。芦荟凝胶可以作为原料制备医药及保健食品,富含芦荟大黄素苷、芦荟大黄素、芦荟宁等有机活性成份、多种氨基酸、脂类及有机酸、矿物质、维生素及酶。具有增加巨噬细胞的数量及对细菌、病毒的吞噬功能、杀菌、抑菌、分解毒素、消除炎症等作用,可以强身健体、强化免疫机能、抗癌等效果。长期食用可以强心、促进血液循环、软化动脉硬化、降低胆固醇值、扩张毛细血管。

技术领域 本发明涉及一种医药、保健品的原料——芦荟凝胶的制备方法。
背景技术 芦荟属百合科多肉植物，中医学称之为“龙角”、“象胆”，是一种古老的传统中药，古今中外被誉为家庭保健医生、仙丹草的美称。它有神奇的复合作用，有修复细胞、抗炎、抗菌的作用。目前，国内外生物专家经科学研究分析证明，在芦荟中含有芦荟大黄素苷、芦荟大黄素、芦荟宁等20多种有机活性成份。这些物质具有杀菌、抑菌、分解毒素、消除炎症等作用，可以强身健体、强化免疫机能、抗癌等效果。芦荟中还含有多种氨基酸，其中还有人体不能自身合成的必需氨基酸。芦荟中还含有脂类及有机酸、矿物质、维生素及酶。医学研究证明：芦荟具有治便秘、高血压、低血压、胃炎、胃溃疡、糖尿病、抗肿瘤、促进免疫功能、促进伤口愈合、烫伤、冻伤等等。
发明内容 本发明的目的是为医药、保健行业提供一种从芦荟鲜叶中提取芦荟凝胶的制备方法。

本发明芦荟凝胶的制备方法，其特征在于：芦荟凝胶的制备方法为：(1)选料→(2)清洗去皮→(3)分离提取→(4)稳定处理→(5)喷雾干燥→(6)灭菌→(7)分装。
(1)选料：挑选三年生以上的经有机肥无农药栽培的芦荟鲜叶为原料；
(2)清洗去皮：用水清洗干净，去刺去皮，切段；
(3)分离提取：通过离心机将纤维与胶质离心分离，去除杂质、纤维，提取胶质；
(4)稳定处理：按原料重量的百分比在提取的胶质中加入0.5％的活性碳进行稳定处理；
(5)喷雾干燥：稳定处理后的胶质进入喷雾干燥机内进行脱水干燥处理，温度为60℃，时间为8小时，制成浓缩度为200∶1的芦荟凝胶干粉；

具体实施方式
取三年生采用有机肥无农药栽培的芦荟鲜叶1kg，为原料；用水清洗干净，去刺去皮，切段；通过离心机将纤维与胶质离心分离，去除杂质、纤维，提取胶质；在胶质中加入5g的活性碳进行稳定处理；稳定处理后的胶质进入喷雾干燥机内进行脱水干燥处理，温度为60℃，时间为8小时，制成浓缩度为200∶1的芦荟凝胶干粉；

1、一种芦荟凝胶的制备方法，其特征在于：芦荟凝胶的制备方法为：(1)选料→(2)清洗去皮→(3)分离提取→(4)稳定处理→(5)喷雾干燥→(6)灭菌→(7)分装；
