Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于博览会及展览会区域建筑结构的支承型件,其外部设有纵向延伸的槽,它用于连接另外的支承型件及在其中心区域设有一个用于夹紧装置的接收盒。该盒是一个附件块的一部分,该附件块被插到支承型件内部的导轨上及在轴向上被锁紧装置保持,后者被插在支承型件的孔中。其中设有一个端盘,它适配于支承型件的横截面,及用于座落在支承型件的至少一个开口的前端并与附件块连接。该端盘被构成一个构型件,以适配于一个圆形支承型件的外圆弧部分。它还可具有一个铰链,以便与另一支承型件形成铰接连接。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于制作建筑结构系统的支承型件,尤其用于博览会、展览会或商店的建筑结构,其外部设有纵向延伸的槽,它用于连接另外的支承型件或建筑结构系统的结构部件,其中在其中心区域设有一个用于夹紧装置的接收盒,它被组合成第一附件块,该附件块被插到朝支承型件内部的导轨上及在轴向上被锁紧装置保持,后者被插到穿过导轨的孔中。
这种类型的支承型件已由DE-U 298 21 204公知。该型件是空心型件,其中总是在前侧插入一个附件块及在轴向被固定,该附件块具有用于接收至少一个夹紧装置的轴向延伸盒,该盒又可用于:使该支承型件的前侧固定在相同或相似类型的另外支承型件的外延伸槽中。
根据现有技术的该支承型件具有相对小的重量,因为它仅在前侧设有附件块及其余部分为空腔。
对于博览会及展览会及有时对于商店的建筑经常需要这样的建筑结构:它们彼此以支承型件的角形布置为前提,这在上述类型的支承型件的情况下是不可能的。其它的公知支承型件对于这种结构也不能被直接使用。
因此本发明的任务在于,对开始部分所述类型的支承型件进一步地改进其结构,以提供附加的使用可能性及实现外形美观的构型。
为了解决该任务,将在开始部分所述类型的支承型件上设置一个端盘,它适配于支承型件的横截面,及用于座落在支承型件的至少一个开口的前端并与附件块连接。以此方式得到一种简单的实施形式。
在本发明的构型中,端盘可被构成具有一个凹拱部分的构型件,它适配于一个圆形支承型件的外圆弧部分。以此方式可实现圆形型件彼此的端部连接,而不留有不美观的间隙及不需要在组装时有装入平衡块这样繁琐的工作。端盘牢固地座落在相关支承型件的前端,及在该结构的进一步构型中,该构型件也可具有一个透孔,用于穿过一个夹紧装置,然后该夹紧装置可实现将该支承型件固定在另一支承型件的外部槽中。在此情况下表明,通过开始部分所述的附件块轴向保持在支承型件内部的夹紧装置也可被使用来在支承型件的前端上保持该端盘。如果该夹紧装置插入到另一支承型件的外部槽中时,则通过夹紧过程同时也使该端盘牢固地一起被夹紧,以致当相关的支承型件不接收夹紧装置时才需要使该端盘专门固定在型件前端上。
在本发明的另一构型中,端盘也可设有一个铰链部分,用于与另一支承型件相连接。该铰链部分可由一个相对端盘垂直延伸的并带有一个中心孔的第一圆盘及另一通过起转轴作用的螺杆与第一圆盘相连接的第二圆盘组成,第二圆盘设有用于另一支承型件的固定装置。该构型在第二圆盘与另一端盘连接时,则可实现两个支承型件端面彼此铰链式的连接。
在本发明的另一构型中,第二圆盘设有一个夹持部分,用于插入到另一支承型件的一个纵向延伸的槽中,这时该构型可以实现一个支承型件铰链地连接在第一支承型件上。
为了使作为铰链用的圆盘对外形成美观的覆盖,在本发明的另一构型中设有用于侧面盖住圆盘的半球件,其中半球件具有一个带螺纹的中间孔,及用该螺纹可拧在穿过圆盘的螺杆端部的螺纹上。
以下的描述中将借助附图上的实施例对本发明进行说明。附图为:

图1至4表示本发明的第一实施例。这里设有两个具有圆形横截面的支承型件1,在它们的外圆周上设有纵向延伸的槽2,及在它们张开的前端区域中具有一个被插入的附件块3,它通过插入到相应孔中的螺丝4被保持在其轴向位置上。该附件块3用于固定一个端盘5,借助拧入附件块3的孔7的螺丝6使该端盘固定在支承型件1的前侧上。在端盘5上固定着一个垂直于盘面立起的、带有一个圆盘形端部9的接片,尤其从图3可看到的,该圆盘设有一个中心孔10。在该中心孔10中将穿过一个螺杆11,它至少在其两端设有螺纹,及用于使两个端盘5的两个圆盘形端部9彼此形成可转动的连接,这两个端盘各以上述方式安装在一个支承型件1的前端。螺母12将两个圆盘9保持在一起。这里为了可不用工具地实现组装,也可使用元宝螺帽取代螺母12。出于美观的原因,这些圆盘的外面可各盖上一个半球件13,它用设在其内部的螺纹部分14拧在螺杆11的螺纹上。因此图1所示的结构能够使两个支承型件通过用相应构型设置的端盘铰接地连接起来。
图5及6则表示图1所示构型的一个变型。这里一个端盘5’的圆盘9与一个盘体15(图5)相连接,端盘5’在图6所示的实施形式中比图1至4的端盘5具有小些的直径,但盘体15的接片16不被固定在一个端盘上。而接片16与一个夹块17相互作用,后者通过一个穿过孔18的螺丝及一个所属的螺母20可转动地保持在接片16的侧面上。两个夹持螺丝21被拧入夹块17的螺孔22中,每个夹持螺丝可使夹块的自由边17a压离自由边16a,后者设有向外突出的隆起部分,因此,如从图6中直接看出的,首先将夹块推入槽2的开口侧中及然后侧向地撑开,以使得部件17及16夹持在该槽内。在图6的实施例中具有不同直径的支承型件1及1’可用该方式铰接地连接。
图7及8表示分别类似于图1及6的实施形式,但是区别在于:这里所设的支承型件1a及1a’具有方形横截面,及由于该原因放置在其端部的端盘5a也构成方形。在此情况下,支承型件1a’具有较小的尺寸。但此外铰链的结构与图1及2中的结构或图5及6中的构型相对应。同样可以是,具有方形横截面的端面5a或5a’通过铰链(圆盘9)与端面5或5’相连接,以致具有圆形横截面的支承型件1或1’也可与支承型件1a,1a’形成铰接连接。
图9表示另一种结构,其中两个水平定向的具有圆形横截面的支承型件1被固定在一个垂直定向的支承型件1上,这是以其本身公知的方式这样作出的:在具有矩形横截面的中间盒23中插入一个夹紧装置,它如在DE-U298 21 204中描述的,用于将水平的支承型件1固定到垂直的支承型件1的槽2中。这里为了避免安装在垂直支承型件1的曲面上的水平支承型件1向外露出一个不美观的楔形中间空间及由此亦避免不够稳定的固定,如图10至12所示地设置了一个端盘24,它被构成具有一个凹拱部分25的构型件。如图11及12所示,该端盘24具有一个用于穿过上述夹紧装置的中间孔及在该孔两侧各有一个可穿入螺丝的孔27,然后如借助图4对于端盘5所述地,该螺丝可拧入到附件块3的孔7中。端盘24可用此方式与相关的支承型件1相连接。但应指出,当以上述方式将夹紧装置插入到置有端盘24的支承型件中时,用螺丝的这种固定不是绝对需要的。该夹紧装置、即接着在轴向被固定在附件块3中的夹紧装置,在相应的结构情况下也作为止挡与孔26相互作用及以此方式使端盘24保持在一个支承型件1的前端上,而不需要用螺丝的专门固定。如果该支承型件1如在图9所示实施例中水平地设置,并借助夹紧装置锚固在槽2中,则通过该固定过程使构成为构型件的端盘24的凹拱部分25也被固定及该端盘也固定地压在支承型件1的前端并被锁紧。当然这里也可考虑:端盘24具有方形横截面,以使得具有方形横截面的支承型件1a,1a’也可与具有圆形横截面的支承型件1,1’直角地形成连接。
图10及12还表示出一个变型。即用虚线表示了一个套筒状的附件28,它可为端盘24的一部分,及以本身公知的方式它通过在图10中点划线28所示方向上侧面地拧入的螺丝可实现端盘24锁紧在相应支承型件的前端。
因此,根据本发明的结构为支承型件的装配开创了变型的可能性,它们尤其可在博览会、展览会或商店建筑中用于新的结构方案。
Claims (9)
1.用于制作建筑结构系统的支承型件,其外部设有纵向延伸的槽,它用于连接另外的支承型件(1,1a)或建筑结构系统的结构部件,它在其中心区域设有一个用于夹紧装置的接收盒(23),该盒被组合成第一附件块(3),该附件块被插到朝支承型件(1,1a)内部的导轨上及在轴向上被锁紧装置保持,后者被插在穿过导轨的孔中,其特征在于:
设有一个端盘(5,24),它适配于支承型件(1,1a)的横截面,及用于座落在支承型件的至少一个开口的前端并与附件块(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1的支承型件,其特征在于:端盘(24)被构成具有一个凹拱部分(25)的构型件,它适配于一个圆形支承型件的外圆弧部分。
3.根据权利要求2的支承型件,其特征在于:端盘(24)具有一个透孔(26),用于穿过一个夹紧装置。
4.根据权利要求1的支承型件,其特征在于:端盘(5,5a)设有一个铰链部分(9,11),用于与另一支承型件相连接。
5.根据权利要求4的支承型件,其特征在于:该铰链部分由一个相对端盘(5,5a)垂直延伸的并带有一个中心孔(10)的第一圆盘(9)及另一通过起转轴作用的螺杆(11)与第一圆盘(9)相连接的第二圆盘(9)组成,第二圆盘设有用于另一支承型件的固定装置。
6.根据权利要求5的支承型件,其特征在于:第二圆盘(9)与另一端盘(5,5a)相连接。
7.根据权利要求5的支承型件,其特征在于:第二圆盘(9)设有一个夹持部分(16,17),用于插入到另一支承型件(1)的一个纵向延伸的槽(2)中。
8.根据权利要求5的支承型件,其特征在于:设有用于侧面盖住圆盘(9)的半球件(13)。
9.根据权利要求8的支承型件,其特征在于:半球件(13)具有一个带螺纹的中间孔(14),及用该螺纹拧在穿过圆盘(9)的螺杆(11)端部的螺纹上。
