Abstract
一种防水水泥干燥砂浆及其制备方法。本发明包括有硅石、水泥、外加剂。按重量%计,硅石46~74%、水泥20~40%、外加剂5~15%;其中,外加剂按重量%计,其配比为H4SiO435~65%、MgO 3~10%、Al2O38~20%、Ca(OH)210~30%、膨胀剂9~25%、粘合剂0.2~1%。制备本发明防水水泥干燥砂浆的方法,是把硅石在600℃-700℃温度下烧40-80分钟,然后把硅石研磨到100-200目范围内,再加入水泥和外加剂搅拌均匀。用本发明防水水泥干燥砂浆,可避免施工中人为因素的干扰,保证施工质量的稳定性和规范性,节减工期和降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水材料,特别涉及一种防水水泥干燥砂浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
水泥是在建筑业上的主体施工材料,但使用水泥混凝土、水泥砂浆时渗漏水问题难以解决,为了防止水泥建筑中,水的渗漏现象的发生,工程上采用了种种措施。其中之一,是在水泥建筑材料中加入外加剂的方法。目前,作为防水用外加剂的主要成分有脂肪酸皂、合成橡胶、沥青、丙烯酸酯等有机材料和硅酸钠、粉煤灰、滑石粉等无机材料。这种防水方法在施工中存在着很大程度上依赖于施工人员的技能而做不到规范化的问题。如,选择外加剂、外加剂的配比及计量、混合方法及操作顺序等问题,人为因素比较多,从而施工质量不稳定、不规范,影响防水质量。
发明内容
为解决上述不足,本发明提供一种施工中避免人为因素的干扰,保证施工质量的稳定性和规范性的防水水泥干燥砂浆及其制备方法。本发明包括有硅石、水泥、外加剂,按重量%计:
硅石 46~74%
水泥 20~40%
外加剂 5~15%其中,外加剂按重量%计,其配比为:
H4SiO4 35~65%
MgO 3~10%
Al2O3 8~20%
Ca(OH)2 10~30%
膨胀剂 9~25%
粘合剂 0.2~1%
制备防水水泥干燥砂浆的方法,是把硅石在600℃-700℃温度下烧40-80分钟,然后把硅石研磨到100-200目范围内,再加入水泥和外加剂搅拌均匀。
在施工时,用本发明防水水泥干燥砂浆,只加水混合搅拌后,抹在施工表面,即可达到防水目的,可避免施工中人为因素的干扰,保证施工质量的稳定性和规范性,同时为防水工程的施工技术的改善和整体质量的提高、工期的节减、工程成本的降低创造良好的条件。

本发明包括有硅石、水泥、外加剂,按重量%计:
硅石 46~74%
水泥 20~40%
外加剂 5~15%其中,外加剂按重量%计,其配比为:
H4SiO4 35~65%
MgO 3~10%
Al2O3 8~20%
Ca(OH)2 10~30%
膨胀剂 9~25%
粘合剂 0.2~1%

1、一种防水水泥干燥砂浆,它包括有硅石、水泥、外加剂,其特征在于:按重量%计,
硅石 46~74%
水泥 20~40%
外加剂 5~15%其中,外加剂按重量%计,其配比为:
H4SiO4 35~65%
MgO 3~10%
Al2O3 8~20%
Ca(OH)2 10~30%
膨胀剂 9~25%
粘合剂 0.2~1%
2、制备权利要求1所述的防水水泥干燥砂浆的方法,其特征在于:把硅石在600℃-700℃温度下烧40-80分钟,然后把硅石研磨到100-200目范围内,再加入水泥和外加剂搅拌均匀。
