背景技术

具体实施方式
参考图1,数字10表示竞赛自行车的组合的变速和制动控制单元。单元10的工作基本上与申请人在前面的专利申请EP 0504118中描述的单元相同,但参考这个专利申请的所有方面,在这个描述中未明示地图示说明。
整体的控制单元10包括支持体12,它带有用于固定在自行车的把手(也没有图示)上的装置。制动控制杆14围绕由枢轴16形成的第一轴线可转动地固定到支持体12。以已知的方式,制动控制绳缆的一端栓接在杆14的上端。
支持体12承载一般用数字18表示的变速单元。特别参考图6和7,变速单元18包括围绕第二轴线22可转动地连接到支持体12的轴20,第二轴线22与制动控制杆14的转动轴线16或者正交,或者基本正交。轴20装载滑轮(没有图示),自行车前或后拨链器的控制绳缆的端部缠绕在该滑轮上。轴20在图2a,3a和4a中箭头26所指第一方向上的转动,附加地将拨链器的控制绳缆缠绕到滑轮上,而轴20在相对箭头24所指的相反方向上的转动将松开拨链器的控制绳缆。控制轴20在与箭头24所指方向的相反方向上转动的机构不在这里描述,因为它不包括在这个发明的范畴内。这个机构可以按在文件EP 0504118中详细描述的那样制造,或者另一种是,由同一申请人以相同的题目今天申请的同期申请中描述的那样制造。这里将描述控制轴20围绕轴线22在箭头24方向上转动的机构。
参考图6和7,轴20在箭头24所指方向上的转动受一棘轮机构控制,该棘轮机构包括齿轮26和啮合单元28。齿轮26固定到轴20并装备有锯齿形齿30。啮合单元28包括指定一个与齿30配合的齿32和附件34,该附件的作用将在下面解释。啮合单元28装载基本有连杆形状的连接元件36。在附图说明的实施例形式中,该连接元件36是由加压弯曲的金属薄板制成并有两个基本环形的部分40,它们相互面对地在相对齿轮26的相对侧上与轴20啮合。连接元件36安装到轴20上以便相对轴线22自由转动。参考图7,连接元件36的两个环形部分40有被底板44互相连接的各自的伸长段42。伸长段42各自有对准的孔46。啮合单元28设置孔48,该孔与枢轴50啮合,该枢轴50依次与伸长段42的对准孔46啮合。枢轴50的轴线与所述第二轴线22或者平行或者基本平行。啮合单元28连接到连接元件36,以便围绕枢轴50自由摆动。例如,将由压缩的螺旋弹簧52构成的弹性元件布置在底板44和啮合单元28之间,以便将啮合单元28推向齿32与齿轮26的齿30啮合的位置。

参考图1和2,连接元件36与回复弹簧62配合,在变速杆58围绕轴线22在箭头24表示的方向上摆动松开之后,接着回复弹簧企图使连接元件36和变速杆58回复到图2和3中表示的原始位置。第二回复弹簧64与杆58配合,在由于制动控制杆14的制动运动围绕枢轴60摆动之后,该弹簧企图使所述杆回复到图1中表示的位置。
现在将参考图3,4和5描述按照这个发明的该单元的操作。图3表示变速杆58的原始位置。如上所述,与连接元件36相连的回复弹簧企图使连接元件在与箭头24所指方向的相对方向上转动。在图3中表示的原始位置,啮合单元28的附件34搁置在支持体12的内表面62上并将啮合单元28保持在啮合单元28的齿32与齿30啮合的位置中。支持体12的内表面62还确定行程止挡的终点,通过与连接元件36相连的回复弹簧的作用将变速杆58推向该终点,以便确定变速杆58的参考位置。
参考图4,为了在某个方向转换齿轮,骑车者加压使变速杆58沿箭头64所指方向摆动。该杆58的摆动所产生的摆动幅度是等于连接元件36的摆动幅度,这是因为变速杆58和连接元件36是相互固定,用于围绕轴线22摆动。如在图4中表示的那样,随着连接元件36围绕轴线22在箭头24所指方向上小的摆动,啮合单元28的附件34离开支持体22的内表面62一定距离。因此,在压缩弹簧52的作用下,啮合单元28围绕枢轴50摆动从而齿32与齿30啮合。从图4所示的位置,由于啮合单元28和齿30之间的接触杆58围绕轴线22在箭头24的方向上附加的摆动产生轴20围绕轴线22的转动。图5示出变速杆58在其摆动终点的位置。骑车者可以按照待转换齿轮的数目选择变速杆58摆动运动的幅度。从图5中的构形开始,当骑车者松开变速杆58时,与连接元件36相连的回复弹簧使连接元件和变速杆58回到在图3中表示的原始位置,而轴20由没有描述的保持机构夹持在新的位置上。通过按钮(没有图示)获得齿轮在相对方向上的变换,布置的按钮用于释放所述的保持机构。
从图3和4的比较中可以看到,变速杆58必须行进一段很小的角行程以便使啮合单元28与齿30接触。减小变速杆58的接近行程是有利的,因为它增加了该杆有效的行程,因此在相等的条件下可以减小缠绕拨链器控制绳缆端部的滑轮直径。
Claims (8)
1.用于自行车组合的变速和制动控制单元,其包括:
-可以固定到自行车把手上的支持体(12),
-围绕第一轴线(16)可转动地安装在该支持体(12)上的制动控制杆(14),
-连接在该支持体(12)的变速控制单元(18),其包括围绕第二轴线(22)转动的轴(20),该第二轴线与所述第一轴线(16)或者正交或者基本正交,其中该变速单元(18)包括一棘轮机构,该棘轮机构包括牢固地连接在所述轴(20)的齿轮(26)和啮合单元(28),所述啮合单元(28)连接到连接元件(36),以便在所述第二轴线(22)上自由转动,以及
-可操作地连接到所述棘轮机构(26,28)的用于控制所述轴(20)围绕所述第二轴线转动的变速杆(28),
其特征在于所述变速杆(58)是牢固地连接到所述的连接元件(36),用于围绕所述第二轴线(22)的摆动运动。
