Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种注射器泵。所述注射器泵适用于一种带有可沿柱筒移动的柱塞的注射器,所述泵包括一个连接到电动机上的柱塞压头促动器,可推动柱塞沿柱筒移动。
背景技术
注射器泵用于通过输液管从已充满的注射器中向病人输送药液。注射器泵向注射器柱塞上施加一个作用力,使药液以一个可控制的速度流进输液管。柱塞的压头与柱塞压头促动器接合,而所述柱塞压头促动器可沿一平行于注射器轴的丝杠运动。柱塞压头促动器可从所述泵一端的极限位置开始移动,此时允许最大的注射量装入泵中并处于完全延伸的状态,移动到所述泵另一端的极限位置,此时柱塞被完全压缩且泵的注射量达到最小。当压头促动器返回运动到装液位置时,就存在压头促动器可能会夹伤使用者的手指或促动器和泵壳之间会存在物体的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供另一种形式的注射器泵及其操作方法。
根据本发明提供了一种上述形式的注射器泵,其特征在于,所述泵可以通过监测电动机的速度变化来发现在压头促动器的运动中的障碍物。
所述泵最好能产生脉冲,其频率取决于电动机的速度。所述泵可通过计算脉冲之间的时间间隔来检测电动机的速度变化。在这种情况下,泵最好能存储所述间隔的最小测得时间的信息,比较后来的时间间隔和所述最小值,就可以确定所述时间间隔是否超过了所述最小时间的一个预定的倍数。所述泵最好包括一个由连接在电动机上的轴带动旋转的编码器,脉冲由所述编码器产生。所述编码器最好是光学编码器。当检测到障碍物时,所述泵可以停止促动器的运动,和/或发出一个警告信号。

具体实施方式
所述泵有一个外壳1,在所述外壳的正面有一凹槽2,其形状可容纳一普通的注射器3。所述注射器3有一圆柱筒30,所述圆柱筒前端有一出液口31,后端有一凸缘32。所述出液口31和输液管5相连,因此推动柱塞35,就可以将注射器3中的药液通过输液管注射到病人中。
所述泵有一驱动机构7,其包括一个由步进电动机8驱动的丝杠8。柱塞压头促动器或限位机构10与柱塞35的压头36接合,并可以随丝杠8的旋转而移动,从而推动柱塞沿柱筒30运动。在英国专利第2352637号中给出了柱塞压头促动器的具体描述。电动机9由控制装置11驱动,所述控制装置从键盘12、或其它用户输入工具,以及各种传感器(图中并未标出)中接收输入信息。所述控制装置11也可将输出信息输出到一显示屏13上。连接在所述丝杠8上的光学传感器和编码器20输出信号给控制装置11,用于控制压头促动器10的运动位置和速度。另外,当所述促动器返回向位于所述泵右边极限位置的装液位置运动时,控制装置11可利用编码器20的输出信号来检测柱塞压头促动器10运动中的障碍物。
柱塞压头促动器10以一个相对较快的速度向后移动到装液位置。如图2所示,电动机9的角速度V(促动器10的线速度)在时间T的初始段被急剧地加速,然后在达到最大速度后变得较为恒定。这个速度一直保持到促动器10达到一个接近其运动终点的位置,此时一终点传感器(未标出)被激发,供给电动机9的动力被停止。然而,如果在促动器10的运动中有障碍物,例如操作者的手指不小心放到了凹槽2中所述促动器的右边,电动机的速度就会减慢,如图2中的虚线所示。控制装置11很快地检测到电动机速度降低,并做出反应停止对电动机9的动力供应,并发出警告信号,例如蜂鸣器(图中未标出)发出的声音警告和显示屏13上的提示符号。
通过持续地测量电动机9的减速幅度值,并在超过预设的限值后做出反应,控制装置11就可以检测电动机速度的降低。然而,还有更简单的优选方案被发现。控制装置11包括一计时器21,用来接收编码器20的输出信号,并测量电动机每步间的所用时间。一般来说,电动机9每转可分为200步,编码器20有每转2000步的分辨力,这样,为了测量电动机各步间的时间,计数器21计算编码器每10步作为一组的各组之间的时间间隔。计数器21可以是如图所示的单独元件,也可以通过控制装置11中的处理器的程序来执行计时功能。计数器21将到目前为止的各步间最小时间tmin储存在存储器22中。在测量到了每一个后来的时间间隔t之后,比较器23就将其和存储器22中的最小时间tmin做比较。如果t>n·tmin这里n=8,控制装置11就认为促动器10的运动受到了阻碍,并且停止电动机9的动力供应。通过选择倍数n的不同的值,可以改变检测的灵敏度。倍数n的值越大,灵敏度越低,n的值越小,灵敏度越高。
在无需任何另外的传感器的情况下,本发明可以使泵快速地检测到柱塞压头促动器运动中的障碍物,从而避免使用者受伤和泵的损害。可以理解的是,本发明并不局限于检测在促动器向后运动时的障碍物,它也可以用来检测在促动器向前运动时的障碍物。
Claims (8)
1.一种适用于某种注射器的注射器泵,所述注射器包括一个可沿柱筒(30)移动的柱塞(35),所述泵包括一个与电动机(9)相连的柱塞压头促动器(10),可推动柱塞(35)沿柱筒(30)移动,其特征在于,所述泵可以通过监测电动机(9)的速度变化来检测对柱塞压头促动器(10)运动的障碍。
2.根据权利要求1中所述泵,其特征在于,所述泵可以产生脉冲,其频率取决于电动机(9)的速度。
3.根据权利要求2中所述泵,其特征在于,所述泵可以通过计算脉冲之间的时间间隔来检测电动机(9)的速度变化。
4.根据权利要求3中所述泵,其特征在于,所述泵可以存储时间间隔的最小测量时间,通过将后来的时间间隔与所述最小测量时间进行比较,就可以确定所述时间间隔是否超过了最小测量时间的一个预设倍数。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述泵,其特征在于,所述泵包括一个由连接在电动机(9)上的轴(8)带动旋转的编码器(20),所述脉冲由编码器(20)产生。
6.根据权利要求5中所述泵,其特征在于,所述编码器(20)是一个光学编码器。
7.根据上述任何一项权利要求中所述泵,其特征在于,当检测到障碍时,所述泵可以停止压头促动器(10)的运动。
8.根据上述任何一项权利要求中所述泵,其特征在于,当检测到障碍时,所述泵可以发出警告信号。
