Contents of the invention

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a disposable diaper which is superior in leaving the wearer's leg area feeling free and unrestricted, wearing comfort, fit, productivity and leak resistance.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventors of the present invention have found that a kind of shorts-type disposable diaper can achieve the above-mentioned goals after painstaking research work. The first leg elastic body and the second leg elastic body located inside the first leg elastic body are installed on the top, and gathers are formed on the diaper girdle and the legs.

The present invention completed based on the above findings will provide a disposable diaper comprising a rectangular diaper body comprising a liquid-permeable topsheet, a liquid-impermeable backsheet, and a reservoir between the topsheet and the backsheet. The liquid absorbent body is equipped with leg elastic bodies, and the diaper also includes a pair of belt-shaped elastic body-fixing belts provided with crotch elastic bodies. By analogy, the length L ₁ of the diaper body 10 is preferably 350 to 500 mm, while the width W ₁ of the elastic body fixing strip 7 is preferably 30 to 100 mm. The width W ₁ of the elastomer-fixing strap 7 is generally equal to the width of the girth portion 5 .

If the disposable diaper of the present invention is used for adults, the dimension of length _L1 can be increased up to 1000 mm, and the dimension of width _W1 can be increased up to 200 mm.

Compared with the width W ₂ of the diaper body 10 , counting the width W ₂ of the diaper body 10 as 100, the protruding length L ₂ of the elastomer fastening tape 7 is preferably 30 to 200. By analogy, the protruding length L ₂ of the elastic body fixing tape 7 is preferably 35 to 100 mm, while the width W ₂ of the diaper body 10 is preferably 300 to 400 mm.

As shown in FIG. 2 , the first leg elastic body 62 and the second leg elastic body 63 are arranged such that their opposite ends do not overlap or their ends slightly overlap on the elastic body-fixing band 7 . That is, from the viewpoint of obtaining good fit and wearing comfort, the first and second leg elastics 62, 63 are preferably arranged so that the first and second leg elastics 62, 63 are applied to the elastic body in the longitudinal direction. - The elastic on the strap 7 does not form gathers.

In the middle of the leg crossing portion C, the distance D ₂ (see FIG. 4 ) between the first leg elastic body 62 and the second leg elastic body 63 is preferably 5 to 150 mm.

As for the crotch portion elastic body 5 and the first and second leg portion elastic bodies 62, 63, those generally used in disposable diapers can be used without particular limitation. The thickness of the girdle elastic body 51 is preferably 0.1 to 0.5 mm, the thickness of the first leg elastic body 62 is preferably 0.1 to 0.5 mm, and the thickness of the second leg elastic body 63 is preferably 0.1 to 0.5 mm. The disposable diaper 1 of this embodiment can be used in the same way as a conventional pant diaper.

As shown in FIG. 6 , the disposable diaper 1 of this embodiment includes a liquid-permeable topsheet 2 , a liquid-impermeable backsheet 3 , and a liquid-storage absorbent body 4 interposed between the topsheet 2 and the backsheet 3 .
