Abstract
使用蓄电池组触点组件确保在蓄电池组和由该蓄电池组供电的装置间良好连接的蓄电池组。触点组件包括一个托架、一个与托架一体的第一触点、和一个与从导电可焊材料上冲压下来的托架一体的第二触点。托架和触点间有一条划线。触点的一块选择部分被镀金,这样限定了一个暴露的可焊表面和一个选择性电镀的表面。在装配过程中,暴露的可焊表面焊接到蓄电池组的正和负终端电极上,沿划线使托架软弱化并将其去除。最终的触点被牢固地附着在蓄电池组的终端电极上并为与蓄电池组供电的装置的接触提供一个镀金表面。
Description
背景
本发明整体涉及一种蓄电池组生产方法和一种移动通讯装置或类似装置的电源装置,尤其涉及一种使用一蓄电池组触点组件的蓄电池组,该蓄电池组触点组件包括一个支撑选择性电镀触点的托架。
如蓄电池组等的电源通常占移动式通讯装置实际体积相当大的一部分。减少该实际体积是移动通讯发展中的一个重大进步。通常来讲,使用镀金触点以在蓄电池组和移动式收发器间提供良好的电接触。在过去,典型的蓄电池组包括如图1所示组成一组的多个电池。电池间的相互连接是通过焊接镍条实现的。蓄电池组本身具有两个扭簧,扭簧具有镀金的尖端以将蓄电池组与收发器连接。使用该方法,蓄电池组内存在弹簧和镍板增加了不必要的实际体积和生产成本。
作为该种设计的一种替代,弹簧可从蓄电池组移到通讯装置的主体上。使用该方法时,如图2所示,弹簧接触蓄电池组电池中两个电池的暴露的终端电极。为确保良好接触,将电池的电极镀金。然而,因为这些电池中只有两个需要电镀,所以需要生产三种电池。即,无镀金的电池,具有镀金负极的电池和具有镀金正极的电池。
因为需要三种型式的电池,把这些电池装配成蓄电池组引起不必要的清单控制和项目处理问题。并且,由于电池的实际生产,必须建立三条电池装配线以制造三种型式的电池,因为电池电极的电镀必须在电池生产的早期阶段完成。
发明综述
因而本发明的一个目的是提供一种克服传统蓄电池组装置缺点的蓄电池组和方法。为此,本发明的一个目的是减少蓄电池组尺寸并提出一种革新的生产方法以高效地生产蓄电池组。
本发明的这些和其它目的通过提供一个蓄电池组触点组件实现,该蓄电池组触点组件包括一个由导电可焊接材料形成的托架和与托架一体具有一暴露可焊接表面和一选择性电镀表面的第一触点。可提供一个与托架一体也包括一暴露可焊接表面和一选择性电镀表面的第二触点。最好在托架和第一及第二触点间分别提供一条划线。在一个优选装置中,导电可焊材料包括镍,选择性电镀表面是镀金的。
托架本身可大体上为U形,其中第一和第二触点从U形端部伸出。在这一点上,第一和第二触点最好从U形的端部相对伸出,选择性电镀的表面布置在第一和第二触点的最内端。作为替代,托架和触点可大体上为L形,其中托架构成L形的第一条腿,触点构成L形的第二条腿。在这一点上,选择性电镀表面布置在第二条腿的末端,并大体上与第一条腿平行。在另一个替代装置中,托架和触点大体上为T形,其中托架构成T形的底部,触点构成T形的十字部分。在这一点上,选择性电镀表面布置在大体上与底部垂直的十字部分最远端。在另一个替代装置中,暴露可焊接表面和选择性电镀表面弯成约90°角。
暴露可焊接表面最好适于焊接到蓄电池组的触点电极上,选择性电镀表面最好适于接触由蓄电池组供电的装置的导线。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一个蓄电池组,其包括多个相邻放置并串联在一起的蓄电池组电池。多个电池包括适于接触由蓄电池组供电的装置的导线的一个正终端电极和一个负终端电极。蓄电池组还包括一个正极触点和一个负极触点,每个触点具有一个暴露可焊接表面和一个选择性电镀表面。暴露可焊接表面分别焊接到正终端电极和负终端电极上,选择性电镀表面适于接触蓄电池组供电的装置的导线。正极触点和负极触点可由镀镍的铜构成,选择性电镀表面可镀上金。在一种装置中,蓄电池组包括N个蓄电池组电池,其中N至少为4。在这一点上,蓄电池组电池对齐排列,使一个蓄电池组电池的负极与相邻蓄电池组电池的正极相邻并电连接。第(N-1)个电池的正极或负极中的一个包括相应的正终端电极或负终端电极,第N个电池正极或负极的另一个包括与正终端电极和负终端电极相应的另一个。第N个电池的负极或正极分别在电学上与第一个蓄电池组电池的正极或负极相连。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种生产根据本发明的蓄电池组的方法。方法包括(a)从一块金属板上冲压下蓄电池组触点组件,该蓄电池组触点组件包括与托架一体的正极触点和负极触点,(b)选择性电镀正极触点和负极触点以限定一个选择性电镀表面和一个暴露可焊表面,(c)把正极触点和负极触点的暴露可焊表面分别焊接到正终端电极和负终端电极上,(d)把托架从触点上分开。步骤(a)最好包括在托架和触点间形成一条划线。在这一点上,步骤(d)可通过沿划线使托架疲劳实现。步骤(b)可通过用金选择性电镀触点实现。

优选实施例详细描述
图3所示为在根据本发明的蓄电池组中的蓄电池组电池排列。用四个蓄电池组电池表示的蓄电池组只是为了举例目的。本技术领域的普通技术人员应该理解,不同数量的蓄电池组电池将适合于本发明的特点,并且该发明不意味着局限于四个蓄电池组电池。
蓄电池组电池12相邻排列并串联在一起,限定了一个正终端电极14和一个负终端电极16。正和负终端电极14和16适于接触由蓄电池组电池供电的装置如移动通讯装置(未示出)的导线。
如图3所示,蓄电池组电池排列为,除正和负终端电极14和16以外,一个蓄电池组电池的负极与相邻蓄电池组电池的正极相邻并电相连接。
为确保在终端电极14、16与蓄电池组电池供电的装置的接触导线间的良好接触,希望使用金或镀金触点。然而在过去,难以在终端电极14和16上固定金或镀金触点以与装置导线接触。根据本发明参考图4,使用蓄电池组触点组件20将选择性电镀触点固定到蓄电池组终端电极14和16上。触点组件20包括一个托架22,一个与托架22一体的第一触点24,和一个与托架22一体的第二触点26。触点组件20最好从一块金属板如镍上冲压下来,在托架22和第一及第二触点24,26间分别提供了划线28。触点24,26选择地电镀例如镀金以在每个触点24,26上限定一个选择性电镀表面30和一个暴露可焊表面32。该选择性电镀表面以传统方式进行电镀。
触点24,26的尺寸和选择性电镀的面积相对于蓄电池组中使用电池的直径和电话中配对接头的终端间距确定。代表正终端电极的触点必须留有用于焊接到较小的‘+’帽上的足够非电镀表面。此外,整体触点尺寸必须设计成使其不能与相邻电池的负极端接触,因为没有绝缘体防止短路。代表负终端电极的触点在相对正极触点适当定位选择性电镀表面的同时,必须也留有用于焊接的足够非电镀表面。其结果是,正极和负极触点的选择性电镀表面被以与电话中配对电池接头终端间距(或间隔)相等的距离隔开。
在装配过程中,托架22用于支撑终端电极14,16附近的触点24,26,触点24,26的暴露可焊表面32被焊接到各自的终端电极14,16上。然后使托架22沿划线28疲劳并从组件中去除。最终的触点就被牢固地焊接在终端电极14,16上并提供一个镀金表面与蓄电池组供电的装置的导线接触。
图5A和图5B所示为根据本发明的触点组件的替代实施例。在图5A中,托架22’和一个与其一体的单触点24’大体上是L形的,其中托架22’构成L形的第一条腿,触点24’构成L形的第二条腿。触点24’同样包括一个暴露可焊表面32’和一个选择性电镀表面30’。选择性电镀表面30’布置在第二条腿的末端并大体上与第一条腿平行。在托架22’和触点24’间有一条划线28’。
在图5B中,托架22”触点24”大体上是T形的,其中托架22”构成T形的底部,触点24”构成T形的十字部分。触点24”同样包括一个暴露可焊表面32”和一个选择性电镀表面30”。在该实施例中,选择性电镀表面30”布置在大体上与底部垂直的T形十字部分最外端。
作为另一个替代(未示出),图2的电池排列可与根据本发明的蓄电池组触点组件一起使用。在该装置中,触点组件20的形状与图4中所示相似,然而,托架22将长一些以将触点24,26定位在与正和负终端电极相应的最外面电池的附近。
为从蓄电池组的另一个可选表面提供一种接近的方法,暴露可焊表面32和选择性电镀表面30可弯曲成约90°角,如图6所示。
由于根据本发明的结构,移动通讯装置或类似装置用蓄电池组可做成小一些,同时保证了与装置的良好电接触。蓄电池组触点组件的使用排除了清单控制和项目处理问题。而且,由于蓄电池组的电池在可一条单个装配线上制造,蓄电池组的生产更容易了。
尽管通过结合目前被认为是最实际和最优选的实施例描述了本发明,但就这样理解,本发明不应被限制于公开的实施例,而且相反,是应覆盖包括在附属权利要求书的精神和范围内的各种变型和等价装置。
Claims (20)
1.蓄电池组触点组件包括:
一由导电可焊材料构成的托架;
一与所述托架一体的第一触点,所述第一触点具有一暴露可焊表面和一选择性电镀表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,包括一与所述托架一体的第二触点,所述第二触点具有一暴露可焊表面和一选择性电镀表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组件,进一步包括分别位于所述托架和所述第一和第二触点间的划线。
4.根据权利要求2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述导电可焊材料包括镍。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其特征在于,所述选择性电镀表面是镀金的。
6.根据权利要求2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述托架大体上是U形的,其特征还在于,第一和第二触点从U形的端部伸出。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组件,其特征在于,所述第一和第二触点从U形的端部相对伸出,其特征还在于,所述选择性电镀表面布置在所述第一和第二触点的最内端。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述托架和所述触点大体上为L形,所述托架构成L形的第一条腿,所述触点构成L形的第二条腿。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组件,其特征在于,所述选择性电镀表面布置为大体上与第一条腿平行,位于所述第二条腿的末端。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述托架和所述触点大体上为T形,所述托架构成T形的底部,所述触点构成T形的十字部分。
11.根据权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,所述选择性电镀表面布置为大体上与所述底部垂直,位于十字部分的最外端。
12.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述暴露可焊表面和所述选择性电镀表面弯成约90°角。
13.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述暴露可焊表面适于被焊接到蓄电池组的触点电极上,其特征还在于,所述选择性电镀表面适于与由蓄电池组供电的装置的导线接触。
14.一蓄电池组包括:
相邻排列并串联在一起的多个蓄电池组电池,所述多个蓄电池组电池包括适于与由蓄电池组供电的装置的导线接触的一正终端电极和一负终端电极;
一正极触点和一负极触点,每个触点具有一暴露可焊表面和一选择性电镀表面,所述暴露可焊表面被分别焊接到所述正终端电极和所述负终端电极上,所述选择性电镀表面适于接触由蓄电池组供电的装置的导线。
15.根据权利要求14所述的蓄电池组,其特征在于,所述正极触点和所述负极触点由镍构成,所述选择性电镀表面是镀金的。
16.根据权利要求14所述的蓄电池组,包括N个蓄电池组电池,其中N至少为4,其特征在于,所述蓄电池组电池排列为使得一个蓄电池组电池的负极与相邻蓄电池组电池的正极相邻并电连接,第(N-1)个电池的正极和负极之一包括相应的所述正终端电极和所述负终端电极之一,第N个电池的正极和负极的另一个包括所述正终端电极和所述负终端电极相应的另一个,其特征还在于,所述第N个电池的负极和正极之一分别与第一个蓄电池组的正极和负极之一电连接。
17.生产蓄电池组的方法,该蓄电池组包括相邻布置并串联在一起的多个蓄电池组电池,该多个蓄电池组电池包括适于与由该蓄电池组供电的装置的导线接触的一正终端电极和一负终端电极,一正极触点和一负极触点,该方法包括:
(a)从一块金属板上冲压下蓄电池组触点组件,该蓄电池组触点组件包括与托架一体的正极触点和负极触点;
(b)选择性电镀正极触点和负极触点以限定一个选择性电镀表面和一个暴露可焊表面;
(c)把正极触点和负极触点的暴露可焊表面分别焊接到正终端电极和负终端电极上;
(d)把托架从触点上分开。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(a)包括在托架和触点间形成一条划线。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(d)可通过沿划线使托架疲劳实现。
20.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(b)可通过选择性电镀金实现。
