Abstract
本发明涉及一种硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂的生产工艺,该工艺使用几种常见原料,在经过特制的中频炉内进行冶炼而制得钢液净化剂。该净化剂主要在钢液终脱氧时使用。其生产方法是以硅石、石灰、重晶石、白云石为主要原料并辅以萤石、焦粒等经配料、熔炼、出炉浇铸各道工序而制得。该净化剂是一种新型高效钢液净化剂、脱氧剂、脱硫剂,可以吸收钢中的杂质、提高钢水流动性、改善钢中夹杂物的形态、净化钢液、提高钢质。

技术领域
本发明属于冶金行业钢液净化剂生产领域,涉及一种硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂的生产工艺及所使用的设备。
背景技术
目前,我国硅钙钡镁的生产工艺主要是使用矿热炉生产,这种方法生产的硅钙钡镁电耗高且产品质量不稳定,本发明采用以石墨坩埚为内衬的中频炉生产硅钙钡镁使电耗大大降低,且产品质量稳定。
随着钢铁市场的发展,能够生产出成本低的硅钙钡镁一直是生产企业的渴望,本发明人就是在这种情况下发明了硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂的生产工艺及其所使用的设备。
发明内容
本发明目地在于提供一种生产质量稳定,成本降低的硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂的冶炼方法,这主要包括硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂的冶炼工艺及设备的改进。
本发明是这样实现的:本发明的硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂的生产工艺,包括原料选用、配料、熔炼、出炉浇铸工序,其特征在于,原料包括硅石、石灰、重晶石、白云石、萤石、焦粒,其重量百分比为:
硅石∶石灰∶重晶石∶白云石∶萤石∶焦粒=5∶5∶5∶5∶2∶2。
将上述比例的原料混合均匀后,投入中频炉内,经1400~1800℃的炉温条件熔炼1.5-2小时,待原料化为液态并反应完毕后,即可出炉浇注、冷却成形后,破碎成产品;其产品成份特征为:二氧化硅25-65%、氧化钙20-48%、氧化钡2-20%、氧化镁2-20%,余量为铝、硫、磷和/或碳。
本发明的优点在于:以准确的配料比一次投入原料,使产品质量稳定,减少了不必要的工序,降低了电耗,提高了产量。
具体实施方式
本发明的生产工艺包括:1、原料选用;2、配料:3、熔炼:4、出炉浇铸四个方面。
1、原料选用:原料包括优质硅石(或石英砂、培烧硅石)、纯石灰、重晶石、白云石、萤石、焦粒等原料。
原料要求如下:硅石:SiO2>97%
石灰:Cao>80%
重晶石:BaSO4>90%
白云石:MgO>15%
萤石:CaF2>80%
焦粒:固定碳>80%
2、配料:根据要生产的硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂的硅、钙、钡、镁的含量可适当调整配料比。按配料比配料完毕后就投入到粉碎机内粉碎成粒度为80-120目的粉状物待用。
3、熔炼:将粉碎后的原料投入带有电极石墨坩埚内衬的中频炉内,以原料投满炉口为准,然后将炉温升到1400-1800℃后经1.5-2小时的溶炼出炉。
4、出炉浇铸:待原料完全熔化呈液态后,将中频炉倾斜,使炉内液体倒入锭模内。
5、粉碎包装:待锭模内的产品冷却结块后,进行粉碎包装。
本发明熔炼设备的改进是使用以电极石墨坩埚为内衬的中频炉。其特征为:坩埚为石墨电极经内部挖空后制得。
实例:要求生产含钙25以上;含钡15以上;含镁5以上的硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂。首先选取SiO2>97%的硅石50kg:CaO>80%石灰50kg;BaSO4>90%的重晶石50kg;MgO>15%白云石50kg;CaF2>80%的萤石20kg:固定碳>80%的焦粒20kg。将以上原料混合均匀后投入到粉碎机内粉碎成粒度为80-120目的粉状物,将粉碎后的原料投入带有电极石墨坩埚内衬的中频炉内,以原料投满炉口为准,然后将炉温升到1400-1800℃后熔炼1.5-2小时后出炉而得产品。
本实例生产出的产品经化验后含钙26.38%,含钡16.32%,含镁8.21%。
Claims (2)
1、一种硅钙钡镁钢液净化剂的生产工艺,包括原料选用、配料、熔炼、出炉浇铸工序,其特征在于,原料包括硅石、石灰、重晶石、白云石、萤石、焦粒,其重量百分比为:
硅石∶石灰∶重晶石∶白云石∶萤石∶焦粒=5∶5∶5∶5∶2∶2。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,将上述比例的原料混合均匀后,投入带有电极石墨坩埚内衬的中频炉内,经1400~1800℃的炉温条件熔炼1.5-2小时,待原料化为液态并反应完毕后,即可出炉浇注、冷却成形后,破碎成产品;其产品成份特征为:二氧化硅25-65%、氧化钙20-48%、氧化钡2-20%、氧化镁2-20%,余量为铝、硫、磷和/或碳。
