Abstract
本发明涉及一种废发泡聚苯乙烯塑料回收再生方法,其特征在于将收购的废料加入高压釜中,通入150—800kpa压力的水蒸汽1—30分钟进行收缩脱泡处理,再经降温卸料干燥,粉碎至3—5mm后,直接由挤出机挤出、造粒,该方法简单,无污染、安全,产品质量好,回收率高。
Description
本发明涉及一种废发泡聚苯乙烯塑料回收再生方法。
目前,发泡聚苯乙烯塑料的各种制品越来越多,但是至今尚未有理想的再生方法,已有的回收再生方法主要是直接热熔法,溶剂法和加热降解法三种方法,其中直接加热法,由于发泡聚苯乙烯塑料本身具有隔热性能,因此在高温下,传热效果不好,致使表面易氧化发黄,以致焦化,不易获得质量较好的产品,并且由于体积大,质轻,加工困难,粉碎时易带静电,泡体中所含可燃气体丁烷易燃易爆,生产不安全;溶剂法要消耗大量溶剂,而这些溶剂又具有毒性,易残留在产品中蒸发不干净,同时,产生对人体有害健康的成分,其成本又高,同样存在易燃易爆问题,生产不安全,也造成污染环境;高温降解法所得的燃料由于除含有毒物质苯乙烯外,其燃烧冒大量黑烟,同样污染环境,成本高,工艺复杂,应用推广有极大的局限性。
本发明目的正是为了克服上述已有技术的缺点与不足而提供一种安全无污染的废发泡聚苯乙烯塑料回收再生方法,从而可得到高质量的产品,减少环境污染,变废为宝,有广泛的推广价值。
本发明目的是这样实现的:
废发泡聚苯乙烯塑料回收再生方法,其特征在于按下列步骤进行:
将收购的废发泡聚苯乙烯塑料加入高压釜中,通入150-800kpa压力的水蒸汽1-30分钟进行收缩脱泡处理,然后降温卸料,进行干躁,再粉碎粒径3-5mm,最后将粉碎物料用挤出机挤出,造粒,即为回收聚苯乙烯塑料产品。
由于采取上述技术方案使本发明技术与已有技术相比具有如下优点及效果:
a)本发明用高压水蒸气,可防止聚笨乙烯高温氧化,同时不会发生可燃有机气体的燃烧与爆炸的危险,因此可保证安全生产并得到高质量的回收产品;
b)由于水蒸气热容量大,传热均匀,废泡沫聚苯乙烯塑料在高温高压的蒸气热处理后,只需1-30分钟就可使泡体脱泡体积收缩到≥8倍,因此速度快效果好,处理量大;
c)在高压水蒸汽作用下,同时完成回收废料的清洗和消毒;
d)再生方法简单易行,生产安全无污染,无三废排放、回收率高。
实施列1
将收购的废泡沫聚苯乙烯塑料,经过切块,装入具有安全阀,压力表,超压报警装置的高压釜中,封釜,通入150kpa压力的水蒸汽30分钟后降温、卸料,再经过干躁,粉碎至粒径-5mm后,直接用φ60双螺杆塑料挤出机挤出,通水冷却切粒,即得到本发明的再生聚苯乙烯塑料产品。
实施例2
同实施例1的设备,在加入废泡沫聚苯乙烯塑料后通入400kpa压力的水蒸汽10分种后降温卸料,再经过干燥,粉碎至粒径-3mm后,直接用φ90的单螺杆塑料挤出机挤出,通水冷却切粒,即得到本发明的再生聚苯乙烯塑料产品。
实施例3
同实施例1的设备,在加入废发泡聚苯乙烯塑料后,通入800kpa压力的水蒸汽,1分钟后,降温卸料经过干燥,粉碎粒径为-5mm后,直接用φ60双螺杆塑料挤出机挤出,水下切粒,即得到本发明的再生聚苯乙烯塑料产品。

1.废发泡聚苯乙烯塑料回收再生方法,其特征在于按下列步骤进行:
将收购的废发泡聚苯乙烯塑料加入高压釜中,通入150-800kpa压力的水蒸汽1-30分钟进行收缩脱泡处理,然后降温卸料,进行干躁,再粉碎粒径3-5mm,最后将粉碎物料用挤出机挤出,造粒,即为回收聚苯乙烯塑料产品。
