背景技术
在其整个内容援引在此以作参考的WO-A-88/08620或WO-A-97/35706中揭示了可在盘卷状态与伸展状态之间可逆成形的可伸展且可盘卷片材。图1中示出了此类片材1的一例的立体图,其中的片材1部分呈盘卷状态1a,而部分呈伸展状态1b。
发明内容

具体实施方式
请参阅图2,图中示出了本发明片材2的第一例的端视图。该片材2可在盘卷状态与伸展状态之间可逆成形。图2示出了片材2处于其伸展状态2a。该片材2可根据WO-A-88/08620或WO-A-97/35706的原理来构制,或者可呈任何其它适当的形式。
在图示例中,片材2的内表面设有若干弹性凸出部分2b。该凸出部分2b可为沿着伸展片材2的整个长度或大致整个长度或仅仅部分长度延伸的长片状部分。例如,围绕片材2的内表面彼此以120°间隔设置的三个这种类型的长凸出部分2b。或者,凸出部分2b可呈现短翅片组的形式,这些短翅片等角地成组设置,并且若干个该组沿着伸展的片材2的整个长度或大致整个长度或仅仅部分长度有间隔地反复设置。这些组可设置成:从末端看,许多翅片2b全部彼此重叠,或者该组或某些组可彼此偏置,以使该翅片或者某些翅片2b沿着伸展件2的长度在角度方向隔开。

如果需要的话,可使凸出部分2b位于形成在可伸展片材2的表面内的空腔中,这样当片材2处于其盘卷状态时,这些凸出部分就不会增加片材2的厚度。
凸出部分2b可由与可伸展片材2的主体2a相同的材料制成,或者可由不同的材料制成。该凸出部分2b可与可伸展片材2的主体2a一体成形,或者可籍由包括例如胶合或焊接在内的任何适当的手段附着到该主体上。较佳地,凸出部分2b在它们与主体2a的接触点处成一锐角,以便于片材2滚卷成其盘卷状态。类似地,如图所示,凸出部分2b较佳地以曲线状态离开主体2a的表面。

当在管子或其它物体上展开成为护套时、或者在例如上述结构的具有多表层的装置的情况下,形成在可伸展片材2与在其上或围绕其放置它的物体之间的一个或多个空腔、或者位于具有双或多表层的片材4的表层4a,4b之间的一个、部分或所有的空腔内可充填泡沫材料或其它材料,以便隔热、隔声和/或电绝缘、和/或抵抗冲击、和/或增加刚度。
需要的话,任何可伸展片材的边缘可籍由诸如焊接、拉链型连接等之类任何所需的手段暂时或永久性地进行连接或密封。当在具有多表层的装置4的表层边缘上进行密封的情况下,形成一同心管,以便能进行分别的或可逆的流动。
需要的话,可将能承受滚卷的电缆、光导纤维、加热元件或任何其它装置装入到一个或多个可伸展片材内。
本发明将证明在设置用于保护管线或其它结构的绝缘或加热护套方面特别实用,该护套可在设置、或者对现有装备进行改装的同时展开在管线上,从而提供一保护性绝缘护套,它还可安装用于监视管线状态的装置。

Claims (11)
1.一种可在盘卷状态与伸展状态之间可逆成形的可伸展且可盘卷片材,其特征在于,在所述片材的至少一个表面上设有一个或多个弹性凸出部分,所述弹性凸出部分与所述片材一体成形或者沿着所述片材的程度附着在至少多个部分上,以便当所述片材伸展成伸展状态时,所述凸出部分或各个凸出部分呈现出自片材的表面突出的第一状态,并且当所述片材滚卷成盘卷状态时,所述凸出部分或各个凸出部分弯曲以致位于盘卷片材的各圈之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的片材,其特征在于,所述表面为内表面,并且当所述片材处于其伸展状态时,所述凸出部分或各个凸出部分自所述片材向内突出。
3.如权利要求1所述的片材,其特征在于,所述表面为外表面,并且当所述片材处于其伸展状态时,所述凸出部分或各个凸出部分自所述片材向外突出。
