According to tables 1 and 2, compared with the existing strippable paint products in the market, the strippable degradable aqueous rust removal paint has proper adhesion strength, can be stripped by hand completely, has no residue after stripping, has compact paint film, can block liquid medium, has bright and fresh stripped protected surface, has no damage trace, has certain weather resistance, meets the short-time protection requirements of indoor and outdoor metal surfaces, and is suitable for protecting the surfaces of large, medium and small products such as ships, vehicles, equipment and steel structures before coating.
As can be seen from the above examples, the strippable degradable aqueous rust removal paint provided by the invention has the advantages of high film forming speed, compact paint film, rust removal, rust prevention, easy stripping and environmental friendliness, and is suitable for temporary protection of metal surfaces, especially fresh metal surfaces.
