Abstract
本发明涉及一种以植物提取液为主要有效成份的空气清新剂，其组份及配比为：(按重量份计)桉树叶水提液50～80；乙醇5～30；增溶剂0.3～10；防腐剂0～2.0；酸度调节剂0～2.0；其中桉树叶水提液是由1份干叶制取1.0～3.5份水提液，其中增溶剂为非离子表面活性剂吐温类或司盘类增溶剂或它们之间的任意混合物，防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯、苯甲酸钠或它们之间的任意混合物，酸度调节剂为枸橼酸。本发明以桉树叶水提液为空气清新剂的主要成份，避免了大量使用化学制剂对人体的伤害，桉树叶水提液不仅替代了化学杀菌剂，由于其具有天然的清香，还替代了化学香精，因此本空气清新剂气味清新自然、对人体无刺激、具有绿色环保的特点。
Description
(一)技术领域：
本发明涉及一种空气清新剂，特别是一种以植物提取液为主要有效成份的空气清新剂。
(二)背景技术：
为了杀灭飘浮于空气中的有害细菌并去除异味，现代家庭、宾馆、饭店及其它一些公共场合，经常向空气中喷洒空气清新剂，或将空气清新剂盛于设有挥发孔的容器中让其向空气中挥发。但现有的空气清新剂主要是将化学灭菌剂与香精等混合制成。经常暴露于这种含有化学制品的空气中，并呼吸这些化学清新剂对人体会造成一定的伤害。
(三)发明内容：
本发明将公开一种以天然植物提取液为主要有效成份的空气清新剂。
桉树叶是桃金娘科植物蓝桉及其同科属的多种植物的叶，中医本草记载其性温，味苦辛，可避秽气，能预防感冒，治疗流感、痢疾、肠炎、关节痛、湿疹及各种传染性化脓疾病，民间用其驱蚊虫、除臭。桉树叶水提取液可对抗多种微生物，包括对人体皮肤及表皮造成主要伤害的细菌、真菌、螨虫等，可防虫、抗菌、止痒。目前对桉树叶的应用主要是限于其挥发性提取液，如桉叶油，但本发明人经临床研究发现，桉叶油性辛燥，副作用大，对人体有刺激性，而且桉树叶的主要有效成份集中在其水提液中，因此本发明人采用桉树叶水提液为主要有效成份作空气清新剂，该空气清新剂的配方如下(按重量份计)：
桉树叶水提液50～80 乙醇5～30 增溶剂0.3～10
防腐剂0～2.5 酸度调节剂0～2.0
其中，桉树叶水提液是由1份桉树干叶制取1.0～3.5份水提液。
其中增溶剂为非离子表面活性剂，最好选用吐温类、司盘类增溶剂，或它们之间的任意混合物；防腐剂最好选用尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯、苯甲酸钠或它们之间的任意混合物；酸度调节剂最好选用枸橼酸。
上述配方的优选配方为(按重量份计)：
桉树叶水捉液60～80 乙醇5～15 增溶剂0.5～2.0
防腐剂0.3～2.0 酸度调节剂0.3～1.0
上述配方的最佳配方为(按重量份计)：
桉树叶水提液80 乙醇15 增溶剂0.6
防腐剂1.0 酸度调节剂1.0
由于本发明以桉树叶水提液为空气清新剂的主要成份，避免了大量使用化学制剂对人体的伤害，桉树叶水捉液不仅替代了化学杀菌剂，由于其具有天然的清香，还替代了化学香精，因此本空气清新剂气味清新自然、对人体无刺激、具有绿色环保的特点。
(四)具体实施方式：
下面为本发明的非限定实施例
实施例1(按重量份计)
桉树叶水提液80 乙醇15 吐温-80 0.6
尼泊金乙脂1.0 枸橼酸1.0
制法：
1)取桉树叶100，加去离子水1000煎煮2次，每次1小时，取合并液，静置24小时，过滤，真空浓缩至250，得桉树水提液。
2)依次向桉树叶水提液中增加增溶剂、乙醇、防腐剂、水，混合均匀，用枸橼酸调节PH值到6.0。
实施例2(按重量份计)
桉树叶水提液80 乙醇5 吐温-80 0.6
苯甲酸钠1.0 枸橼酸0.5
Claims (3)
1、一种空气清新剂，其组份按重量份配比如下：
桉树叶水提液50～80；乙醇5～30；增溶剂0.3～10；防腐剂0～2.0；酸度调节剂0～2.0；其中桉树叶水提液是由1份干叶制取1.0～3.5份水提液；所述增溶剂为吐温类和/或司盘类增溶剂；所述防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯和/或尼泊金乙酯和/或苯甲酸钠；所述酸度调节剂为枸橼酸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的空气清新剂，其组份按重量份配比如下：
桉树叶水提液50～80；乙醇5～15；增溶剂0.5～2.0；酸度调节剂0.3～1.0。
3、根据权利要求2所述的空气清新剂，其组份按重量份配比如下：
桉树叶水提液80；乙醇15；增溶剂0.6；防腐剂1.0；酸度调节剂1.0。
