Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有检测孔的回拉式弹簧接线端子,该接线端子具有一外壳1,其中回拉式弹簧2以其支承托边3配置在一导电横条4上,该导电横条穿出一接线窗口7,外壳具有一导线插入孔8和一操作孔9,同时该外壳1在导线插入孔8和操作孔9之间还有一检测孔10,检测插头12的触头11贯穿该检测孔而接触导电横条4,导引触头11的检测孔10设置为空心圆柱形,同时该圆柱轴线A的延长段沿着支承托边3的和导电横条4相背离的内侧13延伸,在簧臂5前段6上接线窗口7附近处有一供触头11通过的贯穿孔14,并且导电横条4带有一成形件15,该成形件一直延伸至触头11的插入通路,使导入定位在检测孔10内的触头11受压沿纵向紧贴在其上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有检测孔的回拉式弹簧接线端子。
背景技术
已有这一类型的回拉式弹簧接线端子具有一外壳,在外壳内该回拉式弹簧以其支承托边配置在一导电横条上,该导电横条穿出位于回拉式弹簧簧臂前段的一接线窗口,接线时簧臂的接线窗口在导电横条下方构成一敞口区域,外壳面对该敞口区域处具有一导线插入孔,另外该外壳在弯向支承托边的簧臂上部顶点区域高度上具有一操作孔,通过该操作孔引入一工具将簧臂压向支承托边,同时该外壳在导线插入孔和操作孔之间还有一检测孔,检测插头的触头贯穿该检测孔而接触导电横条。
已知这一类型的回拉式弹簧接线端子,其外壳的检测孔位于突出该回拉式弹簧的簧臂上接线窗口的导电横条前端部高度上,此时检测插头的触头仅接触导电横条端部的一个点。这样的操作为“点触”,只有将检测插头的触头压紧至导电横条端部才能使其有可靠的接触。这就需要在检测时用手持续地握持检测插头,要是将检测插头一放开,接触部位处就会产生较高的接触电阻而导致错误测量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种开头所述类型的回拉式弹簧接线端子,插入检测插头而无须握持,该接线端子能使检测插头的触头与导电横条保持可靠的接触。
上述目的经由一种按本发明所述的回拉式弹簧接线端子来达到,导引检测插头触头的检测孔设为空心圆柱形,同时该圆柱轴线的延长段沿着和导电横条相背离的回拉式弹簧支承托边的内侧延伸,另外在接线窗口附近处回拉式弹簧的簧臂前段有一供检测插头的触头通过的贯穿孔,并且该导电横条有一成形件,该成形件这样伸入到触头插入通路的里面,使该导入固定在检测孔内的检测插头触头受压沿纵向紧贴在其上。
对本发明来说重要的是,在插入检测插头的触头时,沿着导电横条的成形件的导引使触头沿径向产生一微小的弹性偏移,由此使该触头弹性地紧靠在导电横条的成形件上,即使不再握持检测插头时,该弹性紧靠作用亦保证触头和导电横条之间的可靠接触。在该接触位置,检测插头的触头插入回拉式弹簧接线端子的弹簧内部,为此该弹簧的簧臂前段必须附加地设置贯穿孔。且检测孔既没有由于位于端子进线区域的导线,也没有由于一可能导入到该接线端子外壳操作孔的工具受到影响。恰是导电横条与检测插头的触头在回拉式弹簧内部的接触,使得无须用手持续握持检测插头同时检测还特别可靠。
无论簧臂如何形变,都要使检测插头的触头可靠地伸到导电横条的成形件上,这就需要贯穿孔在回拉式弹簧的簧臂前段必须有足够的间隙。因此适宜的做法是将这一贯穿孔设成沿该簧臂前段弹簧行程方向的长孔,而且这一长孔过渡转变为该簧臂的接线窗口。
此外,将回拉式弹簧接线端子固定在导电横条上是必要的。为此该回拉式弹簧的支承托边相应地具有一通孔,成形件在导电横条上突出于该通孔,该成形件与这一贯穿孔是刚性连接配合的。这样在导电横条上的成形件就有双重功能,它不仅用来接触检测插头的触头,而且还用作回拉式弹簧的机械固定。在本发明的优选实施例中,该位于导电横条上的成形件由一在其上压出的凸起构成,且凸起被镦粗,这样该凸起在其自由端侧通过支承托边的通孔的边缘而夹住在该支承托边的内侧。此外有利的是可以经由轧边过程将一槽形轮廓压入到该导电横条凸起状成形件的自由端面上,特别是压出一V形槽,在该区域内与检测插头的触头进行接触,此时该触头以其纵侧紧贴在这一轮廓的侧壁上。
下面借助于一带附图的实施例更详细地来说明本发明。

具体实施方式
图1和2详细地示出一通常用塑料制成的接线端子外壳1,外壳内配置有一回拉式弹簧2。该回拉式弹簧2具有一支承托边3,回拉式弹簧以该支承托边放置在一导电横条4上。该一体构成的环形弯曲的回拉式弹簧2还具有一簧臂5,该簧臂有一前段6,前段则带一接线窗口7。在接线窗口7区域,簧臂5的前段6大致垂直于支承托边3。导电横条4具有一前端20,该前端突出于位于簧臂5前段6的接线窗口7外。该接线窗口7在簧臂5的前段6末端另一侧是扩大的,因为有一贯穿孔14邻接该接线窗口7,该贯穿孔具有一端敝口长孔的外形。沿簧臂5前段6的宽度方向来看贯穿孔14的宽度小于接线窗口7的宽度,以便使簧臂5的材料强度减弱保持很小。
外壳1具有一导线插入孔8,该导线插入孔对一除去绝缘层的导线19的末端18的出入给定一插置方向,该方向沿着导电横条4的远离回拉式弹簧2支承托边3的这一面延伸。为了能与回拉式弹簧2没有碰撞地导入该导线末端18,可以从其顶点区域出发向支承托边3的方向下压其簧臂5,从而使簧臂5前段6上的接线窗口7改变位置而在导电横条4的前端20下面敞开。下压簧臂5借助于一工具来实现,该工具可以通过一操作孔9引入到该外壳1的内部。这一操作孔9如图1和图2所示位于外壳1端面的上部,而示出的导线插入孔8则位于外壳1端面的下部。除去工具后由于簧臂5的回弹力而将该导线末端夹紧至导电横条4的底面以实现连接。
接线端子外壳1端面上位于导线插入孔8和操作孔9之间有一检测孔10。该检测孔10在外壳1的材料中构成空心圆柱形造型,用来导引一检测插头12的触头11,该触头以插入结构伸入回拉式弹簧2内部。该检测孔10的圆柱轴线A及相应地在该检测孔中导引的触头11的轴线,沿着回拉式弹簧2的支承托边3内侧13的上面通过,也即朝向支承托边3的远离导电横条的这一侧。为使检测插头12的触头11不致与弹性簧臂5的前段6相撞,必须设置前述贯穿孔14,该孔扩展了位于簧臂5前段6的接线窗口7。
如图1和3所示,如果端子未接有导线,则检测插头12的触头11贯穿检测孔10进而通过回拉式弹簧簧臂5的接线窗口7。夹有导线时,如图2和4所示,则由簧臂5前段6上的贯穿孔14容纳伸入到回拉式弹簧内部的触头11。
如图3和图4所示还可知,回拉式弹簧2被可靠地固定在导电横条4上。为此在导电横条4上设置一具有凸起外形的成形件15,用一与其刚性连接配合的通孔将回拉式弹簧2的支承托边3插到该凸起上。导电横条4上凸起状的成形件15经由镦粗翻边,而搭接在支承托边3内侧13的通孔16的边缘区域上,从而使回拉式弹簧2固定在导电横条4的上面。其中,该凸起可以在回拉式弹簧2的支承托边3的内侧13上有一轧边,该轧边经由该支承托边3的通孔16的边缘伸展。另外,该导电横条4的成形件15在其自由端面有一径向呈槽状的外形17,该外形与检测插头12的触头11接触。
导电横条4设置这一特殊成形件15的优点在于,插入到回拉式弹簧2内部的检测插头12的触头11可以接触导电横条,且触头被自动定位在检测孔10中。在触头11碰靠到导电横条4的成形件15上时,具有相当弹性的触头11产生一微小的径向偏移,由于考虑到触头沿轴线A的方向被精确地导引在检测孔10中,这样就有一压力施加到该触头11上。因而该带偏移的触头11和导电横条4的成形件15之间存在接触压力,实现良好接触。因此在检测时可以松手放开该检测插头12,这在接线和检测时极大地方便了操作。而且检测插头12的触头11的可靠定位,与导电横条4上回拉式弹簧2是否夹有一导线无关。
Claims (7)
1、一种回拉式弹簧接线端子,该接线端子具有一外壳(1),在该外壳内该回拉式弹簧(2)以其支承托边(3)配置在一导电横条(4)上,该导电横条穿出位于该回拉式弹簧(2)的簧臂(5)的前段(6)的一接线窗口(7),接线时该簧臂(5)的该接线窗口(7)在该导电横条(4)下方构成一敞口区域,该外壳面对该敞口区域处具有一导线插入孔(8),另外该外壳在与弯向该支承托边的该簧臂(5)对应的上部顶点区域上具有一操作孔(9),通过该操作孔引入一工具将该簧臂(5)压向该支承托边(3),同时该外壳(1)在该导线插入孔(8)和该操作孔(9)之间还有一检测孔(10),检测插头(12)的触头(11)贯穿该检测孔而接触该导电横条(4),
其特征在于,导引该检测插头(12)的该触头(11)的该检测孔(10)设置为空心圆柱形,同时该圆柱轴线(A)的延长段沿着该回拉式弹簧(2)的该支承托边(3)的和该导电横条(4)相背离的内侧(13)延伸,在该回拉式弹簧(2)的该簧臂(5)的该前段(6)上该接线窗口(7)附近处有一供该检测插头(12)的该触头(11)通过的贯穿孔(14),并且该导电横条(4)带有一成形件(15),该成形件一直延伸至该触头(11)的插入通路,使导入定位在该检测孔(10)内的该检测插头(12)的该触头(11)受压沿纵向紧贴在其上。
2、按权利要求1所述的回拉式弹簧接线端子,其特征在于,该回拉式弹簧(2)的该簧臂(5)的该前段上的该贯穿孔(14)是一长孔,该长孔沿该前段(6)的弹簧行程方向延伸。
3、按权利要求2所述的回拉式弹簧接线端子,其特征在于,该贯穿孔(14)在其一端转变为该回拉式弹簧(2)的该簧臂(5)的该接线窗口(7)。
4、按权利要求1至3其中一项所述的回拉式弹簧接线端子,其特征在于,该回拉式弹簧(2)的该支承托边(3)具有一通孔(16),该导电横条(4)上的该成形件(15)通过该通孔突出,该成形件与该通孔(16)是刚性连接配合的。
5、按权利要求4所述的回拉式弹簧接线端子,其特征在于,该成形件(15)是一形成在该导电横条(4)上的凸起,该凸起在该回拉式弹簧(2)的该支承托边(3)的该内侧(13)上有一轧边,该轧边经由该支承托边(3)的该通孔的边缘伸展。
6、按权利要求4所述的回拉式弹簧接线端子,其特征在于,该导电横条(4)的该成形件(15)在其自由端面有一径向呈槽状的外形(17),该外形与该检测插头(12)的该触头(11)接触。
7、按权利要求5所述的回拉式弹簧接线端子,其特征在于,该导电横条(4)的该成形件(15)在其自由端面有一径向呈槽状的外形(17),该外形与该检测插头(12)的该触头(11)接触。
