The cross-sectional shapes of the pin 10 and the positioning block 12 are designed to be rectangular, so that the pin 10 can move in the vertical direction without rotating when the first screw is engaged with the first screw hole. When the second screw rod is matched with the second threaded hole, the positioning block 12 can move in the vertical direction without rotating.
A first control switch for controlling the working state of the locating pin driving motor 4 is arranged on the side wall of the locating pin shell 9, and a second control switch for controlling the working state of the locating block driving motor 5 is arranged on the side wall of the locating block shell 11.
According to the working principle of the invention, when the white car body is required to be positioned, the positioning pin driving motor 4 is controlled to work through the first control switch according to the size information of the white car body, and the positioning pin driving motor 4 drives the first screw rod to rotate, so that the pin rod 10 moves in the vertical direction, and the pin rod 10 is adjusted to the required height. Similarly, the second control switch controls the positioning block driving motor 5 to work, the positioning block 12 is adjusted to the required height, and then the positioning pin mechanism 2 and the positioning block mechanism 3 are used for positioning the white car body.
