Background
The multi-layer solid wood composite floor is prepared by taking natural rare tree species veneers (veneers) with different thicknesses as surface layers, taking plywood made of solid wood veneers with criss-cross textures as a base material, and coating special paint for the ultraviolet curing floor with high performance, high wear resistance and high environmental protection, and is widely applied to the household building material industry. The multilayer solid wood composite floor is a popular decoration in the furniture building material industry at present, but along with the shortage of forest resources, the surface with graceful patterns is increasingly reduced. However, the rapid-growing wood and the low-grade wood have the defects of rough grain, single surface pattern, higher surface veneer price and the like, and the market share is lower and lower.
The Chinese patent CN102501658A discloses a floor printing embossing synchronous overprinting process which is carried out by synchronously matching the printing and embossing processes of the floor and has fidelity almost similar to that of a true floor. The floor is printed and embossed with synchronous overprinting equipment, patterns are overprinted with multiple printing ink, the patterns are dried by a UV lamp, deep textures are pressed into concave-convex three-dimensional effects by an embossing roller, the opening line is opened on the lower line of the floor after being synchronously printed and embossed, and then wear-resistant and scratch-resistant surface treatment is carried out. The method is adopted, wherein the texture is synchronously overprinted, so that the texture forms a concave-convex three-dimensional effect, and the overprinted surface is painted.
The embossing roller imprinting equipment for the texture style of the floor surface disclosed in China patent CNCN116079854A heats the embossing roller through heating sheets, so that the whole embossing roller is heated uniformly, and the texture style is pressed out of the surfaces of the floor, the solid wood door plate, the cabinet plate, the furniture plate and the like by the embossing machine which is positioned in the embossing roller and is pressed out of the iron close to the surface of the embossing roller, so that the embossing roller imprinting equipment has strong three-dimensional effect, is high-end and square in the manufactured floor and solid wood furniture, has strong visual effect, and is an optimal surface treatment mode for the floor and the solid wood furniture of the new generation. It takes the form of heating the roller and then embossing the floor surface.
