The descending vertical conveying mechanism 42 carries the bakeware 6 to vertically move downwards so that the bakeware 6 is placed on the conveying belt 1 again, and the conveying belt 1 conveys the bakeware 6 out of the baking furnace body 2.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the vertical conveying mechanism 4 and the horizontal conveying mechanism 5 cooperate to enable the baking tray 6 to vertically move upwards in the baking furnace body 2 and then vertically move downwards, so that the moving path and moving time of the baking tray 6 in the baking furnace body 2 are prolonged, and baked food in the baking tray 6 can be sufficiently dried when the ventilation mechanism 3 conveys cold air or hot air into the baking furnace body 2. Meanwhile, compared with the existing tunnel dryer, the horizontal movement of the baking tray 6 is converted into vertical movement, so that the occupied workshop area in the baking food drying process is greatly reduced, and the food processing efficiency is improved.
Example 2
This embodiment 2 differs from embodiment 1 in that:
In this embodiment, when the baking tray 6 is placed on the placement object 434, the distance between the two separating plates 4342 symmetrically disposed on both sides of the conveyor belt 1 is larger than the width of the baking tray 6, i.e. the distance between the two separating plates 4342 reserves a deformation space for the outward deformation of the baking tray 6, and even if the baking tray 6 is slightly deformed, the baking tray 6 can still be placed on the supporting plate 4341.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the support plate 4341 is provided with a magnetic member 57, and the magnetic member 57 is used for fixing the baking tray 6, so that when the vertical conveying mechanism 4 carries the baking tray 6 to move upwards or downwards, the magnetic member 57 fixes the baking tray 6 on the support plate 4341, so as to reduce the collision and vibration intensity of the baking tray 6, reduce the risk of unhardened decorative articles flowing on the biscuit body, and improve the decorative effect of the biscuit.
In addition, the horizontal conveying mechanism 5 further comprises a flexible piece 56, and the flexible piece 56 is sleeved on the moving piece 55. The flexible member 56 may be made of a flexible material such as a silicone material or a rubber material, and in this embodiment, the flexible member 56 is made of a silicone material. When the second chain 54 rotates, the flexible member 56 on the outer periphery of the moving member 55 abuts against the side wall of the baking tray 6, and the moving member 55 moves the baking tray 6 from the ascending vertical conveying mechanism 41 to the descending vertical conveying mechanism 42. Because the flexible piece 56 is made of flexible materials, the horizontal conveying mechanism 5 transfers the baking tray 6 from the top of the ascending vertical conveying mechanism 41 to the top of the descending vertical conveying mechanism 42, so that collision and vibration intensity of the baking tray 6 can be reduced, the risk of unhardened decorative flowing on the biscuit body is reduced, and the decorative effect of the biscuit is improved.
The above embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the application, so that the equivalent changes of the structure, shape and principle of the application are covered by the scope of the application.
