背景技术:
随着人们物质生活迅速的提高,在生活中对化妆品的需求发展很快,各种化妆品层出不穷,其中祛斑保湿类化妆品很受人们的关注。目前,市面上美容、护肤品很多,主要为抗氧化、防色斑、保湿、养颜、除皱、润泽肌肤的化学制剂。由于生态环境的破坏和工业污染对环境的影响,地球上臭氧层越来越薄,环球温度也逐渐升高,对人的肌肤也造成了较大的侵蚀,使人的肌肤明显出现皱纹,皮质老化,肤色变暗,没有光泽,部分人面部出现色斑。虽然某些化合物对祛除上述色斑有一定的疗效,但必须长期使用才能达到一定的效果,且由于是化学制剂,随之带来的副作用也较大,价格也较昂贵,难以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明是通过下面的技术方案解决上述技术问题的。它包括护肤基料,其特征在于在护肤基料中按总重量百分比添加下述配比的原料:茶多酚0.01%-10%、薏苡仁提取物1%-20%、白芷提取物1%-15%、维生素E 1%-10%。在上述配比的原料中还可按总重量百分比添加透明质酸0.01%-0.5%。本发明护肤基料包括油相原料和水相原料,其中油相原料为油溶性润肤剂,水相原料为极性溶剂,按总重量配比为:油溶性润肤剂5%-85%,极性溶剂15%-90%。
本发明具有祛斑、抑制黑色素产生、防止紫外线侵扰的功效,从而更有效的平衡油脂分泌;补充肌肤所需的水分;防止皮肤缺水或老化及各种皮肤感染;改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢,帮助皮肤制造骨胶原,使皮肤充满弹性、柔软;并具有消肿、抗菌、洁白作用。本发明针对色素、色斑形成的生化机理,采用天然萃取物合理复配而成,能有效的完成皮肤的深层护理,完成角质层的更新,加速皮肤的新陈代谢,修复受损和角质化的皮肤,恢复并保持皮肤的弹性,达到深层美白净化的特效功效。
具体实施方式:
本申请人经过多年研究和实验发现,生物体内老年色素的形成是动态的连续变化过程。因而在不同生物个体的不同年龄阶段、不同组织部位都可能形成具有不同生物特性的老年色素。例如在病理条件下,人体内也会形成一些非永久性的黄棕色的聚合物和荧光物,称为腊黄素,即脂褐素的前体(脂褐素为棕黄色非均一色素颗粒)。这些腊黄素事实上就是生物垃圾,含有脂类、蛋白质和水不溶性残余物,也有少量其它碳水化合物即糖类成分。由于氧自由基造成的脂质过氧化、蛋白氧化、碳水化合物的非酶糖基化(又叫美拉德反应)后的产物与氨基酸交联反应形成脂褐素,而老年色素包括脂褐素、腊黄素及非酶糖基化氧化的终产物。所以,随着年龄的增长、肌肤的弹性和透明质酸降低、新陈代谢减慢而产生的生物垃圾,及在自然界中存在的许多氧自由基诱导因子:如水质、空气的污染、过度的阳光曝晒、饮食不均、食物污染及压力指数增加等,这些伤害因子的综合作用加速了色素类生物垃圾的产生和囤积。本发明针对上述生化机理,在护肤品基料中按总重量添加下述配比的具有天然活性成份的原料:茶多酚0.01%-10%、薏苡仁提取物1%-20%、白芷提取物1%-15%、维生素E 1%-10%。为更好地保湿,在上述配比的原料中还可按总重量百分比添加透明质酸0.01%-0.5%,在润肤和护肤的同时以达到祛斑保湿效果。
上述添加剂中,茶多酚是一种抗氧化剂,能有效清除氧自由基,抑制脂质过氧化,保护皮肤免受损害,从而有效地抑制黑色素的产生,预防紫外线的侵扰。茶多酚为中华人民共和国行业标准QB2154-95食品添加剂茶多酚,使用指标为TP-1天然来源的茶多酚为淡黄色粉剂。
薏苡仁和白芷均为中草药,据《本草纲目》上记载,薏苡仁可除湿、解毒,祛斑。白芷可去皮肤风痹,散湿热,长肌肤,润泽颜色。薏苡仁提取物含薏苡仁酯和薏苡内酯及蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、三萜化合物等多种营养、疗效、保湿成分,对增强表皮细胞活力,促进人体新陈代谢,延缓皮肤衰老,防皱、防裂、防粗糙以及抑制色素沉着等有明显效果。薏苡仁油在紫外线区有较强的吸收度,最大吸收波长为340nm,因此用其配制的化妆品具有抵御日光辐射的防晒性能。同时,还具有消炎、排脓、抗菌的效用。薏苡仁提取物制备工艺为:在生药薏苡仁中加入70%的乙醇溶液,加热回流1小时,过滤后,再加入70%的乙醇溶剂,提取三次,合并滤液,减压回收溶剂,残渣加水溶解,脱色后浓缩。白芷提取物具有改善血液循环,促进皮肤新陈代谢,延缓皮肤衰老,能使肌肤润泽光滑的功效。在白芷药材中加入适量的水,煎煮三次,过滤,合并滤液,脱色后浓缩。
为了更好的保湿,本发明还加入了透明质酸。透明质酸具有许多粘多糖共有的性质,具有引湿性。它的疏松的、膨胀的分子形状使它在溶液中占据较大的空间,能结合大量的水,具有保湿滋润的功效。透明质酸加强了皮肤的屏障,可防止皮肤水份的散失,有效地保护再生细胞的老化。
维生素E可有效清除氧自由基、抑制脂质过氧化来防止脂褐素即各种斑的产生,另一方面又通过活血理气、防止内层水分散失、抗菌消炎来保护皮肤和保证皮肤的营养,使面色光滑、红润。
本发明可根据不同的产品形式和不同的应用对象选择不同的护肤基料,它包括油溶性润肤剂、极性溶剂,按总重量配比为:油溶性润肤剂5%-85%,极性溶剂15%-90%。现分述如下:
(1)油溶性润肤剂:A)蜡脂,如:羊毛脂、鲸蜡、蜂蜡;B)类固醇,如:胆甾醇和其他羊毛脂醇;C)脂肪醇,如:月桂醇、鲸蜡醇、油醇和脂蜡醇;D)三甘油脂:各种动植物油脂;E)磷脂:卵磷脂和脑磷脂;F)多元醇脂,如:乙二醇、二甘醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇、山梨醇酐、甘露醇、季戊四醇、聚氧乙烯山梨醇、聚氧乙烯山梨醇、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐的单脂肪酸和双脂肪酸酯;G)脂肪醇醚,如:鲸蜡醇、脂蜡醇或油醇等的环氧乙烷加成物;H)烷基脂肪酸酯,如:脂肪酸的甲脂、乙丙脂和丁脂;I)烷烃类油和蜡,如:矿油、凡士林和石蜡;J)亲水性羊毛脂衍生物,如:聚氧乙烯山梨醇羊毛脂和聚氧乙烯羊毛脂衍生物;K)亲水性蜂蜡衍生物,如:聚氧乙烯山梨醇蜂蜡;L)硅酮油,如:聚硅氧烷和甲基聚硅氧烷。
(2)极性溶剂:任何适于用在化妆品组合物中的极性溶剂均可在本发明中使用,但该极性溶剂应具有足够的极性。本发明优选的极性溶剂是水。
(5)其他任选成分,即:PH调节剂,抗氧化剂,螯合剂,增稀剂,保湿剂,增稠剂,表面活性剂,防腐剂,颜料物和香料底子等按需要适当加入,另外,也可以与具有增白美容作用或皮肤化妆作用的其他活性成分,血液循环促进剂,消毒剂,细胞活化剂,维生素类,氨基酸类,润湿剂和角质层分离剂等结合使用。
本发明可制成霜剂、乳剂、洗面乳液、面膜等各种剂型。
本发明的配制方法:
将油相原料加热到70-90摄氏度,水相原料加热到80-90摄氏度,维持15-25分钟灭菌,冷至70-80摄氏度。然后把油相原料徐徐加入到水相原料溶液中,使之充分乳化,继续缓慢搅拌,冷却至35-45摄氏度,加入上述配比的茶多酚、薏苡米提取物、白芷提取物、维生素E、透明质酸和香精、色素,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例:
注:由于活性成分里含有适量的水,加上活性成分里的水总重至100。
Claims (3)
1、一种祛斑保湿护肤剂,包括护肤基料,其特征在于在护肤基料中按总重量百分比添加下述配比的原料:
茶多酚0.01%-10%、薏苡仁提取物1%-20%、白芷提取物1%-15%、维生素E1%-10%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的祛斑保湿护肤剂,其特征在于在上述配比的原料中按总重量百分比添加透明质酸0.01%-0.5%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的祛斑保湿护肤剂,其特征在于护肤基料包括油相原料和水相原料,其中油相原料为油溶性润肤剂,水相原料为极性溶剂,按总重量配比为:油溶性润肤剂5%-85%,极性溶剂15%-90%。
